I absolutely love this UPS store. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. There is a UPS store very close to me but I go way out of my way to this UPS store because they are awesome in every way. I cant recommend this UPS store highly enough!!!!!

Jim and Noah are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly everytime I need to ship package.

This is probably the best UPS store I have been to. The place is always immaculately clean and orderly. They staff has made some great recommendations and they even do notary. Very convenient location with plenty of parking.

This is the 2 time I needed to go to the UPS store for copying and faxing. They are wonderful and even stayed later to finish helping. I was there at least 15-20 minutes after close and Raul was knowledgeable and handled everything. Excellent customer service.

Great customer service! While on vacation had to mail some gifts back home. Usually hate going into UPS stores but the guys who helped were very pleasant and efficient...think it was Jim and Raul or was it Tim? Anyway they dud there job getting me in and out fast and back to vacation

I’m with UPS Store 1509 in Springfield, MO. While vacation in Naples with my daughters we found some wonderful flavored olive oils & balsamic vinegars. The bottles being too large to take in my carry on, I came to see you all. Now mind you, I would have preferred to package up my own stuff 🤗 (yes I offered to go back and pack it myself), however, Jim was great!! Received my oils, vinegars, souvenir ornament all in perfect condition. Everything was package so well! Thank Jim greatly appreciate working with you!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Wanted to thank the guys at this store, they definitely deserve at least a google review. I needed to print, sign, notarize, and mail something important on Friday afternoon before the last mail pick up. (It was 4pm) I knew that I could at least mail it at the ups store, so I called to see if I could print it there as well, he said yes, (yay!) email it to this address and we’ll have it printed by the time you get here. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had it ready. One of the gentlemen was even a notary! amazing! literally took no time at all and the cost was crazy reasonable. Not to mention, genuine customer service, from both gentlemen (sorry I forget their names). So much time and energy saved by coming here, a true one-stop-shop. Thank you!

This store is my favorite store of all the ups stores Ive been in around the country.The staff is incredible. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond for all my personnel and business needs. The owner is very professional and trained his staff to be professional, courtesy and helpful. Ive never had an issue here. My pkgs arrive on time as they predicted. I get all my office products here. If ups doesnt have it then i dont need it. They even have a notary on location.Best store. This 9th Street UPS Store is a class act. Couldnt believe the friendly and accommodating service, fast efficient and reasonable prices.

They want you to enter your email address and PASSWORD on their computer to print anything. Really, putting your password on a public computer, how secure is that? They also claim that UPS home office is MAKING them use it, wrong, ask UPS. Customer NO service, wants you to pay to do it yourself. WOW

We love this place!
