The best place you can go, specially if its your first. I booked my appointment with Brittaney and she was great, professional and made me feel comfortable being my first Brazilian wax. The receptionist was great also.

I love this place but there is only a couple people who i like to have them do my waxing.

I spoke with the assistant manager yesterday and everyone who works at this location is super nice and professional and caring. I will continue to use this location and be a loyal customer. Ive never had a bad experience with any waxer, either and I have never had an issue getting an appointment.

I love this place but they tend to make my day inconvenient more often than not. My waxers have run late many times. Twice to the point of my having to reschedule. But when I ran 10 minutes late they immediately said they couldnt complete my appointment. So I have be fine with them being late but no wiggle room for me? May be time to try other places.

Every girl I have had work on me has been awesome, professional, quick, clean and made me feel so comfortable!

Nancy is amazing! She has been shaping my brows for over 3 years and they are perfect every time. She is so sweet and efficient. The prices are reasonable and they use high-quality wax that doesnt bother my sensitive skin.

All of the waxers are REALLY great and everyone at the front desk is always warm, welcoming and very Nice. However, I bought the buy 9 package last year and due to horrible ingrown hairs (literally to the point I had to get antibiotic cream) I stopped getting that particular service. I still have 4 left and called to see if I could switch them to another service or gift them to someone else. They told me no that basically I’m screwed out of all the money I paid. I will never be a European wax center customer again due to them not working with you at all. I normally come here for eyebrows also and will be switching to some place else. So for those signing up for wax passes be sure to read the fine print because the policy is absolutely ridiculous. But again, the wax specialists and front desk attendants are awesome and very nice!

Wonderful experience! Very professional and helpful staff. The waxing is so comfortable Ill never do again any other way. This is the best wax place i have ever been too. A little expensive, but totally worth it! They are all super friendly and helpful. And the redness an blemishes i usually get after getting my brows done do not happen here. I can get my brows done an go to lunch right after with no noticable red marks from the wax. Love it!

I am visiting from out of town and my eyebrows and bikini were in bad shape. I am so grateful to Courtney who gave me excellent professional service and the best waxing I’ve had. I’m glad they are a chain because I can look for one back home.

Everything about my experience was excellent. This was my first time at EWC.The women I spoke to on the phone and at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I went for a Brazilian and was assigned Lindsay who was such a pleasure! She had her work cut out for her and she took it like a champ lol. She had me cracking up laughing and feeling sooo comfortable which is saying a lot while in such a compromising position. I wish this location was more convenient because Id absolutely come back faithfully to Lindsay.

Lynette is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She and the front of house staff make my visit perfect every time.

My experience was just okay. The lady was nice enough, but she did a mediocre job. Both my legs had one inch strips of hair that she had missed. Now I realize that I have blonde hair on my legs and that makes it harder to see, but I made sure to mention that to her before she began. And, yes, I know that not all the hair will come off during a waxing, but this wasnt residual from a place she had waxed, it was missed completely. Also, I went in for a full leg wax (which includes an automatic $15 charge for the toes) which I said I didnt need but they were not willing to take the charge off my bill. I have been to this place once before (twice total) for a different service, and both times I have been the staff has been uninterested in their clients. Never have they been rude, but I definitely felt irritation and disinterest towards my trying to chat with them. If I can find a place that offers similar or cheaper prices I am going there next time.

Who actually looks forward to getting waxed?? I know i never did. I have been going to European Wax Center for many years, first in Santa Clara, and now in Napa for almost 2.5 years. It wasnt until I started seeing Lynette that I actually didnt mind getting waxed! I get ingrown hairs a lot and somehow, Lynette has figured out my growth cycle and how to get even the most stubborn ingrowns. She is also so gentle and helps me take my mind off of the waxing process. I now look forward to our monthly catch-up waxing sessions because I get a perfect wax AND get to see Lynette!
