I buy storage units for a living, I see several facilities in the bay area on a weekly basis. And this location is one of the cleanest Ive been to and has very friendly and likeable staff. Alyssa had the paperwork all sorted out and ready to go before I got there saving me a lot of time compared to other places. Very good experience 10/10 would reccomend.

My father and myself received an amazing customer service experience with Alyssa. We currently bought an auction, and unlike other storages I received a call from Alyssa within about an hour after the auction closed (other locations sometimes lag). She answered all my questions regarding the deposit & the rules regarding the unit. She was aware we reside in Stockton and was kind enough to give another follow up call to make we would be in before closing time. Since we did arrive around the closing time, we knew we couldn’t load anything in our car. But I asked Alyssa if I could drive my mom (she walks with a cane) to the unit area just to check it out and she was extremely accommodating! We highly appreciate the accommodation, and specially the way she tries to understand my with my Spanish speaking parents! Thank you all for the help, we aren’t used to the same treatment in other locations.

The Staff here is very friendly and professional. Alyssa assisted me today an not only let me know what units were available but also was more than willing to physically show me multiple units. This place has been a life saver! I lost my home last year due to the fires and I’ve been staying with family since. I was able to get a truck load of items out when we evacuated and I was able to find a storage with StorQuest in Napa. Alyssa and Missy have been so helpful and kind this past year. I’m so sad to hear Missy is no longer with the Napa location, but was happy to hear she was promoted! The team in Napa is top notch and I was so blessed to have found them right when I needed them.

Missy and Alyssa are very good at showing you what is available here at the storage. Missy gave me recommendations on what will suit my needs. And as needs arise to rent space I definitely will be back. Thank you Missy you are great.

Great place and super helpful

Ive had a storage locker here for about a year with the old of the owners and they just hired this company to run the property everything seems to go to pot. Rats in my storage locker. putting stickers all over my lock where I could not put my key in it. She call me up and I told her I was moving out and. She said that if I did not pay for the next month she would turn. It over to collections. This was a threat, so I moved every thing out that night. Also I left the locker open. I informed. Then by email that I have moved. Out 2 days later. I went back to see if they had done anything with the locker and she Harassed me for checking on the locker. My gate code was still working, so I left. My gate code should be deactivated when I send the email

I love Napa Midtown! I have had several storage units over the years this is by far my favorite in Napa. The staff is great and really care about the well being of the facility.

Their billing system is only so-so. I get monthly invoices half the the time, but if I dont get one and forget a payment for that reason, they are quick on the late fees for sure
