Service King is a honey trap setup by insurance companies, they have a contract with insurance companies to do the repairs as cheap as possible using generic parts that do not fit properly.These guys are a franchise based operation that favors the interests of their respective insurance companies instead of properly fixing your car.I got scammed by them, Allstate recommended these guys. Allstate probably gets some sort of kick back from these crooks.Repairs took over 60 days, kept getting their BS text messages telling me that my repair was on track, till it wasnt on track literally.Poor communication. They never listened to my concerns when i kept telling them that there was frame damage to the vehicle, their in-house adjuster just wrote up the surface / panel damage.I got the car back, now it doesnt even drive straight. I now have to deal with the crooks again and Allstate.Avoid Allstate and these guys at All costs. Take it to reputable independent body shop that is not in on the scam.
I have worked with other service king locations and have been happy with this service. However I would never recommend this location to anyone. After an accident I brought my car here and I was surprised by how quickly it was repaired. Immediately after picking up the vehicle I noticed additional items that were missed during their inspection. I informed them immediately and they stated they would reach out to the insurance to add the work. 5+ weeks later and nothing! No one has bothered to update me ONCE. I have had to follow up several times and every time Im told Ill call you right back and not once has someone called me back. At this point its obvious Im just getting the run around. Maybe they dont want the insurance companies to be aware that they are providing poor services. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Ridiculous.
Repair went without a hitch. Better than 10 days early on repair time lineSon suggested go there. I must have trained him right.
Service King, specifically this location, is AWESOME!! When my poor car was injured after accidents they’ve been there not once, but twice!!! to help me fix my baby. I was blown away with Service King’s customer service and friendly employees. They do a fantastic job of keeping you updated about your car and how work is coming along so you’re never left wondering what’s going on. Their mechanical and body work is excellent and it shows in the looks and performance of my vehicle every time after being in their care. If anything happens to my car, Service King has my business for life.

And they cleaned up the inside as well, It was like they had turned my 2013 Camry into a new car.Outstanding communication. Needed to take my car to this location for some warranty work. Disappointed that they were only able to fix 1 of the 2 issues I had. The second issue was not fixed as they apparently did not listen when I said what was wrong. Took me 4 hours driving back and forth to this place over the course of 2 days. I dont want to call it a colossal waste of time but it sure felt like it.
Would not recommend to anybody. Insurance companies typically provide a variety of options to service our car after an accident, choose another. Used Service King. Had an issue with the car immediately after picking it up with multiple service professionals stating it sounded like something done during the repair. Service King had zero interest in resolving or discussing. If it wasnt for my insurance company, I would have been out of pocket on the fix.
My car was repaired about 10 months ago but I had to make two follow-ups as a result of the poor workmanship. Also, when I called the second time to report the issue, the owner was quick to accuse me of fraud rather than first look at the problem of their own causing. This was my first repair there and wont go there in future (unless the repair comes undone again!)
Matt Sowa and the team did an amazing job on my repair. They did a lot of work in a short amount of time which was very convenient for me. When I got my vehicle back, the interior was detailed and looked like it just rolled off the dealer lot for the first time. My rear brake light had burned out and they gave me a free one. Great place, great people, would recommend to anyone.
This place is very helpful and fast at getting your information and getting you in and out. Those are important to me. I dont like dropping off or picking up a car and having to wait. The work was done correct and no issues. They had my loaner car waiting at the front door when I arrived. Thx for the quick and complete service.
I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. Service was not good. Cost kept going up ...it ended up being almost double what they quoted. It took twice as long as they quoted. Communication was poor. And at the end of it they gave me someone else’s receipt. Cannot recommend them.
Excellent work! Ive had my car worked on this Service King twice, and both experiences have been absolutley top flight. The workmanship is outstanding. They take the craft seriously, and the results are beyond satisfactory. Further, the customer experience served up by Tim and the whole staff, helmed by Scott, is A+++. I cant say enough how much I appreciate this team. Highly recommend!

Although there was a unexpected delay in the completion of the repair due to Thanksgiving I found the customer service and repair to be outstanding.
They were awesome communicated all issues about my car and when it would be done if other things came up they let me know and inwas promised my car on monday after 11:30am and I had it Monday after 11:30am and looked better than ever could not tell it was ever been hit
UNACCEPTABLE ! My lawyer has been contacted. Horrible customer service, emails and phone calls have not been returned. Was not given an estimate or any information on the car while being serviced, just a late evening phone call to pick up. Vehicle damage on the inside, scratches down the inside leather of my door. The worst.The worst. The worst.

