Go with time. This store is huge. Each department is large. If you dont find something, then you werent looking hard enough. The prices are more than fair, the selection is huge, they have everything from antiques in the case to t-shirts in a bin for .50. How about a drum set? Where else are you going to find such a wide range?

Fun to look around. Super cheap. They have great sales. They have different stuff every time. I love a great deal! Got a heater night stand Scentsy candles and wax . Curtains, rods pots and pans hot plates coffee makers . I can go on and on. Get great deals. Sign me up!

Went yesterday, Tuesday, and if I lived here I would go every other day. They have a lot to look at and treasure hunt. They were super nice. I bought a lot of glass items and they wrapped them all up very well. I would highly recommend.

Helpful staff, good selection, and killer sales if you go on the right day.. I almost always leave with something. Not to mention it benefits a great cause!

I’ve been to the store 3 times, first 2 very positive & a lovely experience. Today we notice a hike in prices. But this one partial blonde person that worked there was very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but what a way to have behaved 🙁

I had several boxes to donate. I’m new to the area so called to see if there was a day or time when they accepted donations or if I needed an appointment. I was told I could just ring the buzzer at the back do and drop things off. I loaded up and went there. It was 3:30. I was told at the back door they don’t take donations past 3:00. I explained that I called and was told there was no time or appointment necessary but the woman refused to take the items and was extremely rude. I won’t be back.

I like shopping at this place n they have a lovely staff. Id find lots of great stuff for very reasonable prices. Lately someone else is managing the place n prices have become outrageous for a thrift store. My friends n family all agree n have stopped going. We r now all going to St Peter and Paul thrift. Now they have great prices n plenty of treasures to hunt for. Ive spent lots of money at CIS but Im not so happy with it lately 😏😐☹️

We visited t this store about a week ago. I had to evaluate the experience as I wouldn’t want to leave a bad review when I’m upset. We drove over from Seguin and planned a thrift day this was the first shop we went to. The ladies behind the counter were welcoming and sweet. We have been there only a few times prior to this visit. The store was packed with items. The prices are higher than most thrift stores. There’s several items behind glass with descriptions marked much higher. I don’t have a issue with this because the money goes to a good cause. However I am a re-seller and I can tell you that the most valuable items were not priced higher. So after a good 45 minutes of looking through the store and picking up a few things, we were headed to the register. There was a magnifying light on a rolling base marked 20.00 which was a great deal however the cord was wrapped around and taped. Do we asked if it works? They said yes it just needs a light. So I began to inspect it further because I was really interested to buy it for myself. Well not only did it need a light bulb but the entire light socket ( the part where the light bulb actually screws in) which would need to be wired in and my partner happens to be a electrician however if it was not wired correctly it could be very dangerous and a fire hazard. A younger girl that had left a drill and supplies close to the area the light was in ran back there and kind of made a apology for leaving it out. She appeared to be the manager. So I started asking about the light she basically cut me off and suggested that I Google to find out more information. Which was rude but didn’t help because cell service was non existent. So I simply walked off my. stopped at a curio cabinet filled with knick knacks and books all with descriptions and inflated prices. There was a 2 piece mini teapot set both pieces marked separate I was talking to one if the women up front and basically trying to show her how they went together when this younger lady jumps in and basically stops the conversation and says it’s antique .. almost defending the price. I hope this gets read by the same girl- first of all the piece was cute. Way over priced especially when you don’t even know it’s a set. Secondly while it was vintage it definitely was not ANTIQUE. If your going to act uppity and overbearing please be educated in what comes out of your mouth. Antique = over 100 years oldVintage = less than 100I will sadly not return to this store because this lady was so rude and I ended up spending 1/4th of what I typically would spend sadly it’s not the lady whom if impacted. I think sometimes ppl need to refresh their mentality and remember where they are -why theyre there and what they are there for.

This is more of a resale store. Things are bit expensive

Found lots of lovely vintage glass pieces for very reasonable prices. The young ladies rummaging through the clothes racks were finding lots of cool items. The people working there were very pleasant. I had a really good time spending my money there. Communities in Schools is an awesome organization that does a great job assisting students when they need extra help on their journey to adulthood.

They have a large selection of clothing and other items. 4 stars because the prices are more like resale prices than thrift prices, but you can get good deals during the sales they have. Good organization - very cute place.

Great shop! Lots of options for kids clothing and shoes as well as for men and women. Bigger than it looks from the outside. Some furnishings, toys, movies, music and miscellaneous items.

First time in this store, not much to look at but what was more upsetting was an incident that took place while I was there. I had my boyfriends daughter with me and they had a gamer chair for $10 and marked As Is. It had no audio working and one of the arms was loose. My little one sat in the chair to see if she liked it (the broken audio didnt matter to us- if it was comfortable we were going to put it in the playroom) and the arm came completely off. The woman running the store became very rude and asked if we were going to tell anyone that the chair was broken. Her tone was extremely condescending and unbecoming of anyone in retail much less for a thrift store that represented the needy children in the community. We left because of her actions. I, personally, will not be returning.

They racially profile and will stalk you and watch you. My mother in law was not greeted upon entering and was followed around the store. This is disgusting and disgraceful and I will never be returning.
