Fast & friendly. Went in for a sweet treat today. Was kinda busy, people constantly in and out. However, the employees were helpful & knowledgeable. The girl who took my order was friendly & efficient. Kinda hard to hear inside with a mask on, but the service was great. Went back inside, after I got my goodies, to put a few dollars in their tip jar.

I love Baskin’ Robbins it’s one of my favorite places to go so I send my husband pretty much every day of my pregnancy and he always comes home upset so I ask him and he says that the girl Alex with blue hair always makes it difficult for him by making snide comments about having a difficult order. I get cookies and Cream layered with Mint chip (which are like right next to each other) or Mint chip with layered caramel sauce how difficult can it be to do the job you are being paid to do. She is paid to scoop ice cream and she finds it too difficult to layer two ice creams. I crave them quite frequently so I send him for two fresh packs either every day or every other day and each time she asks if he would rather just get a pre packed because she’s too lazy to do her job. If I wanted to layer it myself I’d ask for two pre packed ice creams instead but NOPE I apparently pay Alex over $100.00 a week to complain about doing her job so she can get paid for doing a job she just complains to everyone about. Nobody wants a sad or complaining clown at a birthday party and likewise for people serving ice cream clown. If you don’t like Layers Alex then quit because nobody wants to spend money for a service only to have to listen to the person your paying complain about their job. If you don’t like your job or what it entails then GO HOME ALEX!!! Otherwise just make my ice cream the way I’m paying for it to be made please and thank you!

Asian girl there extremely rude. Then I asked for kids cones and she puts them in cups and has attitude when asked to put in a cone like I asked for. Getting an ice cream should be enjoyable and a good experience not feeling rushed and lack of customer service. If youre getting ice cream in National just go to Neiderfranks where you cant go wrong.

The best ICE CREAM in town. Also they make the best ice cream cakes . Just got one custom made and they did a great job. I highly recommend the ice cream and cakes from here.

Jazmin along with her Teammates last week made an extraordinary experience for me and personalized my ice cream cake!! My Nieces 14th birthday not to mention, it was a walk in and she did amazing job! She crafted what I had vizioned on the spot! Good Looking Little Homie!!

Great service. Very friendly. Customer service gets an A+. Must wear masks. There is a decided at cash registers. And the employees are constantly wiping down public areas. Overall great experience.

I go there on the daily, every time I come in I’m greeted well and everyone is busy helping customers which is nice to see. The wait usually isn’t long and customers seem very satisfied. The ice cream is bomb and it’s good that they let you try all the flavors before your final decision. This asian girl who works there usually helps me, she’s really nice. Overall one of my best and favorite ice cream shops.

Just wanted to share my experience about this location. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. The inside was getting kind of crowed when we were leaving but it didnt take from their customer service. Not going to say to much just will let me awesome picture do the talking LOL its a banana split with strawberry cheese cake caramel turtle truffle and Oreos & Creame with both caramel and chocolate sauce whipped cream and nuts. Lets not forget the triple cherries on top. I will highly recommend this location.

Cerrena was awesome. She quickly welcomed us and approached us asked what we were looking for. Offered to check the back for the same ice cream flavor I was looking for as there was only one left up there. She quickly took us to the counter and processed the payment.

Went in yesterday for a cake, I got one out of the fridge and I was going to call my brother to double check the flavor of ice cream he wanted. Employee comes over and asked if I wanted something to be written on and I told her yes but let me double check thats the one my brother wants she snatches the cake out of hand and said well lets put it back in the fridge, I understand these cakes melt but it was less than I minute I had taken it out and all I needed was to make a call to double check. Guess what? they lost a sale I walked out.

Maybe is because is winter but the ice cream tastes like fridge like it has been sitting for a very long time. I ask for a change and the girls said no :/

Closing time says 10pm. But when I show up 10 min prior to closing Id expect for it to be open. Mind as well put that YOUR EMPLOYEES CHOOSE to close 10min prior to the time... it was a red head girl who took a glance at me and send me on my way through the window telling me they were already closed at 9:52pm!!!!! I get that they need to clean and prep to close but they should have ENOUGH TIME after 10pm when their cleaning should be done!!!!!! Very upset by this!

I bought 17 scoops of ice cream and 4 to eat in !!When I got home I saw the scoops and is was. A super little scoop y was not satisfied plus I call and they told me to take the ice creams !! But when I got there they said the manager was not there !! But when I call she said she was the manager and I can take the ice cream to see how can we fixed this!!I went the next day and I told the manager his name its PAUL I told him what happens that I was not satisfied. And he told me very rude I well I cant to nothing !! And I am not giving you your money back. ! I was surpriseSo dont go to this baskin Robbins !!I and if you go check your ice cream !!!
