I bought t 1-11 siding for $148.21 in Central valley and found it down the street in home depot for $56 the same hour ...this is highway robbery!!! Im all for local lumber yards but this is ridiculous!!

Its like if home depot was smaller and was ran professionally.

Ive been to both stores and where should I begin. Staff makes you feel like the customer is the biggest inconvenience! Most yard staff have the worst attitude. Im a plumber and their stock and knowledge of the simplest items is rather low! Try to get a length of ABS pipe thats straight and not bowed, not going to happen. Hate it when clients insist I purchase materials from CVH!

They had a product hanging on the wrong hook. When I told them it the tag said 41 and they charged me 61 they said they’d get me the lower price. So I don’t waited 5 minutes to get a price override by the manager and when she got there she wouldn’t sell it at the lower price. Very rude. ToldMe I should have read the mini print on a set of loopers for modelNumber and compared it with model number on taf

They have one of the most inefficient point of sales systems I have seen in a long time. The interface looked like they have had the same one for 20+ years. I tried to give me business to a local shop but will never go back here. They are wasting a TON of money on excess labor. In the 40+ minutes I was there carrying a sleeping 2 year old, I heard at least 4 different times where they couldnt find a price on things because of their coding system. Most times 2 people had to work the register since one couldnt figure their system out. How does this place make any profit?
