We stop here a lot on our weekly cycle rides, join the rewards program to get free drinks after so many visits! It’s just a great place!

Re-opened under new owners, who are sweet and super friendly! Inside is open, post-covid, and is fully remodeled. Beautifully decorated and super comfy. Menu doesn’t have prices, which is a pet peeve of mine.

Awesome place. I have been going here for years, it has been totally remodeled recently and it’s awesome! The staff is super helpful and they let me read labels for my food allergies. They have lots of gluten free food options which makes me super happy, since i’m allergic to wheat. It’s family owned and run too. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

First time going to Kora Kora and I was very pleased! I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I love hot chocolate. I told Diana I was hesitant to try the hot chocolate here because other coffee shops don’t really make the hot chocolate how I like it. Well, Diana was super helpful with her knowledge of the variety of items on the menu. I still stuck with my typical hot chocolate, but she went above and beyond by making sure I would enjoy my drink. (Guys…she even sprinkled some cinnamon in my hot chocolate. Literally, it’s the little things for me.) Happy customer over here!!!!! Needless to say, the hot chocolate was delicious!!! Also, I loved the aura of this coffee shop. It’s like a hidden gem. Super cute and cozy, and I will definitely be back again to study and order more from the menu. This place has got it all! Great people, coffee, and atmosphere! Everyone is super kind and helpful! Kora Kora is a wonderful spot to catch up with friends or get work done. Always clean and feels spacious. They did a great job remodeling. Location is nice - always parking when I go and convent when I have extra time before plans. I love and support this local treasure.

I love the new renovations done to the interior of the building, very modern. My barista Taylor was very welcoming and even recommended her featured drink “the Taylor” when I expressed I wanted to try something different. The drink was wonderful and her great attitude made the experience even more memorable. Will definitely be returning soon!

I love this place and come here frequently to sit outside with a delicious frozen coffee and a breakfast taco. 1) the frozen coffee is amazing and Im not sure how they get the ice the consistency that it is but ... WOW! 2) They serve tacos from a local taco place

The staff were great and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The only reason they got at 3 is because of the fact that they did not live up to the commercial that we saw them on. Other than that it is an okay coffee place to go to.

I have been coming to Kora Kora since 2017 when Josh owned it. By far the BEST coffee in town! The new owners have made some beautiful renovations and still maintain the same great quality and service! Taylor is an amazing barista and always serves up some good lattes.

I just had the BEST experience here! Time was taken to answer all my questions and help me grab a delicious cup. The cold brew isnt watered-down and this yummy roast doesnt leave a burnt or metallic after taste. If your looking for a smoothe, delicious coffee anyway you like it, this place can brew it! ☕

I had stopped getting coffee from here years ago because I lived in a different area of New Braunfels and other coffee places were closer. I live closer to Gruene now and returned; my first return visit made me wish I had not stopped coming and had made the drive these past years. Kora Kora Coffees excellence in product, presentation, friendliness, and professional has not changed at all. I was pleasantly pleased to discover that I was still in their rewards system! 👏🏾

I went to Kora Kora for the first time while visiting some family in New Braunfels and I wish there was a location closer to my home. The coffee was great and the service was exceptional. My barista Diana was friendly and gave me a recommendation on a delicious latte I never would have picked on my own. The location is super cute and I cant wait to go back.

Every experience I’ve had at Kora Kora has been wonderful! The baristas take their time to help me find new drinks to enjoy, and also continue to make my favorite classics perfectly. Everyone there is a joy to talk to, but I have to give Ty a shout-out for being the first barista to help us there, and to continue to remember us and be extra friendly and wonderful!

Kora Kora is my go-to place for coffee. I travel from Schertz for it because no other coffee compares. (And believe me, I have tried them all between Universal City and New Braunfels!) In addition, the employees are always positive and brighten my day! If you want good food (scones, muffins, etc), kind people, and GREAT coffee, Kora Kora HAS to be your next stop. You will not be disappointed!

Went here with some friends a while back! Smelled great and had a wonderful inviting staff! One of the baristas, Diana, was especially accommodating, and made my visit all that more enjoyable.

Great coffee shop, Josh is a really cool guy and knows his coffee. Very nice atmosphere in the shop as well as the shopping center around it. They carry single origin coffees as well as blends, they source from local roasters as well as small roasters from Washington. There are also really unique flavored lattes if you enjoy that.

Whatever you do, dont order the breakfast tacos. Tortillas are way too thick and flavorless....between a gordita and a tamal. Worse tacos ever! Coffee was ok.

Kora Kora has become my much anticipated weekend coffee go-to! Both Saturday and Sunday if at all possible. Ive never had a bad cup. If you can enjoy your beverage on-site (outdoors) wrap your hands around their gorgeous cobalt blue mugs. Its good for the soul!

