Great customer experience.I had a horrible experience buying furniture from City Furniture. I was very hesitant in buying furniture from any local furnishing stores. I am so glad that Rooms to Go was so professional and organized. They were able to turn around my previous experience in buying furniture. My scheduled delivery was well coordinated. I came to rooms to go to buy new furniture for my bedroom and I met a lovely sales person named Una. She is a fantastic help, walked around with me explaining all the bedroom sets they had. Once I had found the one, she made the transaction super easy. She explained the prices and made sure it was within our price range. I came back again to look at mattresses the next day and she was happy to see us and helped me decide on a mattress being very patient with me as I tried them. Una was so incredible that she went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything I needed. Im so used to shopping online that when I went into RTG and was offered help by Angelo. I was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant my experience was. He was patient and very informative about the items on the floor. He helped me find the right fit for a dresser according to my wall.Unlike my experience with online retailers, I directly contacted him after the purchase and was given prompt responses on my order and delivery.My dresser is made out of real wood and the quality is excellent. I havent had any issues thus far and definitely picked up a good deal.I would recommend working with Angelo as he was patient, professional and provided an awesome experience.

Not only did I have to wait 4 months for my daughters bedroom, but when the day FINALLY came when the items where delivered, they brought me a BROKEN dresser and the WRONG foundation and WRONG mattress size. Calling customer service your on hold for a while, they had me going back and forth, said they would call back, never did, I had to chase them for them to do their job correctly. Never again will I buy anything from Rooms to go! What a headache!😡🤬 Horrible costumer service and incompetent!

The experience we had working with Una was unparalleled! From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left, we could tell that she wasn’t just your typical salesperson and that she cared about the details of our home and her creative input in making it look it’s best. Una’s knowledge of not only the stores inventory, but the entire line was so impressive and added to our overall experience while making a decision. Una was kind and classy; We will refer all of our area friends and family to Una moving forward.

This is still among the worst customer service I have ever received.][Update: I added a star to the review because of the reply below. We are working on it now. I will update again if satisfactorily handled.] The showroom is clean and nice. They have plenty of sales people, but that’s where my compliments end. We were shopping a sale but just couldn’t get what we wanted. The rooms come as sets and if you want an ottoman instead of a coffee table, you’re going to have to pay for that. Delivery was scheduled for two weeks later; that’s no big deal, and better than some stores with month or longer waits. The problem came in the delivery. They missed one of three pieces. We contacted service and they told us that the pieces were delivered. This was surprising to us because we didn’t get the promised pieces. Customer service put a new order in and it’s two months after the initial delivery date, but we didn’t learn that until a week after our conversation with them. When we reached out to ask for help getting our complete set completed earlier (which would still be late compared to their PAID delivery promise), they insisted that they can’t help. Would not recommend trying to do business with Rooms to Go. I would rebrand their customer care if I were them. Instead of “customer care,” I would call it “customers we don’t care.”

My wife and I just purchased a town house in Naples, and Sales Associate Angelo was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us furnish our home.Some items are talking longer than we liked, but it was like this every where.We ended purchasing at Rooms To Go because of the great prices and Angelo was easy to work with.

I went in to the store with intentions of only buying a bedroom set. After listening to all my needs, Ebroul Bolanos found me the perfect bedroom and gave me a demonstration on a mattress and adjustable base. The bedroom was on back order like everywhere else, but I can use the adjustable base and mattress while waiting. He also recommended a rug for my bedroom to help complete the room. I would have never of thought about getting a rug with my bedroom, but after looking up some pictures online, I quickly agreed and picked out the perfect one... Thanks again Ebroul.

Taking advantage of the Memorial Day sale my girlfriend and I went to this location to begin looking for a bed upgrade. It was clear from the moment we walked in that we would not be going anywhere else! David, an employee, immediately attended to us, offering any assistance needed. I was concerned that he would be pushy a la a car salesman trying to squeeze money from me but I was pleased to find that he let me set the pace, allowing me to lead and utilize his knowledge and expertise when and where I needed. His unspoken understanding of my desire was the exact experience that facilitated my purchase. Any question I had was answered swiftly, and knowledgeably. He spoke candidly with me and offered advise and perspective when asked. He was patient when I had to break out a tape measure and when I had to take an important phone call. While I was tentative in making a purchase so expediently, it was ultimately David and his professionalism that sealed the deal. I will certainly be returning here for furniture purchases in the future.

My experience here was somewhat mixed. It’s kind of one “jump on you” when you walk in experiences which is not horrible but sometimes it becomes overkill especially when it’s by more than one person. Also I don’t like being followed by salespeople if I say “I am just looking around, I’ll get you when I need help or have a question” just respect that. I was constantly followed. I didn’t like it and liked the couches but the experience from employees and lack of knowledge ruined it for me. It is a beautiful store and well maintained though.

When my girlfriend and I walked into Rooms To Go (after just visiting a local competitor), Ebroul was prompt to greet us without making us feel like we were being poached. Prior to getting out of the car my girlfriend and both looked at each other and said - “we are just looking not buying” being that we are currently under contract to build our new house. Fast forward to our experience… we walked the store sat on several couches, dining tables, etc.. Ebroul’s presence was great, never overbearing or hovering over us. He explained the benefits of our situation for not wanting to rack up thousands on a credit card right now due to the contract with our house, never pushing us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. We went in with the mindset to window shop, and ended up putting a down payment on a full living room package, dining table, and bedroom set! Ebroul thank you for all of your help and patience!
