I recently took my car in for service. I received excellent customer service from both James and Jake. I felt valued and heard as a customer. If this review was for them only, I would give them 5 stars. I had to have multiple services done at once. In addition, one of the services performed was under warranty and it was seamless on my end. Based on my experience with both James and Jake, I would definitely consider taking my car back for service again here even though I live in Fort Myers. (If they treat all customers like me, its my opinion they deserve a merit raise.)The only reason I give Naples Mazda 4 stars is because the loaner I received (but appreciated) was dirty on the two front seats and smelled like smoke (Im allergic to smoke.). I was surprised because it had less than 2,400 miles on it.

Not good at all, they dont like negotiating with the customer, walked out because of one the managers talking non sense about how they cant lower prices due to advertising costs, plus 900 dollar no negotiable document fees and other non itemized dealer fees for a used car, hahaha, no thanks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, dont waste your time and money, theres plenty of other dealers willing to negotiate around the area.

I had a great buying experience at Naples Mazda. They were fantastic about negotiation online and I got a GREAT price! I had been negotiating with my hometown dealership and they were much higher for the exact same model and trim. Naples Mazda was a no pressure pleasant experience!

Tried to charge me 60% more out the door, changing their $11k price tag into over $16k, then tried to act like they were doing me a favor cutting out almost all the unnecessary extras except the $900 dealer fee. And then theres the relentless calls, texts, and emails...

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. One week into owning my 2021 Mazda 3 hatchback the dashboard starts warning me of a airbag system failure. Call up service center, because I also purchased the extended warranty and Naples blah blah blah coverage, and they told me to bring it in. Waited 3 hrs for a work order that claimed they fixed the issue. As soon as I got back into the vehicle,the warning reappeared. Service manager then hesitantly gives me loaner and keeps the car for the weekend. Monday rolls around and I have to call because noone has contacted me. The manager then feeds me a line about how he didnt have time to call the right people for the issue. Tells me the system is fine just a glitch that they cant fix. Tells me they will continue to work on the issue but its safe for me to drive. I have attempted to contact 3 times since, calls, email and such. Now they are ignoring my attempts. I paid 35k for this broken vehicle and they are doing nothing about it. Im researching the lemon laws and contacting an attorney. Boo on you Mazda of Naples

If you want to just buy a Mazda, go here. If you want a decent deal, don’t go here. And, don’t trade in a car as they will give you minimal for it. After you have gone back and forth and back and forth and “negotiated” and think you have a sale price, they tack on well over $1000 for the “Naples Advantage”, a bunch of add ons you don’t want and another over $800 fee that they say is required. Yes, the fee is required, however, they charge the maximum that is allowed and what they don’t tell you is that they are not required to charge the maximum. And then they take you in the back and try to sell you even more add ons. If you want a deal, go to Ft. Myers or try some of the new online purchasing.

I stay awake at night wishing I would have walked away when I saw the 2K they added to the car price and all the other up charges that were added. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY!!!!

BEWARE of double sale. After you agree on the price with sales manager, the finance staff tries to pressure you into adding needless incentives that adds nearly $85 per month to the lease price. They were hungry for sales commissions. My 79 year-old friend was so excited to buy her first new car. I stopped her from being cheated. The tag team sales pressure ruined the day and her expected joy ended in tears.

Good experience over all. They did what they could to make the deal work. Kris and Dan are stand up guys and made sure I was happy with the car and the deal I got.

Pathetic level of customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend looking at other dealerships. Its not worth the stress.Allow me to add an edit to this review for other potential customers.The sales manager tried to tell us that the prices on the Carfax website was actually the wholesale price of those vehicles. That should highlight the lack of integrity and intentional misleading tactics of their management. Avoid at all costs. Theres nothing they can do to reconcile this. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Richard the sales manager needs to learn how to talk to customers and I wouldn’t buy the warranty they have because they don’t cover anything. Rich needs some common sense on how to explain plans before he pushes them on people.

My experience with Mazda was misleading. The car I took for a test drive and bought was switched. I only noticed after a few days that the things that I thought I had bought were not on the car I drove home. My car was switched to a bare bones model with 100 miles on it which I didnt notice until few days after, sad for me. Buyer beware! Check the car you drive away with because once you drive away there is nothing you can do to change the switched car. I will never buy a Mazda again. When I confronted them about the switch, I was offered 3 free oil changes. EDIT, IM BACK AT MAZDA, MY REAR WIPER CRACKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ARM WERE ITS ATTACHED. THEY ASKED, DID YOU GET A CAR WASH? WELL, DOESNT EVERYONE WASH THEIR CARS SOMETIMES!?

I called the dealership yesterday inquiring about a vehicle that was newly posted. I requested a copy of the carfax, and some photos because they had a generic photo on the advertisement. I was told by the salesman that their photographer had not taken photos of the vehicle yet and that he was working on getting the carfax. I asked him to email them to me as soon as possible. Today I inquired again about the information and was told they had no photos but that they would text me the carfax. Once I received the carfax I saw the vehicle was involved in an accident. I immediately text the salesman that I was not interested. For the next 15 minutes the salesman executed an onslaught of reasons to buy this vehicle. I politely wrote that I wasn’t interested. I felt he was berating me because I wasn’t interested in the vehicle. His tone was sarcastic and disrespectful. This is not a good way to earn business. Management needs to conduct some retraining.

