I just purchased my first Cadillac from Cadillac of Naperville. I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Everything was seamless: the test drive, the loan process, and the paperwork was all done quickly and efficiently. My new car was detailed and had a full tank of gas by the time I was ready to leave.

2 hours to get a oil change is ridiculous with only 2 customers in the service area. I asked before hand how much is a oil change 69.95 yet I was charged 90. I was also told that replacing my battery in my remote was no charge. I will find somewhere else to get serviced, nobody had the same story or price, Red Flag for me.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Cadillac of Naperville. I originally took my car to Pep Boys because my check engine light came on and my vehicle was starting to die out or stall at traffic lights/stop signs. Pep Boys had my car for 7 days and after claiming it was one thing after the other they swapped out 3 different parts, but eventually called me and told me they couldnt figure it out and told me to come pick up my vehicle!!! So I decided to take my vehicle up the road to Cadillac of Naperville, which was the best decision that I could of made. They received my vehicle, did a diagnostic, and had my car fixed in 1 day. They also did a full break replacement and an oil change. They charged me less for all that then Pep Boys was going to for just replacing a faulty air flow sensor. I dealt with Chris from the service department and he was great. From start to finish was professional, kept in contact with me from start to finish, and I would highly recommend asking for him if you go get your car serviced at Cadillac of Naperville. I always thought dealerships were always super expensive and trying to rip people off, but I stand corrected and I saved over $1,000 dollars going to them instead of Pep Boys. This is my new go to place for any car services I need.

We were very satisfied with the work that was done on our automobile, but we wanted to have our car delivered after the service and said four times that we be called before delivery so someone would be home. No one called. The car was left on the driveway with the keys inside. We were very upset that we were not contacted before delivery.

I bought my SRX from here in 2014 and I have been taking it to them for oil changes, brakes, and other body work ever since then. These guys are fantastic! They always provide shuttle service and take great care of me. Yesterday they did my brakes and a couple other things, and I asked them if they could buff out some minor damage. I took it back today for the buff and they did my entire car and didnt charge me anything for it! The service guy Joe was great, and this just shows how they care for their long time customers. Highly recommend Cadillac of Naperville.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and found out it was covered by warranty. Three hours later I had my car fixed with rides to and from my house. This cost me nothing and I appreciate their quality service.Great job.

At Cadillac of Naperville, they pride themselves on being upfront and honest with customers. To begin, when they receive a 1-star review, they make sure to pay for two fake 5-star reviews to follow! Kristina & Kelly, I, too, was confused about their website. The attached photos reflect THEIR REAL PRICES! With the current climate, they adopted the motto the market is like a grapefruit; take advantage of it and screw it. It shows their true colors. They dont care about their customers; they only care about lining their pockets with shekels.

Very disappointed in Naperville Cadillac!!!!! Got my oil changed and tire pressure checked!!!!! Left there the car ran hot!!!!! Had to turn heat on 90 and open all the windows just to make it home!!!!! Got home checked coolant and it was a DRY as a DESERT!!!!! So irritating

I was interested in a vehicle listed on their website for 111k. I spoke with them on the phone and they told me its actually 151k. Super sketchy bait and switch. Either list the price youre selling it for or dont list it altogether. Buyer beware. There are other dealerships not marking up this obnoxiously. Theyre taking advantage of covid, chip shortages due to covid and a plant being shut down for the time being. Order one new and wait a few months. Youll get a 22 and save yourself roughly 50k if youre able to use a GM discount.

This Dealership is the best Dealership I’ve ever went to. I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy LT Cruze off Cadillac in Naperville and I love the car. What made me buy the Car was the outstanding customer services I was assisted immediately. The salesmen was very genuine and informative I was comfortable and did not feel pressured or forced to buy a car off them. The customer service was also great because they touched up and inspected my car before purchasing to make sure it was safe to drive, and looked brand new. The car was also nicely detailed. I went to several dealerships before this one and I can can say honestly NOBODY can beat their customer service!!! I highly recommend this place as they have a large Innovatory of plenty of cars to choose from.

