ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Clean, neat often with flowers in reception area. Relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in reception and office. Bob patiently answers any questions I ask.I had a large wax buildup in one ear. Bob suggested I flush it with a solution from drugstore. It didnt work. I was going to go to a specialist but Bob suggested I go to a walk-in care which I did. They were able to take me after a short wait. Problem solved. Thank you, Bob.

The staff here was nothing but EXCELLENT!!! I took my 95 year old dad in to have his hearing checked. He had been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years but it seemed they were not helping anymore. They gave him a hearing test 82% loss of hearing in his left ear and 92% loss in his right ear. They showed him the state of the art hearing aids. We ordered them and the next day they were in!!! After adjusting them my dad could hear like never before, even a whisper he could hear and understand. I would highly recommend the guys at Beltone Nashua Located on Broad street.

I can hear again! With my first hearing aids at age 79, I feel 10 years younger than I did! Im again able to participate in ordinary conversation without struggling. The comprehensive evaluation Tyrone Nelson conducted, helped pinpoint consonant sounds I was previously not able to distinguish.My family and I chose the top-of-the line Amaze 17 hearing aids, despite the financial challenge this posed, with the intention of making just one purchase for the rest of my life. The perforated domes allow me to continue to hear the low tones with my own hearing, but amplify the high tones, so I can now hear sounds I had not even realized I was missing. We expect the adaptability of the 17 points will make the Amaze able to meet my needs as my hearing continues to decline with age.We shopped around quite a bit before settling on Beltone. There is no comparison between the other companies, and the quality and service we have received from Tyrone and Billie. They are flexible, personable, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to our needs. We look forward to continued lifetime service with Beltone, Tyrone, and Billie.

I had decided a bit too impulsively to purchase the top of the line hearing aids after meeting for a general hearing test at the Beltone store in Nashua - later that day I realized I really needed a bit more time to decide about this. I contacted them the next day and requested to cancel my order. I was much impressed with how professionally this was handled by them (Tyrone / Billie) - there was no pushback or issues. I am hoping / expecting to be back to them once I have a bit more time to focus on this important purchase decision!

I recently retired and realized I was having a difficult time hearing family & friends, especially when acoustics were less than optimal. I found myself withdrawing and avoiding social situations in loud or noisy situations. I was exhausted by the end of the day, trying to compensate for and apologize for my hearing impairment. Fortunately, I decided to have my hearing tested. They determined that my hearing loss would definitely improve by wearing hearing aids. I was convinced when they put a set of “demo” models in my ears and I could actually hear what I was missing! The difference was so significant, I knew I couldn’t live without them. Just wanted to share my story about my experience with hearing aids... I been wearing hearing aids for 35 yrs.. I m on my fourth set...and I truly am compassionate sharing my journey how my life would be if I had never education myself how important is is to hear and how serious it could be if I just refuse to find a way to to make it work..$ sould never be a question, hearing lost and dementia linked in story..Thank God I ve found a device that has made my life to be happy and I can enjoy it to the fullest...
