Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. You go to fill a prescription after being at the E.R, (obviously you need the medication right away) they will make you wait or tell you to come back in 3 hours ( 3 hrs to fill a prescription) and lets not talk about refills. I order a refill and was told it would be ready by five. I didnt go untill 3 days later to pick it up. Well it wasnt ready. This went on for months between taking forever to get my medication,, to the employees at the pharmacy being rude and looks like they are tired and moody. I had enough and transfer my prescription to CVS.

Dont bother calling cause they never answer!!

Visited Rite Aid today. Lady behind the cash register was not covering her mouth and nose. When I inquired about it, manager said she had a medical condition. If this is true, she should be put on a paid medical leave for her, other employees, and customers safety. You are supposed to be caring for the well being of the community. If this is not a medical issue, she should be laid off.

Very professional and helpful pharmacists. Great service. We switched from CVS because we were dissatisfied with them.

Staff seemed unfriendly, not helpful. Yet the store appeared orderly, well put together and has ICE CREAM CONES /at the freezer case like the days of old. If it wasnt for the ice cream Cold Case at the front of the store I probably would have given it one star.
