Only there to sell. Asked for help about my phone, he told me to call customer care and ask for technical support. About 10 years ago, Sprint had it all, the guys would help you with your phone and service. Thinking about Consumer Cellular or AT&T. Now waiting for a call back from someone with an accent so heavy I wont understand them.
Went in with some questions about our lines. The place was busy and they only had a couple people there but Juan saw us and made time for us and answered all of our questions so we wouldnt have to wait to long. Very proactive and professional service. Give Juan a raise!
Horrible service connections since switch to T-Mobile. Get your stuff together guys!! We pay for service, it should at least work & be reliable! I can hardly use my phone over half the time. The internet and apps dont work. I use it for delivery services and loose out on work because the service is so spotty. Step it up.
I have decided I am invisible. Entered the store where 2 clerks were assisting 2 customers. I was never greeted. When one clerk completed with one customer, I expected to be addressed and then helped with my issue. Clerk proceeded to be occupied with her phone with no acknowledge of me. I waited several more minutes and being invisible, I left. No one bothered to say you’re next, may I help you, or anything. So much for service at this location.
The Manager Frankie is amazing and so was his trainee. Im so glad we went here because they are so knowledgeable about everything and super patient. I will only be here for my Tmobile needs and I travel all over.
Why do you have appointments, we had a 1pm appointment when we arrived there is no where to sign in nobody checked anything to see if anyone has a appointment the sales person just went to the next person person in the store when I said we had a appointment he ignored me
I purchase an iPad from that store and the guy told me that it was going to be delivered by the 18 of July which is a lie because I checked the tracking number and it says that is going to deliver on the 19 which I’m not going to be home the entire week

What a fabulous experience. Avery spent close to three hours transferring 3 lines, moving all our data over and activating our new iPhone 12s. She remained patient and friendly through it all as did the rest of the staff. I would recommend them 100%!

After a miserable experience at Creekside TMobile, my son and I went here and had excellent customer service, friendly and helpful people at this location. If you need a TMobile store, come to this location for excellent and friendly service.

Went into the store for some new headphones. The employee that assisted me with everything was Taylor. She was very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and has a great personality. My experience here at this store was a good one. I would recommend this particular location.
I was in the middle of switching over to T-Mobile and ran into trouble. I stopped in and explained my trouble to the associate and he gladly helped me. This was about 7:30 in the evening, and they stayed a little over an hour to get me and my family all hooked up and ready to go through multiple phone calls to T-Mobile and his manager who was at home. Everyone was so polite and so willing to help even after hours and being off work at home. T-Mobile is truly earning my business. 5 stars just isnt enough.
Beware of the manager here kelly. She put things on my account she said were free then told me she would bill credit me...never did! when I called they told me she was away and would call back. she never has. She is a horrible manager. Get rid of her. I recommend taking the extra trip and going to the forum store.

This T mobile store has the greatest customer service and the most friendliest staff of any cell company i have ever used. Theyre knowledgable, personable, and theyre in my neighborhood, I highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service I bought a LG Stylo 515 days ago and it will not charge and it randomly shuts off and they tell me it was my fault that I have to buy a brand new phone horrible customer service they sold me a junk phone and wont even make it right

The sales team was lazy and unhelpful. They didnt want to help me in an empty store, they wanted to make me call or get online to solve my problem. They seemed more interested in standing around to get paid for nothing while playing on their phone. No incentive, no help. The manager pretended to help me but then put me on a phone anyways and my issue was not resolved. I felt like I was just a pest to them.
