Brought my 2016 Malibu, 58,000 miles, in for a noise in the rear axle. The car was purchased at your dealership with the extended warranty. It was determined that the rear shock absorber was hitting the frame. The recommended solution was to add some washers to the mounts costing approximately $280. This was NOT covered under warranty. And if that didnt work they would replace the knuckle assembly and that WOULD be covered. Does adding a bunch of washers to the knuckle assembly sound like good mechanical procedure? Shouldnt this type of defect be covered by the manufacturer or at least covered under the extended warranty?I expect this work should be covered. I wait for your reply.

Pete N has been dealing with my vehicle basically since I bought it. He has consistently gone above and beyond to address the ac problem I have had since I bought the car….it has NEVER worked. He worked with Chevy to continue to keep it under warranty even though it has since expired. Pete has always been upfront n honest with me as to what needs addressing and staying within the parameters he said would be the cost, even if it is more then anticipated!

Ive been waiting for the final resolution of the high voltage battery problem for the Chevy Bolt. When told that the local dealership did in fact have the capability, I scheduled my 2017 Bolt in for service only to find out that the software update performed was only the remedial action (which I had already accomplished by following your instructions for selecting Hilltop) not the final resolution to regain the 100% charging capability. Your communication needs to be more open and forthright and save me the additional unnecessary trip for service.

I made these same comments a while ago. I was surprised that the service cost went up by $30 all at once for an oil change and tire rotation. I was paying about $55 and the it jumped straight to around $85 for the same service?? Why such a big jump so suddenly?

Coming to Chevrolet of Naperville ended up being one of the best choices when looking for a car. We went to a few dealerships before here and none compared! Stephan B was the BEST! He was upfront, honest, and very easy to work with. He didn’t pressure us to rush into buying the car for a sale purpose, gave us some privacy to talk things over and got us everything we came for and more. We could not be more pleased with the dealership as whole especially with Stephan!!

Scheduled an appointment on Friday for Monday morning. Car wasnt looked at until Tuesday afternoon. Car was making noises when turning. Needless to say my brake pads needed to be replaced as they were down to nothing. Had my car in for oil change/inspection a few months prior at the dealer and the report showed the brake linings were in the green (good). Seems like they are checking everything accurately.

I went to Chevrolet of Naperville a couple days ago to test drive a pick up truck. I was told I had to do a credit application before even being allowed to take a test drive. I was not interested in applying for credit, and having my credit run, before knowing whether or not I like the feel of a newer Chevy pick up truck as I currently drive a 2012 model year.I was told by my salesman that the general manager refused to let me test drive the vehicle without first doing a credit application.As such, I have zero interest in ever setting foot on this dealership again.
