Stopped in here for a quote on diamond earrings. Jennifer was supposed to text me quotes. Never happened. She wasn’t interested in conducting business with an educated and knowledgeable customer who knew all about diamonds. If I are confident with your product there should be no issues. I asked her return policy which is a legitimate question but I was looked at like I had two heads for daring to ask. I don’t recommend shopping here. You been warned folks!

The Diamond Studio is the place to find fine jewelry at a reasonable price. Not going to lie, I had no prior knowledge of rings. Anna helped me out tremendously. She is so welcoming and helpful but never pushy during the entire experience. My Fiance absolutely loves her ring. We are coming back again for further ring purchases. I got my wedding set appraised for insurance reasons and I would highly recommend Diamond Studio. Anna was kind and welcoming, and even allowed me to see my ring under the lens. Appraisal took about two days and was quick and they send a text letting you know your ring is ready for pick up. Super convenient and great customer service!

My husband and I visited the store to look at some diamond solitaire ring options for me. Initially the expert was helping another couple so someone else(really helpful and friendly) assisted us. When she later joined to help us she almost seemed uninterested. Later in our conversation we agreed to have a sample size and another meeting set for Tuesday, but the agreement was that we will,get a call to confirm. We never got a a call, its been two weeks. I wont be returning.

We looked at other big name stores like Jared in hopes of finding our amazing engagement ring. However we were pushed away from those bigger stores because we told them we needed to think things through (engagement rings are not cheap these days). When we walked into Diamond Gallery we were instantly welcomed even though it was close to their closing time. They sat with us and showed us different bands and then showed us different diamond options (neither of us had been married before and were clueless). In the end they were not out to get our money. They just wanted to know we left satisfied with something in our budget. We have since returned and bought both wedding bands and I have had them fix another ring that was missing diamonds. Only so much you can web search, Kevin, the owner helped make the process so much easier. He was very helpful and honest. The honesty was much appreciated.
