I left a message on Monday night regarding issues with my headlight. They called me the next morning and was able to get me in for appointment that day. I super appreciate them getting me in so fast. They were all nice and informative. They also had a lot of safety items related to COVID.
Abid Khan was welcoming, warm, and professional. He gave us multiple great options to fit our budget and lifestyle, and was excellent at communicating with us from start to finish. Michael Price went above and beyond to meet our financial needs and worked diligently to bring our monthly payments well in under budget. Another dealer tried to push us to settle for a car we didnt want at a significantly higher rate and for $200 more per month!!! Imagine our shock when we heard the deal Mr. Price was offering!!! We left Gerald feeling cared for and knowing we will be repeat customers who refer our friends and family with confidence.

Purchasing a vehicle, whether new or used can be a stressful experience. The staff at Gerald Subaru were more than helpful and knowledgeable to aid in this experience. (I must mention Jr. here as our man!) Not only would they work within my constraints as a customer, I was able to walk away with a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. As usual, my experience with Gerald Subaru was excellent!! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with accompanying services. Based on last visit, I was informed my front brake pads were in the yellow. I went in to get that taken care of before winter. Collin came into waiting room and informed me the pads still had life. I went ahead and replaced anyway. Just didn’t want to deal with it in the winter. I TRULY appreciate Collin Miranda being upfront & honest! A rare commodity when companies want to make money!!!

Ive gotta be honest, I didnt look forward to getting my oil changed. But now that Ive had the truly celestial experience that was proffered by the professional and capable team at Gerald Subaru of Naperville, I feel compelled to road trip the wheels off of my trusty Forester so I can rack up the miles for a return trip.I called today and was helped by a wonderful lady who reached out to not one, but two dealerships to try to squeeze me in last minute, since I happen to be a procrastinator who was WAY over on miles and finally had an unexpected free Saturday.That kind individual hooked me up with Trish, my friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Trish gave me tech recommendations without any weird pressurized arm twisting and also tossed a couple things on my radar for future visits. While I do thoroughly enjoy floating like a tiny white feather in the wind (a la Forest Gump), being aware of future fiscal liabilities seems like something responsible adults do, so that was nice too.Oh yeah - snacks - there is a pretty rad single serve coffee machine where you can also brew tea. There are chips too. I wasnt hungry, so in fairness, I didnt really scope out the grub. I look a leak though. Adequate facilities, neither pretentious nor underwhelming.Lastly, they gave me a free car wash, which made my Suby virtually unrecognizable, but it was nice to see the original paint again.

I always have good experiences when I go to Gerald Subaru. This time was for a recall which was fixed at no cost to me and I was given a vehicle to use. Even whey I had to wait for a service representative they were polite as a very attentive. I highly recommend their services.
The service here is top notch. They always do a thorough inspection even when it’s simply a routine maintenance check. The waiting area is clean and spacious. I’m constantly impressed by the service on my car and by their employees.
I did not have an appointment but came into the dealer since my oil light went on. Collin was very helpful and had them top it off a quart and was super helpful even without an appointment they’re just amazing. Took my 2018 Outback to Gerald Naperville for routine service and an odd noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Collin, my Service Advisor, was courteous and thorough with checking in the vehicle and listening to my concerns. After a brief wait the source of the noise was found to be a faulty rear wheel bearing. The service staff made the repair and completed oil change and service in a quick and professional manner. I was on my way with the Outback performing at 100% again in no time. Always have great experiences and confidence in Gerald and the pro staff.

Got myself an older Subaru Forester so I expected some repairs down the road.The first electrical problem was very quickly identified and fixed expertly by Mike the Mechanic. Trish my newest friend, was just the Most Honest and Amazingly Professional and Understanding Service Leader Ive encountered in my many years ofdriving! Secondly my Forester wanted to return back to Gerald, Trish and Mike for another electrical puzzle. Turned out to be caused by an aftermarket item previously installed and once again Trish and Mike preformed their magic! Gerald Subaru has a Service Team to be trusted. Believe me, I know... 5 stars!

Listens to your concerns & knew immediately that my radio volume quirky concern while using AppleCar Play is caused by Apple update 15. Advised Apple was working on the update. While waiting for my service I googled & sure enough Apple Update 15 is quirky across all vehicle makes using AppleCar Play for the past few weeks. Colin listens to concerns & is up to date on concerns outside of Subaru’s control. My Outback is 1 year old & no issues. Love it & the service Colin provides.