My elderly mother went into Cadillac of Naperville and was really wanting a sedan. In todays car dealer environment, you go in, tell the sales person what you want and the typical response is, Let me show you what we have in that model. This person did anything but ... he told my Mom they had very few sedans and they did not go to other lots for them, either. He then tried to sell this petite, 5-ft, elderly woman an SUV. This lady was ready to pay top dollar for a sedan ... but she left and will not be coming back. If anyone asks me about a Cadillac rec I will tell them about my Moms terrible experience at Cadillac of Naperville. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I have been with Cadillac of Naperville for more then 15years buying- leasing cars. I stayed a loyal customer due to the friendly staff and sales teams. Unfortunately in the more recent years last 5 or so disappointing transactions and lack of quality control when your car should be completed after service. I do understand they have had large turnover in the service department including 7 different managers but either way your car should be quality checked before it’s given back and you sign that service was done. The only positive thing I can mention is that Thomas a longtime service rep is now their service manager and hopefully knowing that Thomas is the right person in that job it will get better.

I was quoted 30k over the window sticker MSRP. Ive found other dealers that will sell me an Escalade for MSRP and allow me to use the GM family discount to save another 10k or so. These are in stock Escalades as well, not ones that need to be ordered. The car is a very popular car, but they are completely taking advantage of the chip shortage due to Covid. Thats just disgusting. Not all dealerships are doing this. So do your research and find a dealership that isnt sketchy.

No pressure at all, total professionalism.I felt like a valued customer, even though I wasn’t buying a new Cadillac. At purchase I asked, “why are there no floor mats?” Actually Cadillac of Naperville was ordering OEM floor mats for my “new to me” BMW at no cost to me because the old mats were in bad shape. They purchased before I even asked about the floor mats. That’s very special, and leaves me, the customer with a good feeling and the likelihood of returning in the future. My husband and I were on a hunt for a used vehicle. The vehicle we came in to look at was already on a test drive. The manager sat with us while we waited. He even as much as looked at other dealerships to see what else was nearby. This really impressed me because it was not about the dealership at that point, but, was about the customer. Service advisor provided a great service, friendly and professional. The service department did an ok job, the main issue on my car was apparently resolved, as far as alignment goes it could of be done better and specially paying premium services. After spending $479 and driving the car and going through the similar experience, the issue for which I brought it in hasnt been resolved.

I just move to Naperville and figured Cadillac of Naperville would be my new place to take my cars for service. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve brought my CTS in for service and it will be the last time I do business with Naperville Cadillac. I’ve reached out to Motorworks Cadillac in Barrington and they will continue to do all the service on my vehicles.

My Wife and I were looking for a Vehicle for our Son. After visiting a few Car lots and being stalked by Thirsty Sales People we wound up at Cadillac of Naperville. We parked and went inside. FJ approached us and asked how He could help us. We told him what we were looking for and he promptly walked us out to that section of the lot. He did not Hover nor Pressure, but was always within range to answer questions on each vehicle we had interest in. They had a great selection of High Quality, Low mile, Pristine vehicles. And we were able to find the perfect car. We spoke with a total of two people during the entire transaction. Naperville Cadillac provided my first choice appointment time and a reminder contact prior to my appointment. They reserved a loaner vehicle for me. Importantly, they follow cleaning guidelines before & after servicing every vehicle and every loaner. My service was completed in the estimated time. A service person also sat with me in the car to answer my specific questions about using audio options. I was able to plan my day and follow my schedule . I was very happy with the service Naperville Cadillac provided.

Good team, I’d go backI had purchased a car from them at the end of March. They were extremely nice people and it helped being able to catch up with some old friends that work there as well. The car was in good condition and they went above and beyond to make me feel valued.The one issue I had was that after driving the car home I noticed the windshield was cracked and they didn’t disclose that information either. I have been unable to speak with my salesman Joe about it since as I haven’t been able to get ahold of him. When I went in Saturday the 3rd of April everyone was busy or I didn’t recognize anyone. I waited around awhile and was unable to get that issue addressed as I had to leave as it was Easter weekend and had family obligation.Overall good team, I’d go back.

On the phone making the appointment, I told them the model and year of my car. They told me the new battery with install would be $225 plus tax. I waited for the work to be done in their waiting room. When I checked out, they told me the bill was $350. I showed them the coupon and said I was told $225. They said my battery was not included in the coupon. I understand that there may be different types, but why was I not told there would be a difference when I waited? Not good!

