Initial repair was done quickly except our lines got crossed on what was to be done. Probably from my end but they made it right no fuss.Your New Braunfels TX store exceeded my expectations. Unfortunate experience. I had read so many good reviews. Young lady I communicated with during my repair flat out told me “their technician was dumb” and didn’t know what was wrong with my device but that maybe someone else could look at. They had my repair a week before I decided to retrieve the device and reject the $400 quote they gave me to fix it; quickly losing all credibility and throwing their coworker under the bus. My issue is also due to promised callbacks that never happened.

I am very thankful for the service they did on my mother in laws phone. There was a hiccup and they were quick to inform me of the issue and were able to complete the work as quickly as they could. I will return for more repairs if needed.

They’ve had my phone for 2 days, and promised it would be ready by this afternoon. I called for an update and was told it wouldn’t be ready at the quoted time bc the manager didn’t have time to pick up the part. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, Eric was sarcastic and dismissive. Then said he didn’t like the way I was talking to him and refused to complete the repair. The call is recorded and I wish I could post it here. Waste of time.And I have called customer service 2x today, been on hold for a total of 1 hour and 12 minutes…another waste of time

This place was amazing! They gave me an estimate over the phone and I showed up with a broken iPad and within a few hours they called me with it completely fixed! We took my daughters HP Envy laptop in to get a new lid because a hinge had broken from wear of opening and closing. We got a call for the estimate to replace a lid and nothing else was mentioned. When we went to pick it up, the screen was cracked. They tried telling us that it was like that when we brought it in. If it was cracked when we brought it in, of course we would want that repaired as well and I would think the technician would have mentioned the screen being broken when he called for the estimate on the hinge. They finally decided to replace the screen but then wanted to charge us when we went back to pick it up again. I refused to pay for a screen they broke by replacing the lid. After my daughter tried using it, she found out that the edges of the screen did not work and the calibration was off for the touch feature and the screen didnt seem seated in the lid well, there was a gap. We now decided to take it to Geek Squad to see if they could seat the screen properly. After their technician looked at it, they found out the screen and touch board had been replaced with a refurbished third party one. We now have to pay $318 to Geek Squad to replace the screen and touch board with new HP parts instead of aftermarket parts. The manager at Ubreakifix was unprofessional, lied, and scammed us causing a costly repair. This place and their employees are dishonest and shady. I very much do NOT recommend using this company.....at least do not trust the location in New Braunfels.

Berlin was extremely fast, friendly and helpful. Ran over my iPhone XR with a 5000 pound forklift at work and destroyed the screen. My iPhone got about a teaspoon of water while tubing. All of the functions worked except the screen. I could talk to Siri, but that was it. I put it in rice for 2 nights and a day, but it didn’t help.I brought it in for a new screen. They accidentally hard-started it and the screen came back with some missing pixels at the bottom. I appreciated their honesty since they could have replaced it without saying anything.I replaced the screen anyway since I didn’t want future problems. It now works great.

Spilled liquid on my MacBook Pro and figured it would be ruined. I brought it with little hope that it could be salvaged. These guys diagnosed it within a day, cleaned it up, replaced the keyboard and trackpad, and had it up and running like normal. They called me several times over the few days they had it and gave me status updates. Also, the cost was very fair for what they did. Very impressed with them and highly recommend using them for these kinds of repairs.

The one at the Forum is better and stand behind there work. I will not be going to this one and would encourage everyone not too. I will be taking my business to the Forum. After they open my unit up and realized that there was a lot of corrosion they didnt call just went ahead and fixed and told me when I was checking out. If I would have been called and told that I wouldnt have it fixed. They do have your phone number for that reason. Has nothing to do with the warranty its about making a call and tell someone that it was not worth fixing it. We dont know. Thats what it about.

I took a second Gen iPad mini because it wouldn’t keep the charge and in under 4 hours I had a return call that it was ready! Excellent service with friendly employees. I recommend them for your electronics. Very professional.

I had dropped my iPhone the night before and the touch screen stopped working. I took it in to UbreakIfix NB and the problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes. The young woman who worked on my phone was friendly, professional and left a great impression!

I bought in my Mac Pro because i wanted to use a multiple video monitor system. Eric ordered the graphics card on the spot, quoted a more than reasonable price, and told me it would take three days for the part to arrive and the repair to be done. I received a text two days after i dropped it off, that the repair was done. I had some issues when I got the computer home, no sweat at all.
