Katrina is the best! Very patient and very professional!! She took her time to match my sister and I with the best makeup! She is very clean! Sterilize everything to make sure that we were comfortable! I really want to buy everything that she showed me because she was excellent on what she do!Katrina, thank you!!

My experience with all of the employees were great today, but Lillia especially stood out. She absolutely shined! she rang me up and I had a few questions before checking out and she helped me find everything I needed. she represented the store so well and next time I come back I cannot wait to be helped by her. she went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have received in a long time :) give this gal a raise!

Holy guacamole the customer service here cannot be topped! My only suggestion is to offer products that can fit any budget. I wasn’t prepared to spend as much as I did, but I’m still happy with the products! Also, the rep forgot to give me one of the sample to go with the set I purchased so she’s mailing it to me! How sweet! I hope to meet her again someday!Update. Never got the sample so, be mindful of what you’re promised and make sure you get it :)

The Sephora with the most classist staff. You can literally go one day and be completely ignored and the next day they’ll jump on you depending on what you’re wearing.

Worst staff ever! They did not explain any return policies in detail. The store does not let customers try products in store, so I had no choice but to buy every item to try at home. I did mention to the staff I will need to return these items if shades dont match my skin tone. She said yes all items are returnable. So I had originally bought some products from sephora jc penny and exchanged at naperville location. Then few days later I came back to return my products. Staff said I cant get my money into my original form of payment, and instead put all my money onto a store card. I was shocked because we did talk about returning these products. I request the concerned person to look into this matter and resolve it.

This place is great. I was looking for a new perfume and the girl who helped me was wonderful. She explained each of the fragrances I was interested in to a great extend. She even offered to give me mini samples of the two I had a hard time deciding between. I ended up buying both.

Sephora has always been one of my favorites 🤩Now, you can reserve your order online then go to the store and pay/pick it up. Also a bonus that you can use your points to get $$ off your purchase. For years and years and years you couldnt do that.Parking at the Downtown Naperville location kind of sucks. But, there is additional parking in the lot behind it .

Well, partly because who doesnt love being surrounded by makeup and skin care? Also, the staff there is great and helpful and they have great attitudes. The young woman who helped us was so enthusiastic - she made it fun.

The beauty consultants at this location are FABULOUS and SO. INCREDIBLY. HELPFUL!!! They made my Christmas shopping easy and worry free! They knew exactly what I was looking for and even showed me some deals I walked right passed (great eyelashes) . Those ladies were amazing and I cant wait to go back!

I wish this sephora had more women of color. Ive only ever seen one woc. Sephora said that they were all about diversity however there is no beauty advisor here who is my complexion or darker. Its very disheartening.

I loved this place but last time I went in for my birthday the lady at the register charged me for something I didnt even purchase. I do not use that type of product either. I went home with 3 items and got charged for 4. I wish they got back to me sooner but I am still waiting on their call. Kind of really annoyed and probably wont shop here again. They have some great staff but that lady that over charged me killed it for me.

Honestly the WORST Sephora I have ever been to. I walked in the other day and I got looked at and examined from afar by employees, but not a single person acknowledged my existence. The girls that work there are very snobby and will ignore you if you dont look wealthy or attractive enough for them. This is the last time I will be visiting this location. The girls at the Aurora Fox Valley location are much better and I dropped $200 that day at a store that actually made me feel like a valued customer.

This place has really gone downhill in the past year or so. Employees either chase you down like puppies or don’t want to help at all. I came here to attempt to exchange a palette that I bought online that arrived damaged. I was asked if I wanted to exchange the product and I said no because it was an online only and not in store. The cashier gave me a hard time about refunding my card and insist she order it for me. I declined because maybe there’s other items I want to see online that are new and order those as well. Well I got the biggest fake smile and an attitude saying you need to enjoy the rest of my evening. Lady it’s only 1pm. Then she stated wanted me to do a survey so she can get more gratis. It’s time to hire nice employees. Employees like this is one of the reasons why people are shopping online moreUpdate:I stopped here today to give them another chance as I was looking to buy 3 things that they advertised online that they had in stock. I walked around the store for 10 minutes before someone greeted me because they were all standing by the makeup counter talking about employees lives. A Hispanic young girl with a name tag hidden by her sweater was rude and ignorant. Made me walk out and buy online. Take a ride to Oak Brook and/or Schaumburg where you get WAY better service. I live 3 blocks from here and I am avoiding this dump.

Really horrible service honestly. Was continuously ignored when asking for help by the rudest of employees. Will never be coming back because of their total and utter lack of decent customer service.

This place usually have lots of stocks. Simply because they are so rude that even loyal Sephora customers like me (Rouge for many years) never visit here again. I visited here one time last year when I moved to the neighborhood, and the cashier was the worst employee Ive ever met in my entire life! I complained to the manager but the cashier never ever apologized to me. I always drive to Oakbrook location. At least they are nicer than this location ;)

Went in to buy some Drunk Elephant, since this is the only place near me that sells it as far as I know. While i was picking out what i wanted, an employee handed me a bag, seemingly not to help, but to keep track of what i took off the shelves. She followed me around the store the entire time i was there, hovering and peeking into my bag. Why would I come into your store, spend hundreds of dollars that ive earned, to be labled as a thief? I expected more respect as a loyal customer of your brand.

This was my first time going into a beauty store, and I was really anxious before I walked in, expecting the recent negative reviews on Google to be true to some extent (rudeness from employees, racist employees, etc). Instead, I was greeted by the employees and one of them helped me find a shade that matched me for a foundation I wanted to get. In addition, the cashier was patient with me in explaining the rewards program. I just wanted to write this review because the negative reviews I read about this store were drastically different from my experience today.

Awful service from 1 team member. me and my friend are loyal customers and love coming into sephora all the time and seeing new products, but this made me change my mind . this woman was so rude to be when i was looking at on the the products and put a little on my finger to test it, she went off on me. super disappointed and angry.

When I came in the two young women who greeted me were very friendly and welcoming. I browsed around the store a bit checking everything out at this location, then asked an older woman with curly hair who Im assuming is the store manager if they had a specific item. She acted like I was crazy for not knowing they didnt have it, then begrudgingly offered to order it online for me - no thanks, Ill use my Flash membership and get my points and free samples, sans sass. Oh and my *gasp* free Marc Jacobs birthday gift, thats right, she was a douche to me on my birthday. I suppose I wasnt dressed fancy enough for her to warrant such a rude interaction just asking for help. My money spends the same as someone carrying a designer handbag. Go to a different location, order online, or go to the Ulta down the street - I had a fantastic shopping experience there.

Although I love all the products in the store the employees were highly rude and I would never return to the store again with them following us around every step and telling us everything we did wrong with make up wrong!! When I want and I didn’t think I’d get judged!!!!!!!
