UPDATE: unfortunately things happen for all of us.. this store was kind and was able to rectify the situation of a lost package, you cant say the same for other carriers..couldnt be happier and appreciate a company that stands by their word.. Small business owner here. I have been using the UPS store frequently and will continue to do so. Excellent customer service and very friendly10/10 recommended.

I absolutely love this store! Renee and Don are always so willing to help in any area. Today, I had printing done and by MY mistake, it was incorrect. They went ahead and helped me fix the issue and was so kind about it all and gave a discount even though it was not their fault at all. This store makes everyone who walks in feel like family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Don and his Staff at the UPS Store #3084 are awesome. I live in Tennessee and had purchased 2 Vintage Guitars that I was so worried about shipping. I called the store the first time to find out what to do because I had no idea. Alex told me not to worry that as soon as they received them they would take care of everything. They did exactly that! Don handled the final arrangements, communicated back and forth with me and put my mind at ease.Such a pleasure working with a business that knows what Customer Service really is. Thanks guys.

When this store first opened, I had a couple of bad experiences and took my business elsewhere. But because of the proximity of my work, I decided to try them again two years ago and am very happy now. Don and his daughter are always friendly, super helpful and will suggest ways to save a few $$ on shipping. I really appreciate their level of customer service and wont go anywhere else!

I can’t say enough about Don and the rest of the team here. They seriously went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I was taken care of. I had a unusually sized item that needed to be packed and was very valuable. Don walked me through every step needed and made all the best recommendations. He called me personally multiple times to let me know how things were going in the process and got it taken care of. Even when the company used to make the box made a mistake Don was right on top of it to make sure it was made right and called me the moment the correct box made it in and my item was shipped. Thank you Don and UPS state st. for all your help. I’ll most certainly be back.

Ive been coming to your store for the past 3 years. Whenever I come in everyone is always very personable, professional and friendly. I recently locked myself out of my car. I tried to find my Triple A card but it was not in my wallet. I was able to get help anyway. I remembered showing Katie my Triple A card for the discount for a service. I apparently laid it down on the counter or dropped it. I came in today and Katie had found it and put it away for me. She also had my Social Security card that Id left also! I was so relieved that it was at the store and I really appreciate Katie putting them in a safe place until I returned! I really appreciate her doing this for me!

Was in a hurry and showed up with two packages for Amazon return that hadnt even been sealed up.Girl at the counter seemed to be able to tell i was in a hurry, handed my my shipping receipt and took care of it for me.Great service.

There were 2 reps in the store the one time I came in- one was on the phone taking care of personal business the other was helping another customer- I expected to wait a few minutes but its not a great business practice to do personal business while at work. The lady was working on her insurance company and getting quotes- instead of helping customers- the highlander point UPS location gives superior service. They treat you like you are their family!

Former employee and had never worked at a store where they taught you the job but made you uncomfortable than I wasn’t paid what I was told no black employees think I was only hired so they can meet the requirements but other than that worst experience as a employee never worked in a place where I was told yea they try to order food before you get her was offered once cause I made a comment than told the manager I felt uncomfortable she just said ok

In and out in 2 minutes after going to the Jeffersonville store or the line wasnt moving and the guy was just sitting behind the counter playing on his computer

They watched me unload my car for 15 minutes, load all my large heavy boxes on a cart, wheel it in - then tell me they only have 20 minutes before they close so I’ll need to come back tomorrow.
