I received my brand new 2022 BMW X6 and am very impressed with Bill Jacobs BMW.My salesman Russ M. helped make it happen. He kept me updated from day one-to when the paperwork completed-when the car was being built-when it was shipped-when it arrived at the dealership. He kept things very straightforward and professional. He brought to the table some good offers.Nic C. -the lead BMW Genius helped explaining new car features, wheels and tires, emergency service, maintenance schedule. He was able to answer every single question we had, and promised to assist us via email or in person with any further concerns. So amazing!The whole process was going smoothly from the beginning to the delivery. It took only 4 weeks since the deposit was taken (estimated delivery time was 6 weeks)I definitely recommend doing business with Bill Jacobs BMW of Naperville.

Dropped the car off with Mike Collins. Warranty repair. Got a great loaner and car was promptly returned the next day. Car was cleaned and vacuumed upon return. After having miserable experiences at Perillo BMW in Chicago, I don’t mind the drive out to the burbs. Well worth it for the service received from Mike over the years.

My wife and I went through Bill Jacobs BMW for her new X3 and the entire process was excellent. The communication was completely on point, with quick replies via my preferred method of text whereas other dealers seem to always disregard the preferred method and go straight to the phone. Communication with Greg Fogt was exceptional, and I’d highly recommend our salesman, David Reynoso who had us in and out of the dealership with the new car very quickly all things considered even considering we had a trade. There are closer dealerships to our home (we drove about an hour), but the staff and process made it well worth the time and Bill Jacobs will be our first stop for any future BMW purchase.

Also many thanks to the service department manager for leading such a great team. I especially like how they do a preliminary inspection of the car (lifted) alongside the clients. A few years ago, one of the 7s was flooded; had it towed here; the loaner department manager managed to arrange a loaner for me to drive immediately despite having a busy service schedule and shortage of loners. I came in for routine maintenance today, and I was initially disappointed that I would not be able to meet with my usual advisor, Alex. He’s always very thorough and answers all of my questions before we initiate service on my 528i. However, I was very happy with Jeff! He stepped in and did a wonderful job of explaining the service that I needed and also thoroughly answered all of my questions. Wanted to take a moment to say Thank You to my service adviser Mo Ali! If I could give him 10 Stars, I would. I encountered an issue with my engine in my 2017 BMW 530i. It ended up needing a total engine replacement. Thankfully I purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car. However, the warranty company did what warranty companies do and denied my claim 3 times! In the back and forth with the warranty company, Mo was so helpful throughout the whole process providing what was needed to show that this was a claim that should be covered. He was very knowledgeable when explaining things to me and he kept me up to date about everything. In the end my claim was finally approved and I am back driving my car. I am grateful for the time he took to do what he could to get me back on the road in my car. Mo Ali is very deserving of a promotion for his level of expertise because this situation was by far a very challenging feat. Thank you again Mo! You are appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. When I first visited this dealership back in May 2021, I say for 45 minutes and never had single person assist me as I looked at cars on the showroom floor. A friend suggested I take my babied M5 to Bill Jacobs BMW and specifically told me to work with Dean K. Over my years of car ownership, the way Bill Jacobs approaches servicing cars is by far the best. Dean greeted me and gave me a walk through of the services that were due, he then walked the car with me with his service foreman to give me an initial assessment of the car. We noticed a leak together and I was shown exactly where it was on the car, versus what Ive traditionally received at other dealerships - they tell you have a leak but never show you. Once the car was in for service, Dean kept me updated on the status. The car was returned as requested (no car wash). My car will only be serviced a Bill Jacobs going forward. As for my advisor, Dean K was courteous, honest, open, transparent, and prompt.

My wife and I are extremely disappointed in the service we received from Erik, Dean, and Jacob in the service department. My wife brought her 2016 BMW X1 in for a routine oil change and was hassled by Jacob into paying for additional services on her vehicle that she did not want done at the time. I also called and left messages and requested phone calls back from Erik, Dean, and Jacob of which none of them were returned. My mother worked for the BMW Central Region headquarters in aftersales for 15 years and highly recommended Bill Jacobs BMW. Although we did not buy my wifes car from Bill Jacobs, I expected much better service coming from a family member whos mother worked for BMW Corporate and recommended your dealership. Jose Vargas was my salesman and he was always quick to respond, polite, respectful and if he didn’t have an answer to a question, he would go research it out and get back to me right away. Then on his days off if I had a question, someone else would get back to me right away to try and help me. I would strongly consider purchasing my next vehicle from Bill Jacobs BMW.
