Shipped us a broken piece. Took us 3 calls and 5 emails to find out that they have a new unit but they refused to ship it because they already shipped it to us even though they are responsible. We are completely without a shower and they are refusing to help.

Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff, always happy to help you out. They also do deliveries and direct shipping. The manager Danielle really knows her stuff and is great to work with. Highly recommend!
