Theyve always done a good job with the service. Three star on the service advisor. Called for the shuttle to get me a ride. I sat for fifteen minutes then asked for an ETA. Then was given a twenty five minute ETA. I left. I understand that they can be busy, but this is when the first advisor should have let me know of the long wait right away, then I could have decided what I wanted to do right away instead if wasting fifteen minutes.

Ive been going to Jimmy vasser Toyota for over ten years but today was the worst Ive ever had here was waiting for the only service writer I had seen a sales person told me I could go to another desk for assistance so I went to the other desk and the service writer told me to go back to the original desk cause he was going to lunch so while I waited I watched the gentleman who was going to lunch was at his desk for another five minutes and thought this is customer service then I quietly laughed to myself thinking this was not a grocery store and even though we had a total of five customers waiting we had to wait for this one service writer when he got to me he said it would take almost two hours so I sat down and waited as when he finished with everybody I guess he went to lunch an hour and fifteen minutes later I got up and looked out at the driveway and my truck was sitting completed I went to another service writer and said I would like to get my truck back as it was done first he had to find the paperwork work are you sure its your truck I said yes and the only reason he went looking for the paperwork was I asked so with that I will go to another dealership
