I’m not writing this review on Mattress Firm or the employees that work there! My is on the DELIVERY COMPANY that they use! They are NOT professional and if anything happens… the owner of the business will make his employees pay for damages to your home! He wouldn’t even email or call me about an update or anything! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Ask after you buy who will be delivery your furniture to you! Do not let it be A&J Delivery or whatever they are called! Owner is so not professional!

It was great. I knew exactly what I wanted in a mattress and needed something to sleep on same-day, walked out an hour later with a boxed mattress. Plus all the required accessories were on their way. Quick and easy.

Buying a mattress is not something that you do often but after relocating to New Braunfels we have replaced a few of them. This is the second time to return to this store one time with my daughter and now with my wife the service was excellent.Hunter is a very professional sales man. Hunter is very informative and helpful to get both visit done right. If Hunter is not there John the manager is a very nice person that you can tell cares about your needs. With 40 years of mattress experience, he didn’t make us feel like he was just trying to hit numbers.. there was a problem with Sealy being backed up on the mattress that we ordered that added 2 weeks to our initial 2 week wait. But he went above and beyond to make sure that we are as happy as can be in the midst of the situation.If y’all are in market for mattresses, I HIGHLY recommend John at this location.

Had to make an unexpected purchase of a twin size mattress for a family member that needed a place to stay been laid off for a long time due to covid just getting back to work so Im kind of behind didnt have a lot of money to spend I told him my situation and what I had to spend and they found me on the mattress and I $20 off of it so I could buy it I highly recommend this place you just dont get service like that these days but I cant say that anymore

Lots of options and guidance on needs. Never have I thought that I would be consulted on a pillow but alas, this comes with age.Only issue I would have is they do not carry a lot of stock in the store. The first time I came I just thought it was needing to be ordered because they ran out however my second trip I found out that it’s more on the lines they don’t carry much and has to be shipped from a warehouse. I understand it’s one day but this also leaves a chance for customers to think about things more and find alternatives to both the product and the company. I get mattresses as they are large but you really should keep about 4 of every pillow hand to have that cheaper impulse sale. Just my two cents as I immediately went online to look it up and if one or both were available to be shipped by the market or Amazon, this would save me a second trip out to pick up. Just a thought. Not having it in store kind of took away the omg so excited I just spent 300 on pillows, can’t wait to use them tonight, as going to the store was an impulse and not planned.

I came in at 30 minutes past opening. I came in and told the salesman what I wanted. He showed me what he had and didnt rush me or anything. I was afraid my mattress would have to be delivered but he said it would fit in my car and it did. He loaded it up for me. My son slept on his new mattress last night and couldnt be happier. I bought a TempurPedic earlier this year. I needed Hardware to attach to my antique headboard. Max was so helpful. I absolutely love my adjustable base Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is the first mattress I have had where I wake up without pain. I have back, neck and shoulder issues, so this mattress is a godsend to me.

Max was a great salesman and offered his knowledge and experience in assisting us in choosing the right mattress for our guest room. Highly recommend Max should you stop at his store.

Worked with Beverly to order my mattress and box springs. She had great advice but accepted my decisions without being pushy. She was very polite and helpful and made me feel good about my purchase. I haven’t received the mattress yet, so can’t comment on the quality of the product, but the customer service was excellent.

Max was absolutely wonderful at finding me a great mattress! He was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by a man who asked us how we were. So far so good. Asked him how he was, and he responded “well. I’m okay.. ya know... I’m here.. working on a holiday so... about as good as I can be.” I understand the words are benign, but the tone made us feel awkward and very unwelcome. After that he abrasively asked us if we needed help, but we didn’t feel good about the exchange, and kind of felt like a burden to him so we said we were fine. As we laid on a couple mattresses, we noticed he was just sitting in the corner desk in sunglasses. The whole experience was so off putting, so we left. We are headed to a different mattress firm. We were looking to buy a king today, so he definitely missed out on a decent sale. The guy who I am speaking about is older and has short cut very white hair. He was working on Presidents’ Day around 4:15pm (2019).

John and Beverly are amazing!! DO NOT buy your mattress from anyone else. They work with you to make your budget work, they aren’t just about selling you a mattress and trying to make commission. We even had to exchange our first mattress because it was too firm for us and when we went back to exchange it...he STILL did whatever he could do to hook us up. Kudos kudos to them.

I couldnt be happier with my Tempur-Pedic adjustable mattress from Mattress Firm. Due to some underlining health issues I needed a bed that I could adjust where I wasnt paying flat on my back. The sales staff were very knowledge about the products they had to offer. Heather at the New Braunfels, TX Creekside location is AWESOME. Great customer service and very helpful.
