Needed to get my passport renewed. The staff was wonderful with helping me get a qualifying picture (there are many restrictions) and get set up for expediting the passport renewal. Nice, friendly and competent service.

Great store, except for the manager, who is distrustful, inconsiderate, rude, and literally a crook.He is literally the worst representative of FedEx I have ever met and thats saying something. I ship over a thousand orders a year and I will not use this location anymore. Literally tried to charge me over $200 despite having a corporate account. I went home and packed the item myself, in a box I spent $20 on - a little high for that size in my experience - label cost me $45 - including $250 in insurance AND having the package signed for... literally tried to charge me over four times the price in his location, manipulated dimensional pricing etc.Completely ridiculous. Take this from someone who knows shipping - do not let them pack your merchandise, literally go to any other store in town. He will rip you off.

A small amount of patience always wins! Everyone very helpful, very positive, despite being understaffed at times!! Have used this office for 10 + years - willalways recommend them!!

They used to print photos behind the counter with good quality but this time they only seemed interested in directing us to the self serve photo printer. Colors were off and detail wasnt good. We went across the street to Walgreens where the staff were way more willing to help and we got way better photo quality. Looks like Walgreens gets the 5 stars !

FedEx Print and Ship Center aka Kinkos not open 24 hours but now 7am to 10pm. The location is convenient to all of North Naples and staff is usually helpful. The parking can be a bit tight but only a short walk if the stores are busy. Great self service copy with CC. Ship it from here is EZ.

Very bad experience there with a male employee. He refused to help me printing a prepayed label telling me he wasn’t doing this service and that I should do it myself online. He told me he didn’t care what Fedex was offering online and that he wasn’t going to do it here. This person shouldn’t be in contact with customer as he probably has personal issues, I felt that because I was a woman he could demonstrate his male power and just refused to find a way to help me. I should have checked the reviews before entering this fedex office...

I order some business cards from because I left my business cards at home in California. By my surprise when I arrived the cards looked and felt terrible. I couldnt believe they would sell and or charge for this material. I spoke with the manager about the cards he explain to me they use a thin stock, again he should have explain to me the process before I order the cards. I have used Kinkos many of times in different states, I am just surprise by the service I received today.

We have used this FedEx office fairly often. Parking can be a little tight sometimes, Pleasant staff and busy at the normal times. Its our goto FedEx office.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst service ever in a mailing place. Unloaded over 100 lbs of files and a computer I needed to ship, from my car into the store. Staff behind the counter watched me struggle with the door and never budged. Waited in line for 30 min and there were only 2 ppl ahead of me with simple transactions. When it was my turn, the Asst Mgr, who had seen me standing there all that time, said we cant deal with this now, you will have to leave it and we will call you with the cost. She couldnt have mentioned that before I stood there for 30 min??? There were 2 ppl standing behind the counter doing nothing and I asked why they couldnt pack my files. I was told they had just started work and were not trained on packing. Do yourself a favor and dont walk....run to a different mailing store. I took all my files and left. I couldnt trust them to pack and mail my stuff properly.

They were very busy and service, though very helpful, took a long time.

I guess we no longer have a 24 hour FedEx in our county. The only reason Ive used FedEx over other shipping methods was the convenience of the hours.Its clean, though.

Copy machines are usually broken or out of paper, ink, or toner. Only 1 or 2 employees.

No customer service at all. The copiers are usually not working, and nobody cares.

Convenient hours, works as expected.

I usually come here often to do my shipping and copying stuff the only reason why I didnt get for 5 is there not 24 hours anymore

Man was unhelpful and didnt disclose charges until after we had begun.
