Was visiting family out of town and had forgotten my meds, so called this pharmacy to get a refill. The process was very straightforward and the team filled my Rx the same day. Thanks for the great service!

Sat in drive through pharmacy for a half hour this afternoon. When my car finally got to the window, the pharmacist flipped the sign for “lunch break” without even talking to us. We returned two hour later, sat in line for another thirty minutes, got to the window, and were ignored for another twenty minutes before we gave up and went home. We will be having prescriptions sent to another pharmacy in the future.

You need to do something about the testing in drive thru lineI have been sitting in line for 40 minutes for picking up a script the dr sent yesterday I was told to come back in about 15 min so I did not cause back up in the lineI am not very happy right now

Pharmacy Techs Never observant of line at the drive thru. Set in line 30 minutes. Two lanes working. Saw 6 cars pass on right lane. I was in the left. The whole time I waited behind two people. I listen to the techs say sorry for your wait oddly but not surprisingly to men more so than women. I guess men are known to be more impatient?? So you catered too? Anyways then they said do you want to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for pickup. I said, No, Ill wait in the parking lot. The lady at the window never spoke to me again. So I took that as an Okay and I drove around to park and wait. I havent picked up my prescription yet so I guess this is just judging the window help with how their observation, professionalism, kindness and sincerity was.

All the employees are very kind and willing to help in any way.

I love this pharmacy. They go over and above to take care of us. I would recommend highly. Especially over CVS across the street. CVS is awful.

This is the worst walgreens in New Albany. Whoever the team lead is who worked this past Saturday should be replaced or trained on professionalism. Maybe his name was Terry. He said some really innapropiate things to me while I was trying to return some vitamins. Not sure Ill return there. I had to check him on his communication with customers. I hate to say this but I hope his poor behavior wasnt due to the color of my skin, but you never know these days.

Decent store

The pharmacy staff is always helpful when I have questions and its been a good store for a number of years.

With so many other pharmacies in the immediate area it seems like the staff and pharmacists at this Walgreens would go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. Its not the case here. The staff is unfriendly, unorganized, and seemingly uncaring.

I went to the state street Walgreens after leaving the hospital. Im a African american woman but I dress as a guy, and I looked a little messy (mind you Id been on the hospital) . I alerted the woman that I was unaware of Indiana insurance and that the card I had is what they sent and what Id been using for 6 months . I also explained I was very sick and needed those meds to prevent vomitting. The two Caucasian women decide to gang up and over talk me without even hearing me out . once I got mad they got madder and showed their true colors . they didnt even try to call my insurance company and see if I was me . Ill make sure my family and friends never come back to this Walgreens .

The Pharmacy is ridiculous, got told it was going to be 15 minutes and waited over 30 minutes then went back to the desk and asked how much longer and she said 5-7 minutes and waited for another 30 then went & asked about my prescription again and they said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow, then got a call that they can’t even make it. Very mad. And this place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Will NEVER be getting anything filled here again.

Horrible always waiting 20 minutes to get ur medicine just to pick up when medicine when it was called In at 9am. they never have workers maybe they need to have more than one working at one time.

The only pharmacy I will go to. They check for allergic reactions, get the cheapest price for you, and always have your best interest in mind.
