I was shopping around for a Queen size mattress that was high in quality but low in price. Sean, understood exactly what kind of mattress would suit my needs and my budget. I bought my very first mattress (and box spring!) yesterday which was simple and straightforward thanks to Sean who helped me on the floor. He helped me find a mattress that works for me, in my price range I might add. The turnaround time for delivery was much faster than I expected which is right in time for my upcoming move out of state. He found a similar mattress at the warehouse about 20-30 minutes away, I voiced my concern about timing and he called nearby stores to find the mattress closer to where we were at his store! He took his time and found a place not too far away, he went ABOVE and BEYOND what most would do to help someone! Great customer service and great human being!

We went in to buy a king size mattress and got an amazing deal with a mattress and a base that moves at the head rest. It’s so comfy and it was in our price range. I went to two different Mattress Firm in New Braunfels Texas the first one wouldnt wait on me because I refuse to wear a mask the second one however was very very nice very helpful I told him what I wanted in a mattress and he showed me several options I chose the one that I wanted made arrangements to have it delivered as well as having the old mattress picked up and disposed of if you have to go to a mattress firm you need to go to the one on the southside of New Braunfels down by Lowes and not the one up north

Shopped several stores in New Braunfels today looking for a new mattress, but wasn’t having any luck finding a good fit. Although RV mattresses differ from standard models, he walked us through every possibility to make sure we had something that would work. He was welcoming and had treats for our kiddos, too! I leased a mattress as well as a base. I didn’t really enjoy my mattress and had it returned but I love my base and now I sleep at an angle. The most important than I could say about this review is the customer service. The manger John, was incredibly kind, helpful and professionally. A rare gem. If you are looking for some one to speak to about your mattress future it would be the manager here.

Great service Great selection. After recently sleeping in a hotel while on vacation and getting the best nights rest in months, I finally decided it was time for a new mattress. I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase. The salesman was informative and got me a nice mattress at a fair price.

John has been fantastic since we walked in the door. Hes knowledgeable, helpful, and thankfully very patient with our 8 and 6 year olds, who literally want to try out every mattress in the store. He directed the boys to a lego table, which helped keep them distracted for a while. He had some great insights into comfort level in a mattress, showing my husband physically how the right mattress relieves stress on your shoulders. He easily talked us into not just the two mattresses we came in for, but a new mattress for my daughter, and one for our bed, as well. And two new pillows for my husband. And worked with us to get financing so we can make payments. I would definitely recommend the store, and John. If youre not sure what mattress you need, but you know you need a new one, let John walk you through the process.

He even gave us an extra discount, because we had already bought one mattress at Walmart, he showed us on like it for 30dollars less. He gave us that$30. Extra off our new better choice.
