We bought a car this week with Carolina and Joe and they were friendly, responsive, and made the process as easy as possible for us. We have other Volvo dealers closer to us, but when we are ready to trade this one in we will definitely make the drive to Naples again. This car buying experience was far better than any other car buying experience we have had in the past.
This is what buying a car SHOULD be. Getting right to the point, I travelled over 90 miles to see David Martinez & get this car. Why? It wasnt the car. It was Davids service and commitment to a great experience. And I was willing to drive 2 hours for it. As a previous technician, forman, salesman, and internet sales manager for another luxury brand, I can vouch for their entire process. From texts, pix, videos, documentation, accommodation, finance, & delivery - the entire team was world-class. Nothing was too difficult for David to do. The reality is, buying a car today can be aweful. But it doesnt have to be. Volvo Cars Naples is where you should go if you want to be respected, valued, and taken care of. I bought a used Mercedes at this dealership. I immediately had a problem with the car. It needed significant repair. I asked the dealership for some financial assistance to offset the expense. They declined, leaving me to bear the expense. Not nice.

I purchased a certified pre-owned Volvo and Ashley was my salesman. I had a wonderful experience with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with him was 5 stars. I did not like dealing with the business manager as he was trying to sell me expensive add-on products. I know every dealer does this. I received a follow up email on those products and I replied with a question regarding the exterior protection program. He never responded back. Thus the one less star in my total rating. Finally, service was 5 stars as well. My only complaint was the courtesy car wash, which appeared to have been done since the car was a bit wet, but the car still had bird droppings on it and the wheels were more grimy than when I got there. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the service department. Thank you!

I must say that this dealership went above and beyond. To start, they have me a quote on my trades with photos, and descriptions. I traded two vehicles. The salesman, David, answered all my emails, and I sent many. I bought a XC90. David and another gentleman delivered my new car to my home, about 40 miles away, did all the paperwork and they took the two trades back to the dealership.I have bought many cars in my lifetime, at least 75, and I never had an experience like this.Here is 5 extra stars. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

This latest service was less than satisfactory.Service was delayed twice (2days) because the original tech who diagnosed my wheel bearing problem, did not come to work.Only after my repeated calls and pleas did they find someone else to make the repair.And though the repair was made, there is now a problem with the right blind side monitoring indicator.I will need to return to the dealer to have this fixed. Another day lost because of poor quality control.I’m not pleased with this service department.

Called about standard service. I was offered 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. We only have one car and I told them I cannot drop off the car and come back later. Wasnt offered a loaner or a more friendly time for someone who has a full-time job. Really disappointing, they may not have heard that there are not only retired people living in Naples. I will bring my Volvo to Tamiami Ford who have great service and also very flexible service hours.

I am an internationally trained Volvo Expert technician that has been with Volvo for 15 years. I applied to the open tech position on indeed and received a call from the GM. He asked how close I was to moving to Florida, I stated I am looking to buy a house and find a job before moving my family. He abruptly told me to call back when I was closer to living in Florida and I stated that I wanted to know more about his job opening and dealership. I do not and will not move my family anywhere without a promised job and place to live. I have moved around the world with Volvo and never had an issue before. It was the most unprofessional and rude GM I ever spoke to. Melbourne Volvo had a much more professional and easy to speak with Service manager that told me everything I needed to know and asked for. I would never consider Naples Volvo as an employer.
Brandon was able to service my X90 when requested. Upon arrival service was possibly going to take longer than expected. He was able to send us home via Uber (I knew in advance that a loaner wasn’t available). Ready as promised and serviced as necessary.

What a bad experience with Volvo service department. Call and set an appointment up with brake malfunctioning I have not owned the car more than two months less than 2000 miles on the vehicle. And to make my experience worse from Volvo of Naples after setting up an appointment a week in advance they did not have a loan or vehicle for my wife did not offer for a shuttle service or any courtesy what was told from the service advisor was she can wait for a few hours in the waiting room if she likes we all work for a living to pay our bills is very inconvenience where there is not enough loaner vehicles for customers and not offer any shuttle service so my wife had to catch a Uber back to work. Tried calling several times to reach the general manager and I will get only directed to the manager of service and was not of any help. What I purchase a Volvo again after this bad experience not at all yes very poor customer service. And last thing to say that I was told from Naples Mobile that if the vehicle was not purchase at the dealer of Naples that we do not have first priority I thought Volvo was one whole big company regardless where purchased your vehicle

