This is the first time I gave a review and its all because of disappointment. I have a great feeling this store is on the edge of closing. Worst customer service ever. Staff are just chatting and you’ll really feel racial discrimination here. We’re looking for something and I feel like they’re really not willing to help you find what you’re looking for. They’re just gonna point you where it was and that’s it, they’re not gonna help you which is which. There’s even one staff just walking around the store doing nothing and when I asked him for something I can really feel they’re not willing to help you eventhough I asked him twice and politely what I was looking for. I ended up buying stuff I don’t need. I mean its just only a couple of seconds to show us and explain to us the things you guys have. We’re really disappointed and will not comeback. This store proves us that it is better to buy at amazon than to support stores like this.

This location tends to be very busy. I often come here for document copies & business cards. Although there is at least a 15 minute wait time, the staff seems to remain focused on helping each customer the best they can. Javier helped me today & I received my copies soon after I was called.

Waiting for 30 minutes after I ask for assistance. No 9ne come to my aid. At least put a signed, over worked and undermanned, please be patient we will assist as soon as we can.

Please update your hours on your website. Site says closes at 9pm...drove all the way out there only to find that it closed at 8pm. UPDATE 9/30/20: Made another attempt...Was in a hurry and everyone was extremely polite and helpful in finding what I needed. Nice clean store and well stocked.

Worst customer service ever. I went to pick up my order that was supposedly ready as I received an email claiming was ready for pick up. I went to where the document orders are...mind you I had to figure it out myself, after 10min i finally asked a woman I was there for a pick up and she said to look through them...the reason I chose in-store was because I had sensitive information if I wouldve know everyone goes thru them I wouldve ordered curbside pickup. Anyways I looked through them and nothing. Waited another 15min and finally got help...turns out my order was never ready to being with.

I needed to laminate my work ID and got to the store at 7:55pm and stood in line at the copy and print center to only have the associate behind the counter tell me they were closed. I asked her why if it was not even 8 and she told me they close at 8. I let her know their business hours on line should be adjusted because I checked before going there and it said the store and the center didn’t close until 9pm. She argued with me and said their online closing time is posted as 8pm. Interestingly enough I doubled checked when I got back home to make sure and I was I right. They need to change their hours online to not inconvenience customers and associates should not argue with a customer when they don’t know what they’re talking about.

Fast service, great selection. Bought a briefcase, and it came with a irrefutable warranty.

I first called and a female answer like if she was answering her house phone not professional at all. I checked in and waited a sufficient amount of time. I got called up, and the associate named Mel had a hard time understanding I was next when she called my name. I had to ask if she was okay but of course she answered sarcastic with sass. Throughout the whole time she was assisting it was not pleasurable at all just complete an utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. She printed 16 letters at $0.15 for $2.40 and scanned 35 pages at $0.25 each for a total of $8.25. She asked me to back away from the Monitor and she had to turn it to confirm which documents to print. This was a good example to show my kids how people are rude these days. Never did I hear a thank you have a nice day or any politeness. I get it youre busy but take a break and come back with a better attitude!

Terrible copy/print area service. I waited for about 20 min. Extremely slow and expensive. I went to UPS store instead and ir was super fast, payed $1 and they were really nice

Yolanda the morning cashier is a rockstar, she should get a raise for working so fast!! Told her that she should get a raise for doing the job of 3 people at once!! Her manager should update the systems in which they operate so she can work even better and reduce the number of customer who wait!! I came in for lamination services with two very valuable limited edition signed posters. The girls at the front were very quick in their services, but in the process, the service was also a bit sloppy. I have come here for lamination before, and was attended to by a different person, who did an outstanding job. This time the job was not well done. There were air bubbles in both of my posters, and, quite honestly, one of them came out really bad. I will not be coming back to laminate things in this store.

I personally miss local small businesses that offered office supplies, but the service is actually great here. Nathaniel helped us about two minutes shy of closing time and was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Awesome.

