Came here to upgrade my device. After I got my device, I was happy. Since he didn’t give me a SIM card, I thought everything was good. But then I found out that the rep added a new line to my account instead of my device getting upgraded! So now I have an extra line that I didn’t ask for! Yes, I know that I can request to cancel the extra account but what is the point of talking to an actual person if I will just end up calling customer service to do extra stuff that wasn’t necessary in the first place?

Be advised! Dont do business with these people. They tell you one thing and end up doing something else.On top of that, the added a lot of fees (around $200 worth) that we never aware of.And one last thing: I traded an iphone 10 and they said on the contract that i traded in a Samnsung phone because i eas supposed to get $700 credit for the iphone trade in, onlynto have only $350 credit.These guys are scamming people and i wouldnt be surprised if they were selling these phones from under the table

I went in to do a trade in at this location and they totally messed up.Not only did they fail to provide any confirmation for the S9 Galaxy I traded in... they submitted it under a different persons account and I wasnt getting any credit for the phone.This is not only a huge mistake but highly unprofessional and costly to me.AVOID THIS LOCATION! COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I wasnt able to pay my bill in cash due to internet being down. Its supposed to be AT&T and the internet is down? One employee was demoing a tv service to a customer and it lost connection and customer walked out. At&t supposed to have the best service, what a false advertisement. How embarrassing. Bad business for att!

I called before I came to the store and they said they the product . Came in after 15 minutes, they said they don’t have it . The staff are not knowledgeable in the products. No professionalism. No wonder there store is always empty and no customer

It is true! Stay away! This place is shady. If you go there record your conversation (make sure they know though) OR get everything in writing. They will screw you over and customer service does give you the runaround. They throw hidden fees and they do not disclose all the information. Their promotions are shady. We just bought a phone and we have so many issues with all these fees. They made it sound good and there were all lies. BEWARE.

Stay away from this store at all costs!!! This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, bar none. They will do a Bait and Switch, and then refuse to resolve it. Note: Today is July 20. In January, I purchased a phone from this store, supposedly on a promotion. However, when I received my bill, I found that I was being charged 4 times what had been promised. When I called to fix it, I received the runaround from ATT customer service and was finally told (after multiple calls) that I had to work it out with the store. The store refused to help me over the phone (I live in Los Angeles). Finally, I happened to be in SD over Memorial Day weekend, so I stopped in, and one of the employees promised to submit a ticket to elevate and resolve the issue. Two weeks later, I had to call back because nothing had happened. Since then, Ive been calling repeatedly, with no success. On the rare occasions when somebody actually answers the phone, Im either told that someone will call me back (never happens), that theyre busy helping customers (as if Im not a customer), or, most recently, that Im being a nuisance by calling too much. I will certainly never visit this store again, and I have started investigating other cell services. Maybe somebody else will actually want my business.P.S. I would have given them zero stars, but Google wouldnt let me post this unless there was at least one.Oh, here we go. Now, we get the standard, meaningless, canned response from the owner. For your information, I submitted my concerns at the specified link 5 weeks ago, and again 3 weeks ago, and I left a phone message at the mywirelessgroup corporate office 2 weeks ago. I provided my phone number and my e-mail address, and to date there has been no response whatsoever.

This is a terrible place to for anything at&t cellular. Which means they are going out of businees. Very poor customer service. One of the employee was sleeping while the other employee blew me off. Customer parking, empty!

I was there yesterday and the service was terrible. Long wait times, I’ll let that slide due to COVID but the customer service was horrible. Went in for a simple SIM card change and they messed it up. So I had to go back again for them to fix it. Workers there aren’t very welcoming and polite and are incompetent at their jobs. I’ve had Verizon and t mobile in the past and they blow away any at&t store. As a new at&t customer it’s disappointing.

Att&T almost lost me as a customer and failed to tell me about service connections fees when joining. I was also locked into a year contract and had to pay in order to be released. I also found out this ATT&T store in National City is just a hub and not actually Att&t office. This location is good for products being pushed down from the corporate location. I got all my help in the corporate store location in the Bonita Bluffs Mall. If you want to pay your bill its an extra 2.00 convince fee. What I found out on my own is downloading the ATT&T app has all the services the hub store offers. I also do not pay the 2.00 convince fee using the online services. The down side is the setup process take about 25 to 30 minutes setup. The thing I do like is the chat option service 24/7 on the app. I also do not wait in line. I can pay my bill quickly. Best part is the hub store is cut out. In conclusion only go to this ATT&T store if you have no online access. Otherwise all the services offered in this hub store is all offered in the ATT&T App.

Worst service ever got a watch and it was done all wrong!! Been 5 months trying to correct the charges on a watch I never received!! Sense the sells rep who sold it to me got fired and see why!! Been fighting this out 5 months plus and store manager worthless. Also go to a corporate ATT believe me this do it correct.

Went to pay my bill & waited for an hour. Still was not able to pay my bill. So I left in disgust. I went to an AT&T store by 5th ave/highland & was attended promptly. I noticed also that one of the AT&T employee at the E. Plaza was hiding behind a close door at the back & only 2 employees attending the customers.

If you need technical support dont expect much from this location. Waited 4 days and still waiting for someone to come fix our wireless issue and VOIP. Both have been down and not really working for a week. Called everyday to the 800 numbers because local Techs do not answer. 800 number is just a bunch of people transferring you around. About ready to just switch over to Cox.

Never going back to this store. I dont recommend to go here at all. employers take for ever to help you and their always smelling like cigarettes . I went to purchase a apple watch when I got it they called me 3 days after my purchase they told me that they have given me the wrong watch that I have to bring it back to give me the right one so i went i give it back and a lady open the new box and start taking every thing out she said im going to switch the new cables to the old one because we might be able to sell it I told her that what she was doing was wrong because I know that they cant sale it, but okay so i left with the right apple watch. A month pass and I got a call from the store again they told me that the old watch i still connected with my phone and that I have to go back to the store or i can do it from my phone so i did it form my phone but i asked the guy that if i was being charge for 2 apple watch because my bill is more than usual, and the guy told me no that i just have 1 watch on my account but i keep seeing on my account another item and he keeps saying yeah that going to stay on ur account but ur not being charge for it so i went to another store and i was being charge for it and plus I was getting charge for another service that i didnt asked for it. so dont go to this store they dont know what exactly what are they doing.

Each time I come to pay a bill it takes approximately 1+ hours to do such a simple thing. Waiting time here is too long. When I came to get internet service e from them I was here around 4 hours. Wait times here are really bad.

Melanie is very incompetent employee yet probably the worst. Very unprofessional, cursing in front of customer doesnt cunduct business very well. Only works for commissions.. Will even tell you to cancel your DirectTV account just to sign up with her. Jacked up my account I literally had to call and undo everything myself.. Shouldnt be working customer service at all.Julie is very inconsiderate. Wasted so much time coming to this store. Will reconsider before coming here.They wont accept the iPhone that was bought after buyers remorse/cancel. Clearly not the store to go to when you want to upgrade. Wasted so much time and money. Now I cant get bogo on Iphone 7 since the 8 is now out...

Went in with flyer, met with Michelle who set up service For Uverse TV said DVR plus 3 additional boxes for free with package got cable hooked up with only DVR my son was home because I had to work, so I called ATT the next day and asked about two additional boxes for free they said that someone would set up the boxes for free a technician came out the next day with out boxes he said he was sent out for a cable problem this went on for a few days only to be told that there is a $49 charge per box, Im done with AT&T.