Over the past three years I had my car serviced at the Naples Volvo and I have gotten to know the team at naples Volvo and here is my overall experience.Joe Pitingolo is the Sales Manager and over the past couple of years we became good friends. Even though I originally did not buy a car from him he still treated me like I was family every time I walked through the door. I purchased a 2016 Volvo car in June 2020. The car was in excellent condition according to the comprehensive report The previous owner received from Volvo Naples when I purchased it. About two weeks ago the AC started to malfunction ( the car has 29,000 miles on it) I called the service department and they gave me a hard time giving me an appointment for the due service and to check the AC. I drove to the location and made an appointment directly with the service representative. I explained the AC situation to him and he said that most likely they will do a courtesy extension on my Warranty that had just expired sometime in October. The day of the appointment I waited for 35 minutes while 5 cars that came after me were taking immediately and their owners gone in minutes. The manager came to tell me I was to pay for the diagnosis and then for the repairs. I pleaded that The cars warranty just expired and I was offer a Maybe extension on it since the car has always being serviced and repaired at that location for 4 years. He said I wasnt going to like this but we only do that for the original ownersI cannot believe that they make rules as they go or that the other gentleman lied to me in the first place when I made the appointment. I understand that Volvo cars are advertised to be one of the most reliable and long lasting cars. The 29,000 miles do not warrant an AC system that conveniently breaks a month after the warranty expires and if you are not the original owner, you are out of luck. I like the car but not so much Volvo Cars of Naples and their awful customer service. I will be contacting Volvo directly to ask about the warranty and the recall on the car they refuse to honor as well. The car is starting to fall apart at four years young and 29,000 miles, maybe they are not all that...The staff was not helpful and they NEVER told me about the warranty to be only for original owners, Eric mention the extension on the warranty to me when I made the appointment. I WILL GLADLY TAKE MY MONEY SOME PLACE ELSE. It is customer service that you are lacking and HONESTY to give people the right information. POOR MANAGEMENT AT ITS BEST.

This morning my check air pressure light went on on my dashboard. I checked the tire pressure . The pressure was fine . I called the service department. Most service departments would have you drive over and make a big deal . I spoke to Larry one of the service advisors . Larry walked me through the process of eliminating the light and gave me platinum service. One of the best service experiences I’ve had in all my years of motoring .
I was in Naples for the day and found that my gas filler door would not open. Well, that presents a problem if you have to go back across the Alligator Alley for 2 hours and you only have 1/4 of a tank of gas left. So, thank goodness Naples Volvo was just a few blocks from the gas station I was attempting to fill up with. I pulled in and was warmly greeted by very professional and helpful staff. They analyzed what the issue was and the fix was underway immediately. I was back on the road in under 15 minutes with a warm handshake a hot cup of coffee and a thanks for coming by. I could not be more pleased with care that I received. Though I do not live in Naples, I highly recommend that you patronize this wonderful dealership if you are in the immediate area. I give them 5 stars.

Our first stop was the Volvo dealership where we met Jon Allen Velazquez who definitely did not meet that description. His kind demeanor and genuine desire to help meet our needs made us feel disappointed when we didn’t find what we were looking for. His respectful manner and attentiveness left us wishing we could buy a car from him! After trying a few other cars around town, we decided to reconsider that first car along with another one. Remembering that we liked Jon, we felt comfortable returning and trying the car again.While we were there, every single person we came in contact with at the Volvo dealership seemed genuine…not your typical sales-ey types.We ended up deciding that the first car we tried in this buying process was actually a better fit from all the others we had considered after all so we purchased it. The people I dealt with are new to this area and seem to follow a standard the dealership set with dealing with customers. First service visit to Volvo of Naples. I had a problem with the airbag sensor and Larry Nossen got my car in quickly, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the sensor while i waited. Very pleasant to deal with. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable.

If I could give them a 1 star I would, dont ever bring your car here for service work. First, I scheduled a oil change days ahead, expecting it to take 30-45 minutes. I arrive and told that it will take 2 hours because they have to order the oil filter. Why would this not be ordered ahead of time since I made the appointment. After waiting the two hours, Larry comes in to say that when they attempted to start my car to take it back to do the service it would not start, so a new battery is needed. But guess what, they waited two hours to tell me, and now they have to order the battery from a distributor, another 30 minute wait. Unbelievable, if the car didnt start from the beginning why wait 2 hours to tell me and then order the battery. These people are incompetent and not trustworthy. I never had any issues with my battery until I showed up here this morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I would normally give this dealership 5 stars, however my recent visit was very disappointing. Although they post a sign mandating masks inside the showroom, they do not enforce it. In fact, when I asked them to enforce the county code, they told me they would not and actually apologized to the customers who were not wearing them! If you are concerned about Covid, you may want to avoid going inside here.
Im 77, owned a lot of cars. I have never received better service than that of Naples Volvo. I would not buy another Volvo unless it was Naples Volvo. They are #1.

