This store has never let us down. We usually just like to go window shop, but always always come out with a purchase. And seeing that At Home has already started with their Halloween decor, my Wife almost screamed with excitement as we entered the store. Its always a plreasent shopping experience at At Home.

I always find cute decorative items, and I also found the perfect set of sheets aling with new,firm pillows.

It was ok one thing that stood out here for me was they had alot of nice decorations for inside & outside.

This store has a huge variety of inexpensive merchandise to decorate your home. Very inexpensive and lots of items on the shelves. The merchandise varies all the time so go as often as you can to see what comes in on the trucks.

Great service and extremely friendly staff. Overwhelming amount of stuff packed into a space that seems to grow larger at every turn. I got lost just looking at patio cushions, about eight aisles of pillows and seat cushions of all sizes and in every color of the rainbow.

Many great things to choose from here! The store is definitely disorganized and could use someone to better maintain the place! I hate leaving the review I am leaving because I truly do love shopping at AT HOME! However, I am leaving photos of my trip here today! The restroom is one of the nastiest restrooms I have been inside of during a shopping trip. If I owned this location, I would be finding someone new to maintain and upkeep.

Mask nazis would not even talk to me when I asked for help. They lost a $350 sale because they were more interested in masks than doing business!Their choice was made and I exercised my choice to take our money and spend it elsewhere;

About 90% of the time I can always find what Im looking for. Its fairly clean and organized for it being such a big store. Staff has always been pretty friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to shop for Home Products decorations and linens look online first not all of their clearance items are Mark so easily to see in the store beware when you see it online and tell him you want that price it has to be the same color exactly as pictured in the picture online

I went there this morning because a friend gave me a bedspread set and the Shams are square. I dont really have any square pillows but I was pretty sure At Home would know what I needed. As soon as I showed the guy in the front he knew what I need. He said, Those are European pillows, who knew! Anyway, I went to where he said the pillows would be but they were out. Luckily, this other guy found a whole box of them in back and, of course, they fit perfectly. Gotta tell you, that place is amazing.

We absolutely love this store, we can pretty much find whatever we need for our home. They have everything from housewares to seasonal decorations. If you have thought of it they probably have it here!

I went in looking for a butter dish. I wanted something that had a snap on lid like Tupperware might have. I didnt care what material it was made from.They only had a common white ceramic butter dish. Boring!!On the other hand, I found a gorgeous peach/orange mini trash can for my bathroom. So the trip wasnt a complete waste of time.In conclusion, they have a broad variety of products, maybe not everything you might be looking for, but probably something else you might enjoy!

Do you need a rug? I am pretty sure everyone needs two. No seriously, their where tons of rugs and of course I grabbed one. I did see lots of signs that spoke of a sale, but never saw the red stickered items they spoke about. All in all great experience.

I went in to find a rug and several items to redecorate a room... Im sure they had exactly what I needed... But good luck finding anything! Tripped over more than one thing, went to go down asiles that were packed full with boxes or items that couldnt be maneuvered around. It looks as though no one has organized anything in months. I dont know what is going on but this store is overwhelmingly disorganized and dangerously so.

I live in New Braunfels, and the local store is so convenient. But Ive learned that its best just to wait until Im in San Antonio of Austin. Its like small town store isnt held to the same standard of product display/organization. I dont believe these stores are individually owned, but it seems like completely different owners, when you Compare the NB store to Austin & San Antonio. kinda weird, but true.

So many things to look at, we are going to have to go back. No way we could see everything in one trip.

Huge selections for each section or zone of your home! Prices are fantastic on most items and store is usually kept neat, with exception of wall art section. It tends to usually get messiest and youll have to walk each aisle to find what youre looking for because it gets mixed around. It was better last time I was in and showing improvement of actual categories on aisles. Be careful you can loose yourself in this store and not realize the length of time youd spent just looking at everything, so go in with either blinders or a set item/items youre in search of or you might receive disapproving head shakes from your significant other and always with the question of how one can spent that much time in store, or were you really in that one store for that long? Overall if you havent gone in one, what are you waiting for, go already!

I feel like this is a discount store when I shop here. There are clearance items available but it is not a discount store. Many shelves were half stocked when I was there last.

Friendly, clean, spacious and definitely one of lifes little pleasures to see the store after a seasonal reset; always new products to look at.

Realy bad they sell thing from the web and after driving 40 minutes you get there and they said that day cancel the order because they didnt have it. And they said that the Bayer may cancel the order... is so bad because the buyer it was who send us to go and get it.

Walked in to get my online order after never placing one here before and I was told to walk over and grab it from some shelf If I can see it because he was “busy currently helping someone.” I was patiently waiting by the counter that read pick up online orders here...? It’s understood everyone is busy, low staffing, budget cuts, etc., still no need to be rude to those of us being nice.

Absolute WORST customer service!! this store DOUBLE charged my account, an over charge of $94, I was told by the cashier they couldn’t do anything because they did not have a manager in the store and I would have to come back next week!!! EXCUSE ME??? you double charged me and not even an apology or attempt to make it right!! Rude, unhelpful and will never shop here again.

This place can be summed up in one word: Expensive. They do have a great selection and a wide array of products, but unless you shop clearance expect to pay for the items. If you dont need/want it today, youre better off shopping online. As for shopping experience, its a browsers dream and you can get some really great decor ideas.

