The customer service has been great the last 3 visits. Knowledgable staff and very helpful tech support.

Low stock levels, tough to get someone to assist you

Best Experience Ever!!!!I ordered the product online Christmas Eves Eve and get arrived the next morning on my doorstep. The manager called shortly after I ordered it, to say he was so sorry but it would come unassembled and I would be credited for that charge. the chair is fantastic we put it together in about 15 minutes I am so pleased with Office Depot I will use them again for a future purchases.

The staff is SO nice! I was in a bind & needed business cards like within the hour. I called ahead, sent in the design & he said he would do his best to have them ready in time. I picked them up 20 min later & they were ready to go! Saved my day!! Thank y’all!!

Rude and unprofessional! Called and asked about a product being in stock & was told they had 1 left. Spoke to Scott who said he would put the item on hold for me. He said if someone buys it online then they would sell it to that person 1st, which is understandable. (I didnt buy it online bc there was a difference in price between online & instore.) So right after our call, I drove 45min. to pick up the item only to arrive and they tell me that someone had just walked in and bought it!!! His bogus excuse was that if someone comes in store to buy they would sell it, then what the heck does HOLD mean to these people & why would he not say that on our call?? Waste of time and gas thanks for absolutely nothing, SCOTT!Before anyone responds with policies instead invest your time in training your employees to not lie to people.

I guess its a good place to see the furniture up close then you can order it through Amazon. 2 employees in store and not helpful

The best location in New Braunfels

Very sad excuse for a store. Waited 30 minutes to get some help in home networking & printers & no one ever came. Only 2 people working in the whole place. 4th in line to check out. 1/2 the shelves were bare. Definitely wont be back.

You wait forever in line to pick up your print order and thats with only 2 people in front of you. We had business cards and fliers printed. They did not look good and were not centered properly. We ordered the nicer cards and paper, I cant imagine what the cheaper cards look like. Will not come back to this location.

Clean store, very organized, plenty of staff working so there was no wait at the register

Had to come back next day for 1 simple binding book job. Departmemnt clerk was idle chatting with another. Wish I knew my way around this place better. I will know better next time.

Lots of parking, even parking for a semi truck and trailer.

Very clean and orderly store. I had 3 ppl check on me to see if I needed any help. Zach was observant and noticed I had my hands full and offered to bring me a cart. Cody was also very kind and helpful.

Staff is moderately helpful if you can find someone. Will tell you where what you are looking for is but good luck getting them to go the extra mile and walk you to where it is. Store is dingy and damp feeling. Half the racks are empty consistently. Last few times Ive gone in, Ive been unable to find what Im looking for and unable to find anyone to help me. Also, their brand items are useless. Bought a set up self sealing envelopes and after closing them, the adhesive stopped working before I could even get them in the mail.

Good place but somewhat unorganized. They dont seem to restock the shelves regularly but theyre the only real office store in town so I guess I cant complain.... All things considered, I usually find what I need here, so from that perspective I am grateful.

Very rude employees and manager. Spoke with Abbie and scott and both kept talking over me and saying to go to post office. Even though they lost package I had shipped. Will never be coming back here again.

Very dissatisfied. Went in for back to school sale and the fine print should be more visible on sale flyer. But then again they probably wouldnt draw people in if they did that.

Old and ugly inside. Staff was not helpful. I had to wait 27 minutes for someone to help me at the printing counter. There was no acknowledge of me by the one person helping another customer or the many other employees walking by and talking to each other. When someone finally came to help they chose to help a person who was not in the designated line and had arrived 16 minutes after me. I ended up getting out of the line to stand in the location as the person who had gotten help so they would have a better view. While I waited some more another person came up to wait in the designated line and they were chosen to be helped next. I felt invisible.

We had a great experience here ordering flyers for our business. Our copy and print associate, Katlyn Mabilia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I rarely shop here. I usually shop Amazon. I waited ten minutes for them to open and they opened two minutes late. Meanwhile customers are standing outside while employees are standing around inside. Just a small example of how small things matter. Opening two minutes early would have made a huge difference.

Found my items easily but Poor staff. No help in store at all and check out took 20 min.

Went to the NEW BRAUNFELS TEXAS store and to thier service desk was met and told that a fax would cost me$ 1.39. A sheet well i had about 20 sheetd to send i said if the girl behind the service counter could help me mail it instead she informed me that i needed to fill out the mailing sheet on computers. I am not that good on computors can you please help me ... she said i can mot am too busy to do it . But not too busy to help other ladu customer for 5 to 10 min. Just nad service ...

When you have one worker working in the back to help process to get things emailed out or set email youre going to lose business when it takes almost 15 minutes or 30 close to 30 minutes this for one person to one thing thats not going to work.
