Great repairs. Ive used them many years with my motorhome.

I pulled over to text to Client and accidentally hit the curb blew out my brand new tire.Thank fully Williams Automotive was a few blocks away from my house.Daniel immediately dropped everything to come help me put on my spare.I Had a really positive interaction with him and his staff.He fixed the problem in time for me to get to work.Didn’t even charge me for the service!This is why I love supporting local businesses or a community of people just trying to get by.I definitely will be calling them again for my automotive repair needs.

Its ok but pricey

This place is a God send. I recently broke my ankle and asked if they would lend me a wheel chair because a few years back they had helped my mother when she had hip surgery. The Gentleman there helped me tremendously. I know its an automotive place but they also provide a very kind service to people in need. God bless them.

Owner keeps and loans out medical equipment like walkers, crutches, canes etc. I needed a walker for 2 weeks but none fit me. They even looked in the back and found wheels for the one I was borrowing. Went above and beyond...

They let people borrow medical equipment for free!! Mainly wheelchairs, but they have other stuff too. Customer is great, and if I have an automotive need, I will definitely visit them for that based on how they treated me when I borrowed a wheelchair.

I can strongly say that I highly recommend this transmission shop. As a local here in Napa who needed assessment of my suvs transmission I brought it to Williams on the recommendation from a friend. They were patient, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. The price I paid in the end was actually less than what I expected. For all service beyound the original new vehicle warranty, Williams Automotive has been the only company to work on the transmission of my every day driver, a 1991 Chevrolet PU now with 314k miles on it. While always delivering on my expectations, Williams outdid themselves on this last service. The transmissin performs strong and smooth, as if it was brand new!