It was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had and I got a great car at a great price!My wife could not be at the dealer to sign paperwork so one of the associates drove nearly an hour away to bring her the paperwork. What a great convenience that was.Added Note: I returned with the car a few days after purchase with a moderately costly repair and they are covering it at no cost. Appreciate the canned response, however there is absolutely no room for miscommunication in this case. I have a picture of online vehicle with the same stock number for ~110MSRP and then I have a picture of your PO asking for a Misc extra 20k, so over 130k. Its taken me a lifetime to be able to buy a car like this, but Im the little guy here and I dont have 20k extra so you can make a near-sited profit. No thanks on your offer to use Cadillac of Naperville to order another one? Integrity, Loyalty, and Customer service certainly arent aligned with bait and switch or price gouging sales strategies. And to be clear, if GM allows to happen, well judge for yourself -(listed at I was contacted by the dealer to purchase a new 2021 Escalade. I looked the vehicle up online and was listed for sale around 110k. I told sales I was interested and I gave a deposit. The dealer sent me a price of 130k adding miscellaneous expense of 20k. I called back and said no, I get GM employee discount which is less then MSRP. They tell me the dealership DOES NOT HONOR that discount. Ok, Ive never heard of that, but love the car, so I offer to pay MSRP cash. They again say they WONT HONOR the price listed online. This was going to be my 4th escalade, not now CADILLAC. But if that isnt BAIT & SWITCH, I dont know what is!! Text book on how to lose a large family of customers and Ill be adding this experience to all posts as an honest and regretful experience.

It appears as if CON repaired the main complaint. However, we told them our key fobs give us continued problems. They said they would check out the fobs. I havent reviewed the bill to see if we were charged anything but one fob is still not working. Second dealership in a row to dismiss fob repair. Frustrating!

Big shout out to Vic Milnovic for providing excellent service for my Escalade. I was on a cross-country trip traveling from California all the way to Illinois. I decided to service my vehicle in Naperville before heading back. Vic made sure the vehicle was serviced right, air pressures were good, filled up the washer fluid, checked all the fluids, and it was spot on washed and cleaned before my trip.I highly recommend this dealership for its outstanding service. ROLLED BACK ODOMETER!TERRIBLE TO DEPLOYED MILITARY!Run from this dealership. I dont care what deal youre getting. This place is a nightmare.Before deploying with the military, I purchased a used car from this dealership. Not going to lie, the buying experience was great. The post-purchase experience has been gut-wrenching.It took over 4 months to get my license plate. Rocco (the old finance manager) instructed me to alter my temp-tag, which is a misdemeanor. Days before deploying, I had to do the dealerships job and fix the issue myself after driving on an expired temp-tag for over two months.Then after returning from deployment, I found out I was sold a car with a rolled back odometer. I reached out to the entire management team for compensation and resolution, and they nicely told me that it was my problem. Now Im stuck paying a $20k loan on a car worth only $10k.Id purchase a car from somewhere else. Save yourself the time and drama. If you do decide to do business with this dealership, have a lawyer on standby.

I drove an hour and a half to them, even though theres a GM dealership down the street from me.Christopher did his best to fix our Escalade and made sure all our concerns are taken care of before calling me. I put off buying a new car for months, for one reason only, the exhausting and miserable experience I’ve had in the past. Bob, Mark and Goose were fabulous! I recently had the good fortune of purchasing and servicing an XT5 at Cadillac of Naperville. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with respect and my needs and concerns were validated and honored. I received more than a fair offer on my trade, got the car of my dreams for exactly what I said I wanted to pay, and was treated like royalty when I had a small issue with my key fob which was fixed in an instant. I am waiting for recall work to be done on my car. I have repeatedly been told that the parts were on their way. I have not been impatient. I have just been following through every 3 weeks or so. Today I was transferred to someone named Jerry who was so rude that I will not be going to Cadillac of Naperville for anything. When your job requires customer service skills and the management doesnt see that you do NOT have them..... we can all go elsewhere until they replace you.

Went in interested in a specific car they had online. Unfortunately a price wasnt reached. However, both Mark and his sales manager were top notch. They were knowledgeable, friendly, non pressuring and accommodating. I recommend them from my first experience.

Cadillac of Naperville found damage done to my car from another dealership. They were honest and told me the previous dealer that put new brakes and tires on my car made a mistake. I did not have to pay for the repairs, the costs were worked out between the 2 dealerships.
