Been here twice and HAD good experiences. HOWEVER! My last visit was so disappointing. The blonde girl, (I didn’t get her name) was so RUDE! She rolled her eyes when I questioned something on the menu and it made me so uncomfortable. I ended up getting the same thing which is sad because I really wanted to try something different. I will not go back. I also read about another lady having a bad experience with the same blonde girl and that the girl called the lady a Karen. And then the blonde girl called the owner to speak to the woman and was also rude. So if the owner can talk down to other people then this establishment won’t last long. Very very unprofessional. Even if the lady was being rude( which I don’t know) you don’t go calling people names. I work in customer service so I have had plenty of rude people talk down to me but I have kept my composure and actually know how to respond nicely.

First time trying out a Boba tea. The girl taking my order was very kind and explained what a Boba Tea was and helped me make a decision. It was the best thing Ive had in a while, and the atmosphere was marvelous. Im from out of town but Ill definitely come back just to come here!

Lovely shop with some of the most natural tasting boba that I’ve had. They are clean flavors and don’t taste artificial like so many other boba shops I’ve tried. We ordered six drinks in total for our family and everyone loved them. No complaints!Also, I loved the sweet verse in the ladies room. It’s always good to encourage one another!!Very kind staff was helpful and quick with our large order.We will definitely be back soon!! Highly recommend!!

I’m sorry, but this is the absolute worst boba I’ve ever had, the tapioca is hard as a rock(severely underboiled), and the “classic milk tea” itself is lacking in every flavor besides bitterness.

Ordered 2 drinks: Thai tea and strawberry. Thai tea had barely any milk, tasted like it is green tea with a splash of milk. Strawberry tasted like it was made out of mostly powder. We decided to try it out because of their raving reviews. Highly disappointed. Definitely would not recommend.

First visit. We came in an hour before closing so its not too busy in here. The girls at the counter were very nice and helpful! The Mexican hot chocolate and mango milk bubble tea we got were delicious! We will be back!

Great cozy place to have some coffee or bubble tea. its a nice and hip looking place where you can definitely get some Instagram worthy shots. they have a prayer wall which is really different than some other places. I enjoyed some biblical references on the doors and walls. lovely place. they were very willing to help make sure our drink orders were to our satisfaction.

Absolutely love this place!! The staff is very friendly and their pastries and drinks are amazing!! I just wish they opened at 10 haha! I’m always in town around then and can’t get it because they open at 11

It was my first time visiting Boba Tea and Java Haus so I decided to ask their Barista, Ceci what she would recommend for someone that wanted a sweet and fruity tea blend. Ceci picked the perfect combination and I found my new favorite Boba Tea. Not only was the service amazing, the atmosphere is ideal for meeting clients or sitting in on a Zoom meeting.

A beautiful little hideaway with fun and unique drinks and treats that everyone can enjoy. I especially love the atmosphere and calm environment. The staff is kind and knowledge, and the drinks are great! Ill definitely be going back!

While I’m rarely in the area, I always try to stop by whenever I am. I’ve been here 2-3 times now and it’s safe to say I’ve had nothing but the utmost pleasant experiences each time: the staff is kind and welcoming, the ambience is cozy and pleasant (I love the board games), and their milk tea is hands down my favorite!

Loved this place! Perfect study spot if you like studying in the morning (no one is here!) This place would make a great place for a romantic coffee date, group hangout, and some lone reading. Comfortable couches and great coffee.

The employees were really nice and kind. The problem I had with this place was that two of three of my drinks smelled and tasted like perfume. Me and my son had stomach problems after drinking this and we had to throw them away. The third drink barely even tasted like mango and the bobas were horrible. I called to see what we could about before doing anything with the drinks and the person who answered us said that they can’t do anything about it and that they did the drinks right even though we explained the taste.

First time here yesterday and first time having bubble tea! Cafe area was clean, they were super friendly. The tea was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be coming back to try all the different flavors! Thank you :)

Every time I come in the employees go above and beyond. They are all very kind and helpful if you dont know whats good. They helped me find one of my favorite flavors and never rush you. That being said I came in this evening and they were doing a buy one get one offer, and so it was very busy but there was only one person working. The employee that was working was doing a really excellent job of expediting and was being very efficient in getting everyones order out in a timely manner while still managing to be kind and helpful. As somebody who has worked in the service industry I know how difficult that can be when youre in the weeds.. That being said, I think it reflects rather poorly on management that they allowed one person to work alone on what Im sure they knew to be a busier night than normal. I hope that that is not the norm on how they treat their employees. So in short I give the employees and the product five stars and hope that this was the exception and management usually treats their employees with more consideration than was shown today.

