We had a front door glass and sidelights replaced by Glass Doctor and although it’s beautiful glass, it wasn’t the ones we ordered. I wasn’t home when it was installed and immediately called upon my return. I was told that once the glass is installed there was nothing they could do, even though the salesman remembered well our discussion regarding the glass replacement we wanted. Evidently we’ll have to live with the job, (it is nice) but we’re disappointed as it wasn’t what we requested. If it had been the one we wanted we’d have no problem giving them a 5 star review. UPDATE: THEY ARE MAKING IT RIGHT. THANK YOU. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Glass Doctor installed four large mirrors in our dining room. Based on the size of the mirrors, they recommended the correct thickness to purchase. They came and measured to ensure the mirrors fit perfectly. The installation team installed the mirrors and the fit was perfect. It makes the house look twice the size.

I broke the glass on my metal framed coffee table. I gave them the length and width. After I picked it up, I tried to set it back into the coffee table, I realized my coffee table was not square. It was a little “cockeyed”.I brought the table and the glass back this time, Gail and Richard were wonderful. Poor Richard, he had to really put some time in on getting the glass to fit, but he did it!!!They didn’t charge me for all the extra work they had to do! They are really good people! Horrible!!! Had my tables for almost 3 weeks now, and due to a broken down edge polishing machine they cant seem to get fixed, they told me no idea when my tables will be ready -- REDICULOUS!!!Dont use them - go elsewhere!!!

Due to a cabinet made by another company that was not plumb one of the glass shelves did not fit. They took it back twice and shaved it to fit. Great Customer Service and friendly staff.

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism with this national company.The first call, I was able to schedule an appointment, of which they no called, no showed. I was not extended any courtesy call to advise us of this change, nor a call to reschedule. Upon returning to Naples, I gave them another shot. After leaving a message, over a week ago, once again, no return call.

They are great! Got an appointment right away. Julio was amazing and worked very hard putting in my dads windshield. Lucky to have a hard worker like him. Called me when he was close and made it convenient to have the truck ready for him.

I’ve used this coming for a variety of reasons for the past 2-3 years.Very helpful in helping make decisions on what would be best for my project. Delivery personnel very professional and on time.

For the most part everything was great! The only part was timing. We had a deadline due to family issues and the day of install the shower door was not properly drilled. We were told it should be resolved in 2 -5 days and it was 12 days before they came back. The install itself was great.

We ordered a glass tabletop for our dining room. The glass was cut and prepared in a timely fashion. Installation was great. The installers were neat and professional. Will definitely recommend to others.

So far, it took them 2 months to receive the glass that is broken and needs to be replaced. When one of their staff member came, he realized that the window was too high so it did not fit. Now, we do not know when the new glass will be received and installed. No one is returning our phone calls or emails for 2 weeks now. We already paid half the glass over 2 months ago. Very poor customer service.

We had a warranty repair appointment scheduled by Rana on February 3, via email for today (2/23/2021) between 8 & 10 to repair a shower enclosure Glass Doctor installed. They were a no show at the scheduled time and have not called to let us know the status. Ive called the office twice and left messages (no one answered the phone) and emailed Rana. Scheduling the initial install was exceedingly difficult due to lack of installers and in ability to schedule specific days in advance. It is very disappointing that they havent shown up or contacted us at all.

Glass Doctor replaced the mirrored frames on 3 of my bathroom mirrors. The work was done in a very professional manner, and being a retrofit job, they were able to save all 3 of my mirrors.The work was done in a timely fashion, as promised. My wife Fran and I looked to several glass companies in the Naples area to discuss ideas on a glass swinging door arrangement for our newly reconstructed from top to bottom guest bathroom. Our third stop was at Glass Doctor.Here, we were greeted by a woman that was recently hired by GD and whose husband also works at GD. She was an absolute delight to deal with. My wife and her discussed her ideas and the options in glass and fixtures available to us. Her husband was no less accommodating professional.We decided on a certain style glass, hinging and parts. The president of GD came to our home and did the measurements for the prefabrication of the glass, etc. He was thorough and professional.It was a treat and positive experience for us to have the two installers in our home. They explained the installation as well as dos and donts of cleaning etc. Moreover, they were respectful and more than willing to listen to my war stories from Boston as well as several other topics.I explained to both that I had a background in construction (electrician) and the law (lawyer) and that my wife and I were very critical of work performed in our home though not cynical.My wife and I are so pleased that we happened upon the GD and will not hesitate to recommend their expertise to friends in the Naples area. One is already working with GD on their master bath remodel.So thanks to you all at GD. Im sorry I do not have all your names, but you know who you are. Joe and Casey, the installers, a special thanks, again not only for your professional installation and cleanup, but also listening to this old gent who thinks he has nothing but interesting stories that all should want to listen to.

The Glass Doctor is always my go to place for any type of glass, mirrors etc. Gail & Scott are great to work with. I had brought a mirror in to fix and they were able to put it right into production and was able to pick up the next day. They always stand by their work and the workmanship is outstanding. About 5 days ago, I complained about the poor customer service received by Glass Doctor as no calls back were given to our voice mails. I was contacted by Scott who was very kind. The next day they finally received the glass, and scheduled an appointment for the following day. The technicians were very kind, came on time and did a great job. They did not leave any dirt on the floor, and were wearing masks. I would not have written a negative review if the office people would have returned my calls.

Stopped in for an assessment of a chip in my windshield. Met Scott the operations manager. He personally took a look at the damage, had some time and repaired the damage himself. Dont wait to repair rock dings! Any delay could cost you a lot more.

In 2015 we Purchased a glass top dining table with two glass bases. Each base has two pieces hinged together. Yesterday, as I wiped the table top, one of the base pieces somehow unhinged from its other half and the tremendously heave top started to head for the tile floor. I screamed for my husband who was able to grab it before it shattered on the floor and hold it while I ran for a workman who was working at a neighbor’s house. Fortunately, two workmen were able to remove the glass top and secure it against a wall in the dining room. They discovered that a screw holding the two glass pieces in place had loosened on the now chipped glass base, allowing it to fall apart. When I called Glass Doctor and explained what had happened and asked that someone come and put the table back together safely, I was informed they were too busy and couldn’t come until after Christmas... this was the 19th of December. I told him we were expecting out of town Christmas guests... nope, too busy! In short, these people do not stand behind their work and seem to care very little about the customer. The man I spoke to seemed concerned about what had happened, but not enough to send someone over to even look at it. I will not ever recommend this company.
