Overcharged me heavily. A page with one side color and 1 side black and white should not be charged as double sided color. I don’t care if you your system records it as double sided color. I don’t care if it goes through a solid gold printer. If there isn’t gold on it I am not paying for it. Your putting your accounting issues above your customers.Also you sent me out the door with half of the copies I paid for. Had to turn around and come back.FedEx you need to figure it out.
Every time I come here the staff is so helpful and friendly. They serve me without much delay and are always fast and efficient.

If the hours posted are for seniors only. That information should be CLEARLY posted online and on the front door. Neither was done. I travelled several miles with over 100 lbs of equipment to be shipped only to be chased out of the store because I am not 60. Dont waste my time, FEDEX and communicate better. My company will take its shipping needs elsewhere.

TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL THEY UNHUNG UP ON ME THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAS WORKING on Tuesday 1/12/2021 around 2pm Management please better train her on how to deescalate a situation instead of making it worse and pointing the finger at the customer.. Im on the phone with corporate and sending a email out to the CEO.. this is insane and unprofessional to do.. please do more team building exercises its much needed..
Needed to print copies of my fathers obituary in a timely manner. Lisa was very professional and helpful, and got everything together and taken care of the same day. Product was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
I called in with a last minute print job for a fundraiser. Lisa helped me on the phone and warned me that they were busy but to come in and see what they could do. Lisa was able to manipulate my print job and my project was completed within an hour. I received a call from what I assume was corporate asking about my personal experience abd honestly it wasn’t that bad. This location has had a reputation for poor customer service and long waits but they are trying hard to turn that around. That I can respect. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼

Slow as a sloth service. The two employees were moving in slow motion. I just needed a reciept to drop something off & after waiting for about15mins the guy closed his window to help a new girl next to him who didnt know what she was doing & hes just chatting up with her customer while theres five of us in line. Its my turn as second person in line & hes STILL chatting while getting my receipt. Dont come in here if youre in a hurry they have no sense of urgency.
They charge $1.99 a page for a local fax. That is insane when you are applying for government help and have to submit 31 pages. I couldve bought a fax machine for less money, but needed to submit the paperwork. I will never shop there again, or use FedEx for any of my shipping needs. You should feel ashamed of yourselves.
This place is understaffed during busy hours. I waited almost an hour in line for something that takes 5 minutes at UPS. Employees work at snail pace as well. This place is like going to the DMV but worse.
I waited in line for 40 minutes just to get an envelope! The clerk chatted with other staff, took a phone call and made a custom box while more then 10 of us waited in line! They are understaffed and not having envelopes out for pickup is a huge waste of the publics time.
I would highly advise going somewhere else. They are always busy because the workers are so slow.
Systems were down when I arrived. After waiting for a while they were finally up but then I was having technical issue with the computer reading my phone. I asked Bruce the only employee there at the time, but he was reluctant to help. After a while its seemed he forgot about me or had more important business to take care so I left. FedEx Office is great but not this location.
Awful. Red haired woman who worked there didn’t even acknowledge us for 10 minutes when we walked in. Finally when the customer she was helping said, “you can go help them” the woman loudly declared to her that “I help one customer at a time, that’s it. I’ll help them when I’m done.” Still, not saying a word to us. We turned around and walked out. Don’t mind waiting, didn’t like the poor customer service. I’ll go spend my money at UPS instead!
It’s really hit or miss. I send a good amount of packages. Some workers will just take mine because they already have a label and send it fine. Others have made me straight up walk right out because they don’t know what they are doing at all.Want me to pay more to have them package it again, it’s a mess
The manager was nice enough. Although he was visibly agitated with his employee who was asking questions about closing down a register. I wouldve mentioned to the employee to wait a minute until I was done with the customers in line. The store itself is really clean and smells good. =) Very organized and no one was smoking cigarettes outside which was nice. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍
The lady that assisted us was completely impatient and short with me and my coworker. She literally told us to go to UPS, which we did! What valuable employee does that?!
The service is glacial. The employees are nice, but understaffed and NOTHING appears automated. I waited in line 45 minutes to drop off a prepaid return. One clerk was boxing and shipping for someone so I had to wait behind them. When I went to drop off, instead of just scanning like the UPS store, they made we wait while they entered all of the information manually into their machine, then scanned. Its way behind the times. Use the UPS on School. It is much more efficient.
3.2 stars? I believe it.As I write I am waiting in line. I doubt very seriously the FedEx person graduated high school. She cant read. She cant type. It is brutal standing here.And now. She just picked her nose. Careful you dont break a nail..!!!
Just the worst. It’s like everyone is on their first day on the job. So SLOW. No urgency at all. That’ll kill a place serving businesses and people who have things to do!

Shirley helped me with some faxing today.She was pleasant and kind.
Not because I have to wait for the next associate to come back from their break but the comment from the associate was unnecessary. She not only mentioned to me but to other customers that she needs to be off in 10 mins and cant do the job because her boss mentioned no overtime. Why do customers need to know that? But yet, she is still here about 25mins after she said she needs to be off, still working.
Its FedEx. Pretty straightforward as far as it goes, but the employees here are some of the nicest and most helpful Ive ever run into.

Nice that this place stays open late. Note that FedEx isnt licensed to ship wine in the state of California. The two places in town that can ship wine close at 5pm. :-(
Horrible customer service. Uvwas making copies of my lost cat flyer and the attendant was rude, never smiled and did not give good information. Then saw her dancing while making the copies, but had no personality while talking to me
Self service areas couldnt connect with a secured browser. Employee told me, I could email the documents and they would be ready in 3 or 4 days. Drove down street to Office Depot, and Im going home with the documents printed less than an hour later. Last time I ever deal with FedEx. EVER!
I wont do business here again. I called to discuss and schedule a project for the following morning. When I arrived the employee was rude and said it would take 2 days to complete.
Waited an hour to get a document printed because the manager didnt want to to come to the front. I have two visibly sprained ankles with braces and am 7 months pregnant....
Close to downtown and quick service. Dont expect to.recieve a fax here though a d always ask for a receipt!
This is a Kinkos and Fedex store. I went in to drop off a pakage that was already boxed and labeled. I had used a sturdy shoe box and had taped 100% all the way around the box so that it was secure. The store clerk and the manager proceed to tell me they will not accept my package because it is in a shoe box. I must buy one of there boxes and put it in there. i asked what do you mean it is in a normal 6 sided box. we do not accept shoe boxes. This is a store, that is our policy and that is how we make money. I left with my box and called there corporate HQ and told them. They said that is not thier store policy, they accept shoe boxes, corporate apologized and scheduled a pick up.
The people were rude, not helpful and didn’t know how to enlarge copies! I was given a price of $90/hr. I went to Staples and my project was completed in less than 15 minutes for $2.89.
Unfriendly, condescending, unhelpful. Never shall I set foot in there again.
