The manager or older gentleman that works there is extremely rude inconsiderate just not an associate that you wanna waste your time going to the fence fill out paper two hours long it’s just like he does not have time for anybody everyone else there tried to help and he just became miserable like always and was horrible to treat a customer like that done during Christmas trying to buy a little $19.24 volt dirtbike for my daughter yand he told me. That I had to give him 70 yours first and then he was going to run my references and everything like that that’s not what they told me at first second of all I’ve been a customer there for 16 years I’ve Bought and paid for three of their computers that have cost over $4000 each Do not waste your time going out during this Covid to this Rent-A-Center because this gentleman is going to make you aggravated you going to waste your time and you should go to another Rent-A-Center. He had a purse also for $19 that he would not let me pay a month and take the purse the same day he said it needed to be delivered come on now really they really gonna waste their time delivering a purse do not go there this man needs to find a new job or he needs to retire and I hate to say that because you do not treat customers the way he did specially the year that we’re having if you’re miserable find a new job and this man needs to find a new job because he lost my business of getting the little dirtbike and a whole living room set TV and. I asked them about auto pay and this lady was not happy to talk to me and I looked at my account and already noticed I can take myself off auto pay so I said THANK YOU very nicely and this woman who name is Rachel just hangs up no have a good day nothing very rude in my opinion if you do not like to deal with people get a different job
