I cannot believe the dedication that Brandyn has for his clients. From the first visit I could tell how dedicated he was to his practice. He made my wife and I very comfortable right from the start. From the initial interview to the hearing test, then post hearing test discussion and finally to setting me up with hearing aids he was great He explained everything he was doing. Why he was doing it and what I should expect. He did not try selling me the most expensive setup; which I really appreciated. He explained all about the technology which I found being tech geeky like him was extremely interesting. But above all his dedication to getting everything just right for my needs was impressive. I wish I could give Miracle Ear 6 or 7 stars instead of the maximum of 5. Brandyn fixed my moms hearing aids like a pro right there on the spot. Mom is in a nursing home and the nurses there are so amazed she can hear now!!! Thanks Brandyn. You are the best.
I have had my hearing aids with Miracle Ear for one year now. They take care of my needs as I visit 4 times a year now and of late had my one year check up. During this check up Kerri, the new girl in the office, was very professional providing me with a new hearing test and loading the new profile into my hearing aids. She then cleaned and replaced the ear bud providing the best service. Would highly recommend Miracle Ear in Nashua. The best news is their follow up services are free of cost!
Has a bad experience recently. I lost one of my aids but they would not consider replacing just the one unit They tried to “up sell” me with two new units. I only need a new single unit.
Worse deception and sales tactics than the sleaziest used car salesmen imaginable. They use these tactics on sweet old ladies to con them to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade their hearing aids that do not need any upgrading. Do not walk-RUN as fast as you can away from this place.
After being a customer of the Nashua Miracle-Ear store for about 8 years, I absolutely find it important to praise Laurie Waters-Blanchette for her ability to FINALLY program my hearing aides for their optimum use. The other technicians that I have worked with over the years were never able to balance my hearing loss to my hearing aides and as a result, I was still not hearing properly even after investing thousands to do so. This is a first and I couldnt be happier with her welcoming style and her willingness to discuss my hearing needs in depth....and then to be able to program my aides properly. Thank you so much Laurie Waters-Blanchette!!
