My husband favorite shoes! There prices have gotten awfully high in the last few year. The employees at the Opry Mills location act as if the customers are bothering them. If you ask a question the look at you like your a problem. They would rather stand behind the register and gossip than help people out. I have left the last 2 times I was there without purchasing because of their attitudes. I will just shop at the Nike store instead where everyone seems to be happy and helpful.

Store was closing but stayed open a few extra minutes so i could get a pair of sneaks... greatly appreciated!!!!

Hubby and I each bought a pair of Converse here. He got some grey Chuck high tops, and I found some slip on grey shoes. Didnt get a 5 star because there was nothing special about our visit.

Just came in to return shoes and had a terrible experience. Associate 192372 had an extremely bad attitude and made me feel so uncomfortable. If a manager could reach out to me I would appreciate it. I work in retail and understand how customers should be treated and would be embarrassed to call her my associate.

I love Converse, and at this store you can get decent pairs from the sale section. I will love a bit more variety, but it is still good enough.

Staff was nice, but noticed the 50% off sale was a scam. They marked up everything that was on sell from their normal in store price just to knock off 50%. Did make what we got about 10% cheaper than they would have cost normally, but a far cry from the 50% advertised. Should have just said 50% off MSRP and would have got about the same results.
