This is a difficult review so Ill update it if I go back. Ace Hardware W Pearl is, Im guessing, owned and operated by the same people who owned Nashua Paint and Wallpaper a great place to shop and do business with. I was there for paint. I had called a few weeks back to talk about what type I should use on the exterior of my home. It wasnt available and couldnt be matched in color. Same problem two other customers ran into. So I settled for a lower grade similar to the sample paint I brought in. As for the hardware section I decided to shop for some items I needed. Lots of floor space, no customers shopping and the floor personnel were chatting at the checkout register. I asked for help where I would find several products and was directed to where it was. Back in the day a salesperson might have accompanied me wanting to know if I had questions or needed anything else. No. They went back to whatever had their attention. I needed a different quality product from what was displayed so I didnt bother asking for anymore help. I did pickup some other items. I went back to paint section to pickup my paint, paid and left. Not the store I used to buy all my wallpaper and paint products though they still have the old name displayed at the easy end of the building.

Absolutely wonderful experience while I was there. First time up, and very impressed by the store size and selection. The staff were great to deal with, Scott was especially friendly and helpful. They made me feel like an important customer even though it was my first time there. Its pretty far away from me, but I suspect Ill make the trip back there again, just from the great experience

This has to be the most extensive store I have been inside of in quite a while! Whatever you are looking for is likely to be found here. The employees are helpful, just ask them about what you need.

I neved knew this place was so close to me and it is an honest-to-goodness hardware store not like the big-box stores. I will be making many trips over there Im sure. I only wish they were a little bit more accessible or easier parking etc... As theyre downtown in the middle of all the one-ways and what-not.

Love this place. Im always in and out with all my handyman lists. Scott is a great help along with the rest of the guys. They copy keys too. Its alot closer than Home Depot. Hit them up. Theyll have what you need. If youre unsure, give them a call and they will tell you. Theyre great over the phone as well.

Great store with friendly staff. They usually have the tools or supplies I need, and they tend to carry quality products. Theyre good about asking if you need help without being pushy. Skip the big box stores and come down here. You wont be disappointed!

That had just what I was looking for, looking at the store they have lots of stuff to choose from, and I did order a garden cart and had you son stop buy and pick it up by car is to small, and I had only had it on my list and so I didnt get free delivery, but I could have spent hrs in their store and get Christmas gifts they have stuff for whole family not only for guys, and they are so helpful, but I had some place to get to, will have to make another trip to down town, it has free parking in back of store, love this Ace my new place to explore
