I would give a negative score if I could- this company advertise itself as 24/7 help, so we called on Sunday when our sink pipe burst and forced us to shut down water for the entire house. The person on the line said he is not sure what problem is and if he has any parts to fix it (we sent multiple images of the leaking pipe) but he would be happy to change us 500$ just to drive by and check what is going on. What a service!

Awesome job. They were able to make it out earlier than expected and stuck to it. Not omly did Jon get the clog out but took time to clean up after. He was fantastic. Thank you.

Called on a Saturday, came out in less than an hour and was able to fix my problem in about an hour. I had another plumber come out beforehand and he couldnt fix the issue. Steve Silva plumbing was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They will get all my business in the future.

The worst. I outfitted 3 bathrooms - 2 showers, 1 show/tub combo, 4 lavs - from them. Called when I needed a replacement cartridge for a leaking faucet and was advised they no longer carry the brand. I had to contact the manufacturer in Germany to get the cartridge. Then the diverter on the shower/handheld broke - again, they no longer carry the brand. After receiving not so much as a reply to my message for several months, I finally was able to connect with someone who was researching the possibility of getting a replacement that would work. I advised Id be willing to replace the entire valve in order to not have a hole in the wall of my shower. Its now been 8 months and I cant even get a return phone call. Bottom line, great on sales, the worst on service.

Water heater burst at 8 am, got a hold of a plumber by 8:30 and a new heater was installed by noon. These guys are good.
