Ever since the self-checkout lanes were put in, the lines are absolutely ridiculous. I just walked in there and there was 27 people in line. Im not even sure youre supposed to have that many people inside the store at once. Only one clerk tending a register. If you want to automate peoples jobs, you have to get the automation right first. Not to mention, but this store is always closed by 9 p.m. on the weekends.

Doors locked after 10pm and there suppose to open 24/7. No consistency with timing and employees are lazy! Tighten up.

Gas pumps never work. Trust me. I live right next to this gas station year round. For it being such a new station, youd think the owners would take initiative.

I wanted a piece of delicious pizza, great costume service talkative an a gentlemen ; got scrach offs and Won.

Why the door is locked at 11pm?

Worst gas station ever. This place is always closed when they are supposed to be open. Employees are always inside with the doors locked and ignore you when trying to get service from outside window. Don’t waste your time and money with this place just drive past to the wawa or 7/11

Disaster! Staff could care less about helping customers. Coffee bar was a disaster. Asked for a stir stick and told to go get a straw on another rack.

The hot dogs on the spinners are fire 🔥🔥 good burgers too. Lots of snacks, good beer selection. wish they had more hot food options but the food they offer is good

This place is not 24 hours they always close they always short staff I go at 11pm is close, 2 in the morning close 5 am close

6:30 Saturday afternoon doors locked and no answer on the phone. I just wanted a beer. Lost a customer.

For the second time in a month, I’ve stopped at this location at 10:45PM only to see a sign on the door that the store is closed. There’s an employee inside who informed me that the overnight person called out, and that they will not open the store with one employee. Look, I understand that things happen, but this is totally unacceptable. Poor management, worse staff. I’m done with this Racetrac.

Store was locked at 12:55AM with a sign on the door indicating the store was closed due to issues that were not properly explained. An employee was present in the store yet customers were not allowed in. This experience is an example of poor service as it is managements responsibility to have the store open 24 hours as the store hours indicate. When problems arise, management should have backup plans to prevent customers from being negatively impacted.

Don’t consider getting fuel here ! I live a mile away and this place has more pump issues than anyplace I have ever frequented . I’m changing my gas cards to Mobil . So frustrating to wait in line twice to not get what I came for . No more Race trac .... YOUR PUMPS SUCK !

Stopped in to use the restroom but it was nast, no toilet paper looked like people were using the seat covers to wipe i asked the store associate to stock the restroom and she gave me the looked of death then proceed to wait on other customers while i waited i finally gave up and moved on.

Went in to get a freezie/slushie and all of them were down except for the powerade one.The watermelon jolly rancher one was broken.The staff that helped me was rude.

It is not open 24 hours. It is always closed at 8pm I do not understand the workers work to not work the problem of the coronavirus may be but I have been visiting this place for almost a year and it is always the same

Why do they advertise it as being 24/7 when it’s not ? Close several times this week at the same time ( 4am - 6am ) for no particular reason.

Transient employees look super-trashy.
