I had a good exeperience here, this past summer. The gentleman was professional, friendly, and made sure I got the upgrades I was eligible for. He also made sure that I was upgraded to 3 gigs for my price. June 19. 👍

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PHONE! I took my phone to their store on 46 across from the sonic to have it fixed since they said that was their location that worked on phones. They told me it would be $70 to replace the charging port and it would be ready the next day. When I called the next day to make sure it was ready for pickup, they ssis they were going to have to replace the screen so it was going to be $130. The screen was NOT replaced when I picked it up but they said I still needed to pay the extra money cause it took longer. I wasnt happy but paid the money. When my phone was low on battery I went to plug it in and it would not charge. There was NO WAY I was going to bring it back to them since they had already lied to me about replacing the screen so I took it to another store. They opened my phone in front of me and the part this store supposedly replaced was obviously USED and DEFECTIVE! The owner of The Phone Store would not give me my money back even when I offered to give him back his used, piece of crap part he put in my phone. Never go to this store! You will be throwing your money away! Go to a more reputable store you can trust.
