Andy is a great guy and always fair. Ive had several items in for loan some Ive managed to get out, some I just straight out forgot. They lost my engagement ring. I ran into an emergency and got loan for $400 for a $5000 ring. When I went back a few months later, owner told me my ring was stolen and he didnt have to call and let me know about it. He was very rude and didnt offer any ideas to remedy the issue. He didnt care, and now Im out several thousand dollars along with any money Ive paid him. He didnt even offer to refund me that amount or give me a ring already in store. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you come with jewelery asking for a certain amount... Andy will give you back the access jewelry because he is a straight shooter.
