Excellent customer service. The order items ahead of time (via phone) for pickup worked well. They will also bring it out to your car. Please place orders hours in advance. Especially on weekends.

Today I experienced some of the best customer service and general all round kindness from the lovely lady at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy.I do not live in Napa, but I would highly recommend this pharmacy if you want to be well looked after by someone that genuinely cares.

After many years of patronizing this pharmacy, I choose to transfer my thousands of dollars in prescription medication elsewhere. On August 31, 2019, the pharmacist on staff could not find a prescription transmitted electronically by my physician. After considerable time, she found it, but stated that she needed pre approval, and would have to call the doctor to obtain it, despite the fact that the doctor had signed the prescription. She then changed her mind and claimed that she would fill the prescription for twenty-five dollars, despite the fact that I have full insurance coverage. Several days before this incident, I had called the pharmacy to verify that they had received the prescription and that it would be available for pick-up. I was assured that it was, but, upon arrival, after wasting considerable time and being subjected to utter nonsense plus eventually paying $25, despite having full insurance coverage, I have no incentive to return.

After 6 years of trying everything to help balance my hormones, I desperately came to pharmaca hoping to find something that would help. Emmanuel was the first one to approach me as soon as I walked in. We spoke about my situation and he recommended certain herbs I should take. After two months, I am blessed and have no words to thank Emmanuel for helping me bring my life back and finally got my cycles! Emmanuel is very knowledgeable, patient and listens to all your concerns. He is a GREAT herb specialist! I couldnt be happier THANK YOU EMMANUEL!! I will keeping seeing you !