The front end was damaged, but my Accord started when I dropped it off. It wouldnt start when I picked it up. A week later the headlamp assembly they installed fogged up with moisture. I called; I brought they car in so they could see; they wrote down my cell # and said theyd call when the replacement arrived. I waited. I waited some more. While I waited the bumper detached under the headlamp. I waited. Finally, I called to check on the status of the order. The light arrived a week earlier but no call. Brought the car in. The headlamp was replaced along with the bracket securing the bumper. Recommend this location...not so much.
Dropped my car off on the 3rd of July and it wasnt ready until the 17th at 6pm. My vehicle was side swiped by another vehicle so the damages were fairly basic and most of the work was just buffing/painting the scratches and yet it took them two weeks. When I filled out the initial paperwork I asked them to text me the updates and yet I received zero text messages all communication came through email or voicemails, I think he purposely called after 2 pm although I asked for any calls to occur before 2 pm since you know I work. Upon picking my vehicle up he didnt even go over the work that was done or do a walk around to ensure I was satisfied with the work, I am not, but I guess he will find that out here. My car was brand new with zero scratches on it before the accident and it should be that way now but unfortunately they missed two scratches right above the front driver tire and the plastic decal that they replaced it buckling and isnt even with the other piece. Pictures included. I recommend service king just not this location.
I was referred to Service King by Tesla and took it in for repair after I was rear ended in February 2019. I was given an estimate for repair and told that I would be contacted when the parts come in to bring my car in for repair (it can take a few months with a Tesla). Since it had been over 3 months since I had heard back from them, I gave them a call yesterday (5/16/2019). They told me that they dont take repair Teslas anymore. When I asked them about my order, he admitted (after being asked directly) that my order for parts was probably never submitted. He did not apologize for the inconvenience, but did let me know that Tesla now has a new body shop in Elk Grove Village.I would recommend against anyone going to Service King because they didnt have the basic courtesy to let me know that they could not take care of my repairs, and I only found out about it because I called.
The customer service was outstanding. They updated me every other day. The work they did was fantastic, and I would recommend this repair shop to everybody. Wonderful to do business with!
Dropped my car off on January 2 and was told that it would be repaired by January 7. I was okay with this. when I didnt hear anything from them or my insurance, I called in to get the status of my car and was told it wasnt done yet. I asked how much longer it would take, I drive to the city and back a lot and kind of need my car to do that, he said it would be done tomorrow, (the day after I called) and again I heard nothing, so I called back again, they said it could be January 11 or January 14. like am I ever gonna get my car back? no one would tell me why it was taking so long. not to mention this service beingINCREDIBLY SLOW, but the woman at the front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. for reference, you do not snap at your customers when they try to ask you a question.

Let me start by saying that I am really, really picky when it comes to car repairs. Somebody keyed the passenger door on my metallic blue GMC Acadia which only had 8000 mile on it. I fiddled with it and decided I could not remove the scratch myself with polishing compound so I turned it into my insurance company (Allstate). Service King was their first recommendation. Because of prior experiences with other body shops I was reluctant to let anybody repair and paint it because I really thought it would be tough to match the paint.The folks at Service KIng in Naperville are quite good. Here is how I would break down my rating:- Friendliness and cooperation (5 stars)- Speed of repair (5 stars)- Keeping me updated with the repair process (5 stars)- Cleanliness of the vehicle when returned (5 stars - they detailed it inside and out)- Painting (4 stars) The paint match was actually 5 stars. They did leave a small run which I had to return for them to remove. After that it was perfect- Body work (4 stars). They did leave a faint shadow of the repair. You can only see it if you look at the side of the car from a very low angle viewpoint. Even then I sometime have trouble finding it. I did return once for them to wet-sand the area to remove the shadow, but it did not fully remove it. The flaw was minor enough that I did not want the job redone as I was otherwise fully satisfied with the repair. If I had insist that it be done over, I am sure they would have done it.I definitely would go back to them for any future repair. They are very easy to work with and their work is very good.- Kevin
They do a cheap estimate so u can have your car done in their shop. Will never recommend to other people. Estimate on a bumper repair with holes is cheap 316$ on a 2017 Toyota. Then later price will go up. Not a trust worthy shop. I was gonna give it no stars but it wont post so I give it a 8th of a star

STEER CLEARI picked up car and it was not completely fixed, brought back today and they still did not fix, its the middle of winter and they have not put the plastic under wheel covers back on the car leaving the felt exposed. Receptionist was extremely rude and unattentive, was asked to call the rental car company and she would not had to do it myself, more concerned with personal phone calls. Joe Debias does not return phone calls, when car was brought in today for second time he was suddenly unavailable. Asked the person who took care of me today why it wasnt fixed right the first time he saidwe had problems with the guy who worked on your car and fired him which wasnt a vote of confidence for their quality control. Rushed me out today and said its fixed and they did not replace the wheel under covers. Insurance company recommended them, why I do not know this is a shoddy business again STEER CLEAR do not expect quality service or repairs

Called and was told that I could just walk in and get an estimate. I show up and was told they only do appointments. There was no one waiting at the shop so I dont see why they couldnt have given me an estimate. Took my car to a different body shop. Not a good service model.

The front desk is rude and yelling at customers .She could reply more gently on whatever they need to offer.I can’t believe how any business can afford to treat customers such rudely while rest of the world believes that customer is king .I haven’t even bothered to care giving them business when I talked with the front desk.

My car was supposed to be ready in a week. Today is day 10 and I havent heard anything. Im not happy with Service King or Travelers Insurance.