I have the e mail, & text that prove they knowingly LIE during the sales process. The answer when caught is oh well we mis spoke, did not communicate that clearly etc all code for LIE. I have been outside dealership last 2 + weeks walking with protest signs the stories I have heard & video that has been shown too me pf their service department is unbelievable. DO NOT BUY HERE stand for the right thing not liars

I stopped into Naples Mazda to look at a used Colorado and I could not be more happy with my experience. Phil is an amazing salesman who made the process very easy and hassle free. I told him my situation and together Phil, the finance manager Ryan and the sales manager made a deal on an even better Colorado for me. Mike was incredibly patient, friendly and non pushy. I am always wary of car salespeople due to negative prior experiences (no offense to the many amazing automotive professionals out there) but I cant say enough good things about how hard he worked for us and how pleasant he was to work with. I went to Naples Mazda because I saw a car in CoPilot listed at $13,884. That car has no warranty, it is an as is Sale. I went the next day to purchase the vehicle and the Sales Manager Dan, wanted to ad a BS charge called Naples Advantage for over $2,000, which I did not want to pay for that in the vehicle loan, I asked to decline the services because I didnt want it. He insisted on adding it. The Salesman Oscar Chavez went out of his way to do whatever to make us happy but that so called manager preferred to have us walk out with no deal because he wanted to put a service in that I did not find a real value in. Especially if it is put into the finance numbers. I do not recommend that so-called Sales Manager Dan. Go elsewhere...(update: 8/2/20: 1:38 pm) Its funny how they put it on the customer: were sorry we werent able to make it happen for you. It should say: Were sorry our Manager Dan tried to stick you with something you didnt want.

We purchased a 2020 Mazda 3 Premium from Naples Mazda and could not be more pleased with every step of the process!Our salesperson was Joseph Cali (He normally works on the Mopar side, but was able to take care of us with our Mazda). The gentleman who handled our financing was Ryan.Because we live so far away (Northern Tampa Bay), the team was willing to get everything worked out on the phone, text and email before making the 3-hour trip down.We got an amazing deal on the car and Ryan worked hard to ensure we received an outstanding interest rate.While this review is to highlight how amazing everyone at Naples Mazda is, it is worth noting that our Mazda 3 is an incredible car! Told me,that they still have a car,gave me appointment next day.. when I came,they told that we are sold the car,look something more.. that was only one example of a car in that dealer,they had 24 hours to told me about that..but they decided that can waste my time..I lost 5 hours..2 hours it was time for road to them..all together 5 hours.. They doesn’t cost of they quality.. bad experience

In all honesty, I wasn’t going in sold on anything until I met Bill Eskridge. Back in July, I had the fortunate pleasure of buying a 2017 Dodge Ram Big Horn and I’m still very happy with my purchase today. With Bill and the rest of the Mazda teams help, I was able to breeze through the paperwork and they really did work with me on settling on a good payment. All of my requirements were met, I didn’t feel pressured into a sale, and the staff if incredibly friendly. I highly recommend giving yourself the chance to stop in and at least take a look around. Their selection is nothing to shrug at either.

I want to thank Jeremiah Harrison for all the help he gave me when turning my lease in. Wasnt sure if I was going to lease again or buy out my lease. I had a few options to look at and Jeremiah gave me the pricing for all the vehicles I had asked for. Wife & I purchased 2020 miata soft top. we have documents ie e mail & text messages that we where knowingly lied to several times. I lease my CX5 from here. Service is terrific. I heard a noise when I left my house for work.... called them and brought it straight in and they had a loaner ready for me to get to work on time. Previous years wonderful,, but had a problem this fall and all service people quit. Couldnt make an appointment or call to see if repairs were done. They hired 2 new people who are very polite and helpful, but still understaffed. Service personnel themselves are very good and fast, but you have to get the appointment first

Shopping for a new car is so stressful and I have ALWAYS dread it because I feel like they are just going to try and take all my money without having any care for what I really want or need. But I decided to go anyways just to take a look at some cars and see what is out there. Buying a car is supposed to be scary, I thought. Vinny Cafone changed the game for me by being kind, informative, and it felt like I was making a friend. My sales person made the experience so easy, with such low pressure. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I will start off by saying that the car buying process is not a fun one. However, this was an exception. I walked in dreading what I thought was about to happen, but I was actually surprised. Daniel Oritz helped me narrow down my needs and wants to the PERFECT vehicle! We test drove the vehicle, got the paperwork done and I was out the door effortlessly. I have bought two cars from Naples Mazda. One back in 2012 and another in 2018. Ive been very happy with both cars and sales staff. They give you a fair deal and dont pressure you into buying. They are also honest with you. When they tell a vehicle is a price, they dont turn around and and give you a different price when its time to sign the paperwork. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Naples Mazda again.John Lazor was our sales person and I highly recommend him.

I am not sure that people know just how quite good the Mazda product has become. The SUVs are beautiful and they simply do not have issues.Wayne the GM is very active in his showroom and very friendly to work with. If you are looking for a vehicle that has all of the markers of luxury and performance (but without the high price) than Mazda is not to be overlooked.