Volvo cars of Naples is a little gem tucked away off the beaten path of car dealerships. It has a nice small unassuming presence, and exudes a european ambiance, with all the Scandinavian furnishings. When I walked into the living room-like atmosphere I was greeted genuinely and was invited to talk with Carolina Hernandez, who had reached out to me when I was looking for a Costco discount dealership. I had yet to settle on a Volvo. I was an owner of a Lexus RX300 since 2001 and was ready for a new car. There was something alluring about the T5 60 that I chose, and when I drove it Christina was quick to impress me with her knowledge of the vehicle. It wasnt long before I was intrigued. The small Swedish flag sewn into the upholstery, though it was a small thing, reminded me of my husband who boasts 100% Swedish immigrant grandparents, and in some way, I was drawn to honoring this heritage. It wasnt long before I knew this was the next car I wanted to own. And I must say, Carolina was the sweetest, and the smartest, and the most thorough salesperson I have met. It has been a learning curve for me to own a new car, but well worth it. I am still discovering many of its hidden treasures.

I had been looking for a specific vehicle for over 2 months in the Tampa Bay area, since thats where I live, and the local dealerships were overpriced and unwilling to make a deal. I kept searching, broadened my range and thats when I came across the perfect vehicle at Volvo of Naples.Tyler was the sales rep and he was on point at every step. My guy was in Naples and stopped in to check the vehicle out. He stated they were all very nice and easy to work with. I will say that they were more willing to negotiate with him since I asked for the same offer via email/phone communication and he got the deal, not me. So Im lucky to have someone who is also in sales and maybe he was better able to speak their language.We drove from Tampa to pick up my new vehicle and the purchase process was so easy and quick. They really have their stuff together over there and I appreciate that kind of service. I got a fantastic used vehicle and overall, this was a great place, with nice, clean, modern decor. I would definitely recommend Volvo of Naples for any vehicle.

I went to Naples Volvo to test drive some Volvos as Ive never even driven one... and I didnt plan on buying one. Ive looked at Audi and Genesis so and seen some pretty awesome Volvo models on the road lately. My sales guy was Robert Dorsey. This guy loves his job and it shows. His excitement over the cars they carry is genuine. He knows EVERYTHING. I wasnt pushed in any way. It is hard to explain the feeling I had... its as if I felt like I would be the lucky one if I bought a Volvo. And its true! I fell in love with the S90 after driving that and an Suv. Just Wow! I was hooked. the ride itself blew away the Audi and Genesis... and the safety features are certainly something to be excited about. My car is absolutely gorgeous and the smoothest ride Ive EVER experienced. I come from a long history of Lincolns. This is as smooth as being on a plane in clear sunny skies :). I am so excited with my car. And thanks to Robert for his patience. He patiently spent the entire day with me and before I left, made sure I understood how every feature worked. He even synced my phone :-) I really had no intention of buying a car but IM SOOOO GLAD I DID. I will enjoy this amazing S90 for years to come!
Time wasted, poor parts service, lack of communication.I went in last week to have a second set of keys made, explained what I needed and was told that one part had to be ordered and would arrive on the Saturday of that week. I then made an appointment for the following Tuesday with them to get the key programmed.On Tuesday, I went in for my appointment and they took the car right in to service and service confirmed what I was looking to have done. After an hour and a half, I asked the status of my car and was told they were recommending rear brakes and one of the key parts had to be ordered. I was aggravated that they did not let me know either prior to my coming in or immediately when I checked in that they did not have the parts needed to complete the service order that was initiated last week, not to mention that they hadn’t inquired before removing the wheels.I had to go through 3 people before they understood that I wouldn’t accept and pay for the work if it couldn’t be completed in one visit.
Very happy with my car purchase experience at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and professional.Tyler was especially very helpful. First time for me to purchase the car sight unseen from far away. Tyler and staff helped put together the package, met me and delivered my beautiful car at a nearby airport. Will be back for future car purchase and would highly recommend to anyone. Great prices and amazing staff!!!
