I worked with Megan at this location to print a yard sign. It was great customer service. She called to inform me that the first print didnt come out right. Instead of me having to pay for a reprint she told me to send her another file of what I needed she re-printed it and did so quickly w/o me asking. It came out very nice. I had a good experience.

I pretty much never leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for this store specifically because theyre always so fast and efficient when I order copies and prints via their website. I get all my art prints done here as well as business cards and theyre always done super fast and great quality for the price. Ordering them online makes it so easy, theyre ready the same day if you order before 2pm and you can pick em up at the copy center! I highly recommend it.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review but today I do. I was in this store and a young lady was, what I assumed to be putting in her notice to quit. A redhead, who acted like she was a manager, proceeded to yell at her as she left about how this was unprofessional and made fun of the girl after she left. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would not blame someone for wanting to quit. I would expect any employee to want to leave with someone with that attitude leading them. I highly suggest the managers, specifically whomever this was, take some additional training and learn how to speak to a human being, you should be ashamed of yourself. Would not recommend this store

This store appears to have room to grow in customer service, employee training, and the importance of transparent transaction. While appreciating the assistance I got to print our one piece of a return label, charging $5 for it and charging three times of $5 verified in my acct activities, is completely ludicrous thing it did. Given I was told 17 cents, not $5 for one piece of FedEx Return Label, this action of the store shows a lot about the people who work there! Watch out for these unprofessional people!

Ordered document printing online, was ready for pick-up in less than 1 hour. Online ordering is very easy. Perfect service!

This particular store didnt Rip me off, it is the Company its self!! I ordered a few items including an office desk. My smaller items came, but NOT the desk! So almost a month go by and I canceled it, cause it was NEVER going to come! They lied and said that I was refunded my $ and to check with my bank. Money was NEVER refunded!! My bank has NOT received ANY REFUND! SO to civil court we go!!

I’ve had a horrible experience buying a printer! I was told multiple times my printer would arrive by the 21st. On the 21st I received a phone call stating that my printer wouldn’t arrive for 3 weeks to upwards of 3 months! I was told by customer service I would be able to go to the store and get my refund . The guy that helped me order it told me no I wouldn’t, and that his manager was in a meeting, I call customer service again and they tell me I should be able to do it in the store, I go in and what do u know the general manager is no longer in a meeting so hopefully I’ll be able to get my cash back tomorrow!!

Best office depot Ive been to in 15 years hands down. I dropped my child (Conner, 3) off there for 3 days and I picked him back up in the same condition! had a great peaceful vacation with my wife and 3 other children (Alex, 16; Payton, 8; Savannah, 7)

Love that it opens at 8 compared. Person who was working the printer area knew what i was looking for. So if you want something done, get in there early.

I use the Office Depot on State Street in New Albany Indiana for all of my office, computer, photocopy, printer ink and supply needs....always friendly and willing to help...supplies are always in stock. I would recommend shopping at the Office Depot on State Street in New Albany Indiana!

A waste of time, claimed to have an item in stock but didnt. Wasted a bunch of time attempting to order it with the checkout person, but he couldnt figure it out. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Worst store ever--both this one in New Albany and the one in Clarksville Indiana. They put me on hold 3 times for 30 minutes because the associate in printing wasnt available to answer questions. They cant simply state to a customer were too busy right now. And when I finally got through to the associate, the associate couldnt quote me prices on signage, or how their website works, or if it ships to store or your home. Honestly, where are they hiring these unprofessional people they obviously dont even train well enough to respond to the simplest questions such as, do you sell 3 and 1/2 foot by 1 and 1/2 foot signs, and how much would that cost, and will it be shipped to you or to my home??? !?! What a nightmare--Ill keep my business with vistaprint

I walked in the store I asked young lady at the counter if she can help me get my resume together because Ive lost the original the other lady of the counter assume that I wanted it for free so she told the girl that make sure that I let her know that there will be a charge even if I went to the public library they want it done it for free but this is the kind of customer service I come to expect in New Albany Indiana.

Botched a order for tri-folds 2 weeks before 2 back-to-back company events. I called the day they were picked up with my concerns and spoke to the employee who ran the print job. He admitted he was working on it the night before, and could not get the artwork to fit the proper dimensions of the tri-fold so he just printed them anyway so he could go home. He also admitted that he noticed the machine folding the brochures was folding back the bottom right corners on themselves and eventually fixed it, but left the improperly folded brochures as they were and marked the job completed with an off center white border all along the edge. When I called he promised to fix and re-print or call back ASAP. After calling repeatedly for 4 more days were were told there was nothing they could do AND we would need to return the botched tri-folds for a refund. We had to send the job to Fed Ex to complete the CORRECT way in 3 days time because of the way we were jerked around by this store. Absolutely ridiculous. First and last time we will ever be using their print services.

Wow. What horrible service. They had three employees standing behind the counter and three registers closed. After waiting a while I finally asked if there was someone to check me out. I believe the womans name was Biz. She couldnt not have been anymore annoyed that I needed to be checked out. Terrible.

Ive noticed office depot has become very hostile towards potential customers. We travel, and stop to use wifi at places that offer free wifi. We stopped at the one in new albany, indiana. We were trying to connect to their wifi, but were not able to because they turned it off because they assumed we werent customers.They didnt realize we were shopping for a mobile printer and laptop... (we were willing to spend upto a $1000.)We wanted to compare and see what they had to offer without going in.However, since they pulled this stunt i have decided NOT to patronize this retailer anymore.I realize my business is insignificant to them but hopefully others who have noticed their indifferrnce to customers or the public who try to use their wifi will speakout and make them rethink their policy.