The girls working were amazing. They were super informative on the different drinks and tastes. The owners daughter suggested the rose tea and lavender milk tea and my friend and I got both and they are amazing! Relaxing atmosphere and the cups have unique designs.

The drinks are good when u FINALLY get them. The girls in the back are to busy talking about everything but their orders. Would not reccomend if you dont have atleast 15 mins.I waited 20 mins super ridiculous .Noone at counter w 3 in back. Customer came in behind me had to ring bell to place order to be told it would be out shortly as he still waits w me. 😠

Im no coffee connoisseur but I do like this place a lot. Their vanilla and hazelnut lattes are great. I also tried a dragon fruit green tea with passion fruit boba and it was delightful. Their employees are the best and the place has nicest classy vibes. And yes, it is open for dine-in, contrary to Googles listing as of this post.

I like the healthy boba alternative. It’s neat that the cafe serves fairtrade certified, organic products, and that they make their own sugar/syrups.The atmosphere inside is nice, it adds quality to the lack of study/work/hang out spots in the area.

The young lady at the counter, the owners daughter, was extremely sweet and helpful- she had an abundance of patience for all my questions and made perfect suggestions. Also, her description of the rose tea and lavender milk tea were spot on. This place is absolutely adorable too, they did an incredible job creating the perfect atmosphere. Honestly it looks like youve walked into the catalogue for magnolia farms, thats how quaint it is.

This place makes the BEST boba I’ve personally had! Shoutout to my homie Nora(h?) for being such a sweet employee. I moved away recently, but when I was still in the area, I’d come in every week and she always complimented my outfit and made awesome combo recommendations (like strawberry lemon!) when I couldn’t make up my mind. 👍😍👍

Ordered at 3:01 for 2 drinks and 45 mins later NOTHING!! When I asked for a refund, the clerk couldn’t even do that because NO MANAGER IS ON SITE!! Hands down the WORST!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

I got the thai milk tea with boba. It was okay.

The milk tea is watered down. The taro tea was not good at all. Tasted like bad green tea. Haven’t had the other drinks but the milk tea is a hard pass.

I visited this place Sunday April 8 2018 approximately at 8:10 pm. I had waited all day to try this place. I did so much research to find boba tea in the area, as I’m from Austin and we have plenty.Nobody was at the register. After a few minutes I started to think they were closed? Someone was in the back kitchen having a hard time with something. I waited and waited and snapped this photo and left. As I left a girl came out to take my order. I told her no thanks. I left, very unhappy. And with no boba tea whatsoever. Not even a sorry or apology.The owner immediately contacted me to look into this. To review video tape etc etc. I don’t care what the owner does because her business will never succeed. I will never give you another try or any money ever. As far as I’m concerned you still owe me a boba tea.Stare at my photo for ten minutes to experience what I have experienced here. Not good.Also, I originally posted this on Facebook but had my photo removed by the owner. I find it really awful you would do such things to hide your embarrassments. Good luck you will need it.

It took a bit long to get a boba and latte but it was so worth the wait! The staff was so nice and she took her time making sure everything was made correctly. We are a bit picky with our coffee and they did not disappoint! We will definitely be back.

Everything about this place is positive! The menu is tasty, the drinks are super! The decor is tops! Its behind Urban Bricks, so kind of hard to find the first time, but after that, its a breeze to find. From one person to a party of 6 or 8, this is a great place!

I love tea houses and nothing makes an atmosphere more satisfying than being able to enjoy a beverage or a snack and just enjoy your own time, but that sadly was not the case.Obviously, this establishment does not consider taking into effect whether their workers are doing their job and making sure that theyre professional as they are in a professional business. Whilst waiting in line with some of my family members to take our order, the service attendant behind the counter decided it was best to take several minutes to talk about her legs and flirt with the customer than to take our order.The service attendant (and the customer) had made eye contact with us multiple times as she talked with her friend and didnt take the responsibility to finish the conversation or tell us that she would be with us; she continued to talk with the customer over the amount of time needed and wouldnt stop.Obviously, we left making sure that the service attendant knew we were angry.Im highly disappointed with this establishment that had seemed promising and wished that the service was better and the employees were better trained. They lost three customers and we werent given service that every establishment needs.

This sweet girl that works there helped me find a coffee alternative that I just love...Matcha Tea! She was very helpful and spent the time to help me find something that was right for me! I wish I caught her name to share it on here! But thank you for your help! You know who you are!

Never tried boba tea before, but the barista at the counter (Emma) was incredibly helpful and offered wonderful recommendations. While I wasn’t a big fan of the decor, the drink prepared for me was amazing. Definitely will come again!!

In love with this place from the start! Its has a beautiful decor of wood and succulents makes you want to hang around. A lot to choose from but not overwhelming. They were very helpful and welcoming with our order. 110% will be back, especially to study and drink amazing boba!