Quiet and good coffee

We were told to check this little gem out and we were not disappointed. The inside was still closed, but the drive thru was open. Short line, but worth the wait. We have now found our go to coffee shop when visiting from out of town.

This is by far ten times better than starbucks!! No burnt taste, very smooth coffee and creamy just like it should be. Made with Love.

Great place to relax! Has a neat historic atmosphere and is quiet for studying. The location itself is cool being on a strip of other niche shops. The employees were very friendly. Best of all, the coffee was uniquely delicious with creative flavors and smoothness. They also feature local art that acts as the decor of the room. Great overall experience and I definitely wish to visit again soon.

I love this place! Weve been in town visiting for a few weeks, frequenting Kora Kora every few days. Its a wonderful place to read, get some work done, and enjoy some awesome coffee. The Ethiopian drip coffee is really smooth, and with a refill if you buy the medium cup, youll be wide awake for a while! :-) The staff there is great as well, remembering your previous orders and making you feel right at home.

Best coffee in New Braunfels! I have tried coffee from all over and this is the first shop where it tastes like real coffee and not just sugar water. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the owner takes the time to talk and get to know his customers making you feel at home every time you swing by. Definitely recommend!

When my boyfriend lived in New Braunfels, this was our favorite coffee spot. It has just the right balance of quiet, but not dead. And it has nice-sized wooden tables with sturdy chairs in a cozy, homey environment. We liked to bring our laptops and catch up on errands there. So we like to have some space.

Cute little coffee shop tucked away. The coffee was delicious. The hot chocolate was amazing. The muffins was probably the best muffin I have ever had before. The service was great. Everyone had a smile on their face and made us feel like we were old friends.

I recently started going to Kora Kora. I love the local coffeehouse vibe inside, with many seating options to relax and refresh. There is a beautiful outdoor seating area, as well. Ive always received outstanding customer service. The staff are courteous, professional, and a bit laid back. Its a welcomed alternative to the frenetic pace of the chain coffee restaurants. The menu is quite expansive, with many coffee drink choices, baked goods, smoothies. I highly recommend trying Kora Kora.

Really cute place surrounded by plants and other cute shops. I drink my coffee with only milk and no sugar so I can really taste the quality of the brew. Kora Koras drip is not bad. I enjoyed it and didnt find it too bitter or too light. Just about the way I like it. The seating is spacious and comfy. Felt nice spending time here. Would come back.

When visiting a new town, you want to get your coffee decision right the first time. This place takes coffee seriously and it shows. Excellent coffee, rich and great flavor. Management took the time to explain what roastery they use and its a cut above the rest. Very happy I chose here

This is an overall good coffee house. Quality coffee drinks with options of almond and hemp milk. Good tacos and other pasty items for breakfast. Quick service. Good price. Cozy ambience. Not too big nor to small. But I could not find any one thing that stood out. Thus, the best aspect that would keep me coming back is the overall quality. Every bit worthy of 4 stars but still lacking 5 star quality.

Good coffee and nice atmosphere but you know what really grinds my gears? People who can’t do a simple job. I always order the same thing: vanilla latte and a plain bagel with cream cheese. One time they forgot to give me cream cheese. I didn’t think I needed to check my order before I drove off since it was such a simple order. Another time she asked me if I wanted a plain bagel or whole wheat. She asked me this twice and I said “plain”...twice. I did check my order this time before I drove off and she gave me a whole wheat bagel. So I had to sit there at the window and try to get someone’s attention so they can do their job right. I finally let them know that I asked for a plain bagel and then I had to wait some more for them to toast another bagel. I was actually surprised they got it right the second time.I think I’ll stick with Einstein from now on.

I have been a costumer here for years, and I have to say I have not found a coffee shop quite like it. It is a great place to grab a drink and study, with a variety of table seating choices. You can sit high up, low or at couches, a mini table or a at large dining table. Or you can also sit outside in the courtyard or on the patio.I see large groups here all the time usually working on projects but also just hanging out.The owner has a pretty great selection of drinks on the menu, but if there is something specific you want but dont see they can accomadate your needs and preferences pretty easily. The staff is nice and hardworking.Its a pretty unique place, art for sell on the wall, eclectic seating, they also have mini bookcases and games in the corner (that might be typical for a coffee shop though...). It has its own trademark vibe. Nothing quite like it in New Braunfels.

Very delicious food, great atmosphere but incredibly cold and rude counter service. Come here often and love the breakfast tacos but today the tortillas were raw. I brought them back to the counter and the girl doing her schoolwork didn’t offer apologies of any kind but just said “Oh it’s Los gallos issue not ours”. Unbelievable.