Excuse me for not being born with a computer chip to have knowledge without assistance on how to operate updated copy machines. I would like to know why a customer has to print out an address label with there already being one on the envelope. I view Office Depot to be a greedy ($$$) money oriented & limited choice, as the pre-addressed label should have been accepted . I was so put OFF by this limited choice, preceded by non-assistance regarding copying I did take my remaining business elsewhere .My eye-rolling disgust did show and commentary was heard by a few of the employees . I have NO future plans to go to Office Depot again, l. NO referrals will be given for impersonal service by employees who do not assist customers, and a business operated with mandatory restrictions of a reprint of the address by the deleting computers.

Office Depot is usually a great place to take care of office related tasks. But it shouldnt take 45 minutes to get two packages mailed! There werent enough employees last night to take care of all the customers and the ones that WERE there werent well trained enough to switch hats. This translated to a situation where one employee was run ragged while another just stood around. BAD LOOK, Office Depot.

30+ minute wait for one document. One would think a store manager would step in to assist with the line. At least 7 people waiting with only a skeleton crew behind the counter. 2 of the 4 copy machines out of order.

I called online to ask them if they had a gallon of glue, they said yes so I went and it wasn’t there ! Then I asked them for help if they had it and they only had 2 quarts of glue and he said 2 of them make a gallon which it dosnt ! Just because I’m a kid dose not mean I’m dumb ! His name was Mark ! Don’t try to fool me and get your math straight mark !

Two girls behind the print counter. The first one printed my copies with errors. They didnt show everything that was in my PDF. She said thats what was on the pdf and was going to let me leave with a bad product. She didnt even try to fix it. The other girl did something on the computer and fixed it in a few seconds. Bad customer service from the first girl. One star because it was fixed by the other girl. I hope management fixes that customer service. I cant believe she wanted me to leave with a bad product that I paid for. Bad.

All 3 of there copiers said ask attendents for service. Told the clerk, she came over to see. Lifted the top up and slamed it back down said, They y must be broken Asked all 3 with in a day to wotch she restated they must be broken i didnt think about it before i left,she never checked the papertrays or if perhaps they were powered off, loose plug, ect.Nor did she attempt to check with another sales associate that might have had more knowledge.

Really bad customer service experience, went there to buy a few brother labeler makers, had it on my hand and asked for a restroom for my kid and didn’t give us the code to use it, they said we have to go use another store restrooms, told them I was buying stuff in Office Depot not “other” store and show them the merchandise I was gonna buy, they didn’t care and practically kick us out of the store, ask for the manager and said wasn’t manager at the time.

Few cashiers; most copiers are broken down; already tried twice sending documents to print from home and in both instances they were not ready for pick up even though I got a confirmation of it both times.

This office depot is unable to do what other office depots can do due to the lack of employees. They will turn down projects that deems as extra work.

This one has a copy and print center which is great considering how difficult it is to find a decent place to get copies nearby.

Not enough people working on the floor, the only person that I did initially see working was spending too much extra time talking to customers at the checkout. I had to go around yelling hello anybody working..I need help I kept saying that until I got all the way to the back. Then out pops a worker. Then I find what I need and after awhile gets closer to closing and all of a sudden the rest of the workers pop out. They must of been taking a nap somewhere. Then they forgot to give me the online price for my printer ink I found on their website but was marked up in store. That was my main point of going to the store. Sadness 🤨🙁😖😕☹😠

Today 03/14/17...bad experience. .only one guy in the printer area..I ordered 200 bussines cards yesterday till today not ready yep and he just makes 110..hes say sorry let me complete the 200...ja not good services

Customer service needs to pick up the pace. Who ever was at register today seemed to just scan anything. I dont know if she overcharged me or not... I came in twice this evening and faxed the same amount of papers due to a mistake on a sending fax number. I dont know if i can rely on the assoiciates here

Went into buy some markers and my 7 y/o son needed to use the restroom but the staff said it is out of order. That is their standard policy to refuse restrooms to customers as they were out of order the last time I was here a couple of months ago. Im calling BS!