Adorable coffee shop and great atmosphere! I loved the personal touches like messages on the hot cover and the prayer board. The design is great! Our barista was very smiley and made a great almond milk latte and bulletproof coffee! I highly recommend you go try it out!

Really nice place and refreshing teas. I got the pineapple green tea and my wife got the strawberry green tea. Local owned business and they are doing great, the place is inviting. If we lived here I’m sure this would be a spot that we would frequent. The google map shows it on the wrong side of the freeway though. My daughter brought me in yesterday because she was so excited for me to see how cute it is. She was right! Love the decor and the coziness of this place. We were greeted with the sweetest girls in the front and if we had questions about menu items, they had answers. My daughter got an incredible tropical smoothie and I got a honeydew melon milk tea with pomegranate bobas. Sooooo good!! I can’t tell you how impressed I was when we received our drinks with what looked like hand written Bible and inspirational sayings on them. Mine said “All creation shouts His name, and my daughter’s said “You are Loved”. I love these extra little touches that tell me they go above and beyond for their customers. That’s exactly the kind of place that keeps me coming back. And last but not least...that prayer wall!! Love it!! We will definitely be back!

This is a cutely decorated little place. The atmosphere cosey and comfortable. They have a good menu with an assortment of teas and coffees to choose from. The staff very nice but doesnt stray away from the menu to much. The prices comparable to the area. Theres a chance i would go back, but that chance is very small. Good but not a great impression left on me.

Pretty excited to see a place like this in NB. Cute spot to hangout or study/work. Ive had plenty of boba teas at other places. I got the green tea iced with tapioca. The tapioca was a little on the hard side but still had good flavor to it. Plan to stop by again.

Great Chai Tea Latte! Good atmosphere and friendly staff. In addition to teas and coffee they offer bubble teas, smoothies and Italian Sodas. Good location too right across from Urban Bricks and near the theatre.

My daughter loves this place, me, not so much. For one drink, we could both eat a meal and have money left over. No military discount. Just a fad, then back to 1 star.

Nice quiet environment. Employees very friendly. My only tip about this place is if you are looking for hot tea, be sure to specify you want hot tea, otherwise you will get a cold milky tea, also called boba tea.

My daughter loves their boba tea and I love their coconut green tea. Today I decided to try something new and got their milk tea w/ coffee... Not for me. Lol. But they have a pretty good menu and all kinds of options to personalize your drinks. Workers are friendly and the place itself is comfy while its trendy.

Another wonderful place to get Bubble tea. But I love their Strawberry Green Tea with Passionfruit Bursters. Its as refreshing as it sounds and a great cooling drink for summer. A great way to beat the heat. I had a Green Tea Dragon Fruit with passion fruit bursters and its a fiesta on your tongue!!!!

Been to over 100 boba stores all over the US. This place is definitely welcoming from their decorations to atmosphere they have created for the customers. The drinks and boba are high quality and not cheap powder like most of all the other boba places in San Antonio/Hill Country Area. Highly recommend.

Came in to order a boba tea with my friend and her 2 kids, while being the only people there I wanted 30 minutes to get my tea. They had left it sitting on the counter in the back, forgot about while my friend got her order. When I asked how much longer they said they forgot and would make a new one because it had separated. We were the only ones there...for 30+ minutes

I am a Veteran bobo tea drinker, This is my second try here, my first Bobo tea here was the Taro with tapioca, the flavor was weak and the tapioca was hard. Figure I would give you a second chance, since it was the first week of opening, I was there Friday night got the same thing. The flavor was weak and had a funny after taste, tapioca was fine but after a few sips, I decided to stop drinking it tasted too funny. Ended up getting sick for two days. I am now finally feeling better to write this review. Never going back!!!!!!!!!

Wow!! Great place to kick back and relax. Study, read, hang with friends, do a little work. Spacious. Great decor. Love the iced Horchata Coffe, Peach Bubble Tea w/ green tea and Avacado Bubble Tea w/ green tea. The coffee blend is perfect, since I’m a black coffee drinker, and a nice assortment of hot teas. The number of menu items is perfect, and not overwhelming. Returning customer for sure.

This is a new and relaxing coffee/tea/shake/pastry place in New Braunfels. I ordered coconut-pineapple shake with pineapple-cucumber boba and it was refreshing. The boba was literally bursting with juice/flavor inside it. My husband had peanut butter-banana shake with protein powder. We will definitely go back here to have some coffee or shakes.

Wife got some boba tea to go from here and it was awful. The rose tastes like soap, lavender just tasted like regular milk. Strawberry tasted like strawberry gelatin. The boba wasnt even sweetened a tiny bit. The place is nice but the boba was absolutely awful. Maybe the coffee is nice but this place should definitely not be known for its boba tea.