Ive been to a few At Home stores where I used to live out east. These stores were brand new, and they were always well kept, organized and clean. We went to this location looking to stock up on some basics for our new home, but left shortly after arriving. The entire store was a mess. Shelves had items tossed onto them, everything was disorganized. There were cables hanging from the ceiling and the lighting was poor. The prices were also higher than I remembered. We thought to buy a simple cardboard paper organizer, only to discover it was $17. On top of all that, we went here after New Braunfels had put in place mandatory mask wearing rules due to COVID, and within a minute of entering saw an employee who was not wearing her mask. I would describe this location as retail hell.

If youre comfortable with digging and searching for items, then this is an awesome place to find cheap home decor. The selection is great and the prices are usually pretty good, especially if theres a sale. The only drawback is there arent very many employees so if you have a question or need help, youll have to hunt for someone.

At home the quality of everything felt super cheap... I could buy something at Walmart or amazon for way cheaper and way better quality. The store was messy. The only reasons it’s a 2 star is because of the employees, the employees where very polite! It would be a 1 star otherwise...

This store has everything you can think of to decorate your home! I spent hours in here the first time I went! I found some amazing items on clearance for dirt cheap too!!! I walked out with a huge smile on my face so I will definitely shop here again!

Store is kinda messy and there are not many staff members. I love the store prices and clearance aisles. I can always find something to take home. The store could def use some music as well. It may increase my time being in the store if it wasnt so silent in there.

I have always like At Home till I visited last night and was the only customer in the store and went to go to the bathroom and was told by a manager that they were cleaning them and closed. Not let me help you or check on to see if you can use them just they were closed for cleaning as we are cleaning up as close to time to close. Mind you they had 45 minutes till they closed and the poor cashier had to do that job by herself while 2 managers sat by the registers talking. Amazing enough the employee who really didnt say anything tried to apologize when I went to the car and brought back every bag I had to return my merchandise as I wont support that type of behavior to a customer. I just loved when people try to make me believe what they didnt say. I just went wow as if I didnt have a problem with the girl who didnt say anything originally I did now as that was a bold face lie. Fast forward to today and I am calling their number to reach the main manager and it rolls to a cell phone number not listed on their website and no name and I left a message as havent been able to get through to the store all day. Such a shame that employees forget it is the customer who enables them to have a paying job. Brittany the sad excuse for a manager never apologized and had to walk away when I came back with my stuff to return. Nothing like reinforcing your guilt and lack of experience. I learned a long time ago that the true character of a person is really how they respond to their mistake and how they handle themselves. She failed on all these levels. I have now gathered up everything I bought over the last couple of weeks and will be returning all. I will choose to spend my money in a store that respects its customers and works with a smile. Brittany needs to find a job she likes as it was apparent she is not happy and not well coached on tact. It was nice shopping with you At Home but Hobby Lobby and Home Goods can have my money. I will be sure to post my reviews to as many sites as I can so that others know that particular store needs a management or some really good traning. Please note look at the review and see the responses that dont even make sense with what is posted shaking my head. Shame on you At Home!!

This is a big-box home furnishings store, semi-warehouse style. You dont get bombarded by sales staff asking to help you, as they are not staffed to that level. Nevertheless, if you need help finding something or getting details about what Clearance means ( red sticker is 50% off, green sticker is 25% off), staff is very glad to help. Check-out clerks are likewise very friendly. I came to get some bar stools, and found many different designs to choose from. I left with a set of 4, at 25% off.

Weve spent a lot of money at this place because they have so many handy things for your home. I think our last trip took us into the five figure Realm and we still have more things to buy. Always watch for their sales especially Wednesday flash sales, good Bargains can be had if youre not in a hurry.

Do you ever want to just rate customers ? I do. B is an amazing employee and this company is lucky to have her and so are all of the customers. Great service at the check out desk as well. They go above and beyond her at this location. My only complaint is the annoying pushy lady behind me that said IM IN A HURRY as i was engaging with the employees. Dont be in such a rush in life....or you might just miss it.

Its such a big store. That means they have all the styles of stores like hobby lobby, marshalls, pier one, target, and other stores but other styles that those other stores just dont have the space to store. That extra selection gives the store a refreshing inventory. Prices vary

Website shows 5 total in stock for the curtains I wanted. However they werent. I went through the same issues at 2 other locations also. They have cool stuff, they just do NOT know their own inventory.

Huge store. Not many employees available for helping with questions, but great selection. Biggest issue was pricing is ambiguous due to poor signage. Prices seem lower than other competitors, so I guess theres a trade-off for the level of customer service provided. 3 1/2 stars would be more appropriate if google allowed.

Everything was very overpriced, and in my opinion not the best quality. I feel as though I can order everything I saw there on Amazon for $10 less. However it was a pretty store!

A lot to choose from but very misleading sales signs. Redecorating an entire apartment spending a great deal but the pillows in a large bin in the isle marked 75% off we went gang busters for new pillows on the couch and bed only to find none of the pillows were marked down. Tried to meet the manager at the box but she went to another box that had no sign. Not enough help on the floor. I get better service and the same if not better prices at hobby lobby.Organization was not at this store in New Braunfels

This place is absolutely disgusting. Besides the fact that you cant get to half the merchandise, getting around the store is nearly impossible because of all the stuff strewn everywhere. It looks like something from a zombie apocalypse.Management, clean up your store! Its a nightmare and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
