Needed a replacement battery. Battery was in stock, with full replacement warranty, not pro-rata warranty. And staff replaced the batteries in about 30 minutes.

Only reason I went there was to have them reset my engine light because i just got a part fixed and wanted to see if it was the right part. They told me they dont do that

I just called and talk to Alex. And he told me that they dont change my car batterie. He told cause of the type of my batterie they dont change it. I got the understanding that when you go there and buy a new batterie they change it for you. I guess not.

Dont even bother. The people working there have no idea what they are doing. They lack general automotive knowledge, so good luck on getting the parts you actually need. In the event you can get help you will.most likely be given the wrong part so make sure you take in whatever youre replacing so you can compare.

I went in this store today and some employees were wearing masks and some didn’t. With COVID out of control here in SW Fl. I asked why everyone weren’t wearing masks and was told the manager won’t wear one so they don’t have to. Won’t be back.

When you say car parts or problems.. this is the place to go... employees are NOT lazy theyll try their best to help you solve your problem(s), specially going out in the heat to take a look at the car or run diagnostic FOR FREE to locate the issue. Cant ask for better customer service..

My dad and I prefer to buy here even though we have other nearby auto part stores because they know what they are doing and there are very knowledgeable, especially Mister Adrian, he is very helpful and very kind, I recommend this place.

Cant get someone to answer a phone if your life depended on it. Wasted 30 minutes on the phone between 2 advance auto parts in the area just trying to figure out if they had a part in stock. Judging by the attitude ive been given multiple times they expect you to come in and stand in line to find out. Make your life easier and just call Autozone.

Price of items were fair. Service spotty. Had to wait for a cashier in an empty store. When a cashier arrived I was asked to wait again when the cashier answered the phone and became engaged in a lengthy conversation. I explained to the cashier what I felt was his error. That I was present with product to purchase and money in hand and that the phone customer may never arrive to purchase.

Ordered part and it was there when promised on same day also got great customer service without trying to sell me stuff i didnt need and that was the biggest happy factor for me. I cant stand upsale bull thats not needed... TY.

Went in and asked if they could clear an obnoxious code that was being defiant and wouldnt go away. I got told by the guy behind the counter that it was illegal to clear codes. I then proceeded to clear the codes myself in the parking lot by removing my PCM fuses.Long story short, Rep made up some bs about it being illegal to clear codes. Either didnt want to do his job or his manager told him to say that. Either way, kind of sad that such a service thats been available by Advanced since I started driving is no longer offered.I wouldnt have bothered leaving a review, but I dont like being lied to with a smile.

I always buy my car batteries here. 3 yr warranty and I always use it. They test the battery, remove it, dispose of it, and install a new equivalent one if its within 3 years of install.

Went there the day after the Hurricane (Irma). They had no power but with flashlights they were able to find what I desperately needed.

Very rude manager. When I pulled up in the parking lot, it seemed to be a hassle for the employee to take my wheelchair out of my vehicle. I bought new windshield wiper blades and ask the manager if he could install them on my car, and the first time it rained and I used my windshield wiper the windshield wiper came loose. Will not be returning, and will not be recommending anybody to go there.
