Been trying to cancel an extended warranty on a leased car for more than 3 months and they keep saying we will call back and never do eventually I called again and a rude manager with an attitude answered. Telling me a totally different price of the extended warranty than I was told when buying the car.

Came here for a repair. Very comfortable customer lounge with ample choices for both water and coffee. While here, I watched the General Sales Manager Travis Jackson going around with a spray bottle of disinfectant and wiping surfaces down. As a GSM, you have a TON of things on your plate but this simple gesture really shows just how much Toyota of Naperville cares about their customers.

Wow! I came to this location because I couldn’t get into my usually location (oak brook toyota) I am someone who likes what I like, so I was not excited about trying a new location but WOW! Was blown away here from my initial phone call all the way until I left my service appointment. Quick, kind, helpful, and affordable. Waiting area is clean and very nice. Just moved here and took my Highlander in to get the A/C fixed which was only blowing hot air. They ran their diagnostics and told me that they had to recharge the Freon and change the e/m clutch relay at a cost of $500+. I got over the sticker shock and told them to do it. Then they call me back and tell me that no, they actually have to install a whole new compressor for an additional cost of $2200! Had they said this at the get-go, it might have been a different story, but to expect me to pay $2200 in addition to a $500 charge that was supposed to have fixed the problem?! Furthermore, even the compressor replacement was not guaranteed to fix the problem; I was told I may have to pay another $1000 to replace the A/C amplifier...! So I’m $500 out of pocket with a car that’s no better than when I dropped it off that morning.Then I did some more research, and it turns out, the problem was absurdly easy to solve and cost me only $6...! Extremely disappointed, @ToyotaofNaperville. Youve proven that youre a typical dealership more intent on swiping customers money than solving their car problems. I can assure you my next car is not going to be a Toyota. All-electric, non-Toyota is where Im going.The only reason Im giving two stars and not one is that everyone I spoke with at the dealership (Manny, Jeff, Katie) were all very polite and courteous.

Two weeks ago my vehicle was towed into this dealer due to the vehicle not starting Patrick whom rarely calls back or gives updates check the vehicle.Mechanics was on strike but he told me that they looked over it . The vehicle is starting properly. When I came to get the vehicle guess what the paper work that I was given did not provide any details no notes from the service guy. Very unprofessional. Upon picking up the car I noticed that the door handle for the key part was missing. Contacted Patrick and he stated he would get with his general manager to discuss having a new one or should I say replacement. Im 72 years old why would you take advantage of me? Well my daughter started calling and Patrick then came running to the phone very unprofessional and he said I told you!Mind you after he was very rude and short he told me that the company that installed the remote came out and looked and discovered the wiring was wrong . Well a couple of days later the vehicle did not start again.Patrick has not returned any phone calls. I have all of my conversations recorded when speaking with him. Still no replacement door handle for the key! Still pending for nothing ...THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! How do you lose an item the car and expect the customer to replace. How about a nice return phone call stating that you could not replace this !Patrick is horrible! A good dealership does not have people working that wont take accountability for things that are happening.

Fantastic finance manager and outstanding accessory department customer service.Internal confusion when booking service work - incorrect durations and over booking - over promise/under deliver. Ask several questions if selecting additional work to a new vehicle regarding scheduling...ideally you will be requesting this information from someone competent. Poor follow through with emails, disappointing.

This was one of the worst and I mean worst experience ever… prices weren’t correct, we went there because we were interested in a specific vehicle that they had but whoever we were working with firstDecided to put an application for a vehicle that apparently he chose and the only reason why we stopped there was because we wanted to check on the application since we didn’t hear back from him once we got there we were told that the vehicle that we were interested in was actually sold but yet still the vehicle is there and he said he will try to help us after spending five hours and keep in mind I’m seven months pregnant had nothing to eat (I get it not there fult” the numbers were not making sense to us we kept asking questions and at the end he tells us that the people that have bought the vehicle are there to pick up the vehicle my husband then said OK thank you we walked out and he asked again so it’s a vehicle sold and they said yes they wrote a check and it sold my husband went outside and he spoke actually to the people that were there looking at the same vehicle and they said oh we’re still not sure if we want it have our eye on this one and another one and haven’t made a decision,that to us was just so unethical for someone to lie and made us waste our time keep in mind we also offer to buy it cash and still numbers didn’t add up to what they had online. Was just the worst experience.

Theres a reason this is the top dealership in Illinois, maybe even the country. After wasting time at dealerships inside Chicagoland, we went out to the experts in the burbs and immediately knew we were in the right place. Even with the chip shortage, they were able to secure a new vehicle for us in 3 months. As fate would have it, our vehicle was ready the same week as my wife and I welcomed our first child. Casey and his team offered to drive the new vehicle into the city for us, which we were very grateful for. All in all, its going to be a stressful experience purchasing a new vehicle, but Toyota of Naperville is transparent, loyal, and dependable. DO NOT go anywhere else.

Trying to find and buy a car is nightmare right now but Toyota of Naperville was amazing! He provided us with a lot of information but he always made sure to be clear and concise on every form my dad was signing. Went there for an oil change. Service rep comes after a while to sell me a new battery, only 2.5y old. Me: How much? He: $450. Thats to much. Now comes the big Lie!!! The cold crank value is only 380 he said. I said no thank you. Went to a car part store to measure the CC. And of course it was 520.I bought 2 brand new cars here. Will never come back ever.
