Sales person told us the item we wanted was over there but after 15 minutes never came over to answer our questions. Nice products but no service.

The salespeople that helped us were great and so patient. It took us almost a full year to decide what we wanted and get the project going. They could not have been more helpful and patient with us, as we changed our minds a lot. All of the products we bought were top quality and we love our new bathroom.

We cant thank you enough for making the remodeling of our bathroom such an easy process. Quality of products is outstanding!! Helena was our sales associate and we cant say enough about her. She was so knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Due to an unexpected medical issue, Helena was unable to follow up on a couple of delivery issues. Lauren was there to take over for her and she was great. We recommend Frank Webb Home for all your kitchen and bath needs.

Walked in to look, not even an acknowledgement. Very busy for sure, but could have at least asked if we needed help or whether or not we needed an appointment.With the assumption that wed pay top dollar, at least the staff could be friendly.

Went looking for an ada compliant shower, talked with Bill about the shower enclosure and accessories. Very knowledgeable individual and no high pressure sales. Plenty of displays to look at. Recomend a visit if your planning a remodel or upgrade.