I am always pleased with the way I am treated at the service department. I have been driving Subarus for 35 years. Most of those years I have had Gerald do the servicing on my vehicles. I have owned as many as 4 Subarus at one time. The work is done correctly the first time. The service people are one of the reasons I go to Gerald. They are thorough, and detailed in their explanations of what needs to be done. Not just with me, but through the years I have seen them with many customers. All are treated well.
Everything went well but they forgot to wash my car. It’s the 2nd time it’s happened. I will still go back for service. They do good work.

This past week my cousin took her Forester to Gerald Subaru in Naperville for service. The service advisor was Collin Miranda. I was astonished at his excellent service. He took care of the situation with the car and took care of us. He provided a loaner car for us to use while her car was in for service, kept her updated throughout the afternoon as to the status of her car, provided a timeline for completion, and made sure we were comfortable when we returned. All of this with a smile on his face and a kind response to all of my cousins questions. After observing your service today, my next car will definitely be a Subaru. I know my cousin loves hers and instead of taking it to her home town dealer for service, she drives 35 miles to Naperville expressly because of the service department and her trust of Collin. We just bought a car for my son that graduated high school. From the beginning of our experience I was impressed. Initially, I emailed for more information. We then proceeded to pricing. We scheduled our in person appointment. Dexter the salesman greeted us in a genuine manner and had us test drive the car. All negotiations and signing were fast and efficient. Dexter was easy going and made us feel comfortable.
Collin was was helpful and knowledgeable he provided all the options and advice required, in a concise and easily understandable fashion. The staff when I picked up my vehicle were very professional and friendly I feel like the work and parts used were top grade.

This dealership is new to me. My first interaction was not favorable as I was checked in by a gentleman (Rudy I think) who did not introduce himself or make me feel welcome even though I started the conversation with “I have never been here before.” He made sure I knew that he was doing another Service Manager a favor by checking me in because she was busy. Trish made up for it by finding me in the waiting room, introducing herself, and explaining exactly what would be done. She was excellent in answering my questions and keeping me up to date. My maintenance was completed as well as my recalls (2) managed. They also addressed a rough idle that seems to be resolved. Overall I’m very happy with the service. Trish gets a 5! (Rudy gets a 2.)

You guys have never made an effort to fix a costly highway maintenance incident I incurred 18 months age. So all I can say is you have a nice car with a terrible performance record. I went yesterday for my 1st service visit (routine) for my new Forester. Everyone I met was very friendly and they took care of my car. The staff was awesome, they were on time and check in and out took just seconds. Cant thank the staff at Gerald enough for getting me in and out quickly and efficiently. They even washed and cleaned the interior on just a basic service. Looking forward to returning in 6 months for my next service.
Installed an OEM remote start in my wife’s Outback. I would have had the service install it but the wait time was 2-3 weeks. Easy instructions to follow. Only took about 2 hrs. All the connections were already there. Took back to Gerald to have the remotes programmed. Great service team.

I do not recommend this location. Service department over quotes and underdelivers. Took my car in for brake service with 77k on the odometer and was told I need to replace 3 of for calipers because they were unwilling to drill out and re-thread a couple of bolts. Quoted me $6k! What a joke.

Went to Gerald Subaru for my 6 months maintenance check. Oil changed, tires rotated and a recall replaced. Donna in the service center was extremely nice to me and explained exactly what needed to be done and also at the end, what had been done. It was very fast and Im glad that they take care of me and my car.

A very poor service and unreliable inspection service. A SCAM .PATHETIC SERVICE: I have reported issue in audio system twice (in current and previous service) but it was never resolved. They refused to provide any courtesy car in th event when car is held for a day. Remorselessly thy said they have no car to offer .UNRELIABLE INSPECTION: In my last car service my Rear break linings were in ORANGE (need future attention) but after six month in current service it turned GREEN(no attention needed). I doubt they even inspect.God only knows if they even change oil and filter also.
Leo was incredible! He was super calming and attentive which is not typical for a car dealership. He made sure that we were truly happy with our car before ever going ahead with a purchase. I did not feel pressured at all. He got it sold to us as quickly as he could while also giving us snacks and coffee while we waiting for all the forms.

I am at the 1 year maintenance and was told I needed to buy the recommended maintenance in order to keep my lifetime warranty. I only have a little under 6000 miles.After they start the manager comes and tell me that was not correct. I have to keep up oil changes to keep the lifetime warranty in tact. So I was forced to have a tire rotation and cabin filter for $100 more. I don’t disagree about maintenance but I only have 6000 miles on the car. 😡
Amazing service! I needed an oil change and a part replaced due to a recall. Easily made an appointment online for the following week. They had an option to pick my car up, service it, and drop it back off! It was back within a few hours with no disruption to my work schedule. Super kind and attentive technicians. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were in the market for a new car, and wanted to check out the Subaru BRZ along with test driving some other vehicles. Ask for Quinton Carlson!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience! I went in having 3 under 10,000 mile 2020 Subaru Outbacks picked out and ready to look at. After talking to Quinton for a few minutes, he realized that they were actually on the other Gerald Subaru lot. I explained that I needed to see all 3 cars in person to really be able to make the decision, and though I wanted to work with Quinton, I had to do that I needed to do and I was going to go to the other lot. Instead of just letting me go, Quinton went out of his way to ask a manager for permission and drove 25 minutes to to the other lot, show me the cars, and then drove back 25 minutes with the vehicle I liked the most. Keep in mind, I could have very well not bought a car, so he went out of his way to spend time going back and forth to another dealership so I could still work with Naperville (where I wanted to buy a car originally) instead of using his time to get the next customer who walked in! He then was very patient with me when after test driving I explained I didnt want to come in to buy a car until the next day so I could have a night to sleep on the decision. He helped me bring the price down and was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Quinton Carlson at Subaru Naperville 100 times over! Nothing about my experience left a pit in my stomach or with buyers remorse like my previous car purchase at another dealership had left me with. Highly recommend!

Leased my 2016 Legacy here 4 years ago. Bought the Car out a year ago. Fantastic service from the first day, but more importantly is the fantastic service after the fact. My inlaws bought a new Subaru here and we thought wed get a used 2012 Honda Odyssey they had as well. Waste of $12k. Lol We will have to put a ton of money into this already overpriced van fixing things in the car like the entertainment system and the sliding doors. Very unhappy with service and them passing this off as a decent car. I wish we would have went to a Honda dealership. I guess that is our bad for agreeing to buy but please do not buy a used car here or anything other than a Subaru, unless of course youd like to spend a few thousand dollars extra.

Gerald Subaru in Naperville is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, personable and efficient. They seem to take the pandemic seriously, even placing a wrap over my steering wheel to service my Subaru. (As a side note, when I am required to bring my husbands car to the Chevy dealer located one town west, I dread it every time). Thank you for showing you care about your customers!

I took our Forester in for Recall-repair. Scheduling was easy. The repair was a little longer than predicted, but given the unknowns of any repair, acceptable. Their waiting room was spacious, comfortable and well-stocked as usual.
It was the easiest and the most satisfied car purchasing experience ever. We were so glad to visit Gerald Subaru of Naperville. We had GREAT experience with one of the sales consultants, Leo Lopez. He was very personable as if we knew each other before, as well as, very professional. His approach to give us the deal for 2021 Forester was what we wanted - not only price itself, but also how he goes through entire process. His genuine personality really was helpful to make our decision. Besides getting such a great car, one of the best parts of our visit there was - we are avid dog lovers, so is Leo. We talked about not only the car, but also about our dogs.. we had such a great time. Another thing we noticed was, not only Leo but also other staff seemed to be very professional - dress nicely, with welcoming attitude. Nice touch of the waiting area, too - Starbucks coffee machine, Tazo tea bags, water bottles and variety of snacks there. The area was also clean and organized, snacks were always refilled. Clearly shows how Gerald Subaru of Naperville trains their employees. We now understand why many reviews here are also very positive ones. We are looking forward to having many more positive experiences with this dealer & their staff in the future.

I brought my son to Gerald to find his first car. Mia was instrumental in encouraging me to make the appointment to come in. Once we spoke to Nick and told him what we wanted, he delivered the best car at the price we wanted! My son loves it! I will be heading back over there for our next car.

Went about 3 hrs without an update after being told it would take an hour and a half, but good work as always.
Sales agent was Lenny. He was courteous and helpful through the process. I requested to test drive two cars, one was at a sister dealership about 15 min away and they drove me there to test drive it.Listed price was fair and sales and business manager were willing to work with me to get to a number I felt comfortable with including my trade in. Very satisfied with my purchasing experience.
