Hayden is awesome! Needed to replace a laptop charger with an uncommon adapter and really had no knowledge of what I was looking at. Hayden schooled me in all things charger related and got me exactly what I needed. His patience and excellent customer service skills were much appreciated. Horrible experience today. Went to the store to look for a television, and my wife was looking for a new phone. 90 percent of the TVs were not priced anywhere... Zero staff on the floor. Looked around found a guy after awhile. Sorry dont work in this department, Ill try to find someone. Waiting waiting waiting. Two blue shirted guys stroll past. Hey can you help me with some pricing on these TVs? Sorry dont work in this dept. Hey I just need a price on this TV can you just look it up? Uuhhh Ill just see if I can find the person who works here. Dont bother dude..Best Buy just give it up man. I give it 6 months and amazon will have all of your customers also. The only thing that you have going for you is the ability to provide some customer service, and you are failing miserably. Sorry...
Ive been a Best Buy customer for a long time and I am appalled at the way I was treated today.I had ordered a Smart TV for delivery and set up. And I was given a date and time frame during which to expect them. So I blocked out four hours of my time to wait for this delivery.At about two hours into the window, I went to the website to see if there were any updates on the delivery. It was a good thing that I did because thats how I found out that the delivery had been cancelled due to inventory problems. No phone call, no email, no text message. It was up to me to discover that the order was on back order.Calling customer service was a worthless exercise. They are apparently trained to show empathy, but not to fix the problem. No one could explain to me why the delivery was scheduled in the first place given that the inventory was lacking, much less why no one notified me of the cancellation. Then they asked me to trust them to reschedule the delivery in three days!So, I cancelled the order and bought the same TV through Amazon.Buh-bye Best Buy.
We have been looking for a computer for the better part of today. We went to live oak and were told “no one in our area is gonna have a Mac desktop” and that the person who helped us had checked all the Best Buy’s..we were looking for the Mac 24” but I was open to others if in stock. My husband said we’d come to creek side just to be sure and sure enough creek side had an event better one ! Gabriel was super knowledgeable, helpful and honest! We walked out with a new computer and an appointment for geek squad to come out and install anti virus!

One star is too much for their appliance department. After being told that the range we ordered was in and that somebody would be reaching out to me in 24 hours several times to schedule a delivery. Here I am two months later now trying to get a refund. Been on hold for over 3 hours trying to get our money back. Have been told multiple times that I am reaching out to wrong department and get put back on hold. This is an absolute joke. Last time I purchase anything from Best Buy.
Gary was very unprofessional when dealing with my exchanged and refused to give me my refund. After the fact he read my last review they purposely had Gary help me with my camera bag pickup yesterday. He had completely different energy/attitude this time and was trying to treat me the way he should’ve the 1st time. Had me cancel my order and buy it again because he has no idea what he’s doing nor does anyone here He insinuated that I had no money after I just bought a $1500 camera all because of the refund he refused to give me. I’m going to get a hold of corporate, and the general manager has yet to call me back.
Picked up Xbox headset great selections but there warranties they offer make it the Best Buy
I bought a printer online. I didnt come with ink. I contacted customer service who said just go to best buy with my order# and theyd give me ink. I did as they said and when I got to best buy after waiting in line for 30 mins the customer service rep said Id have to return the whole printer even tho thats not what I was told on the phone. He was rude and unhelpful. I will not buy from them again.
Their website sd they had what I wanted in stock. After a 15 mile, 25 min car ride, VOILA! NO ITEM
I easily found what I needed, but there was nobody around to answer questions. They also moved the check out to the customer service area, but theres no signs, so it was a little confusing, especially with nobody available to ask. Luckily other shoppers were nice enough to tell me where to check out, and the gentleman who rang me up was knowledgeable about what I was purchasing and able to answer the questions I had about the product.
I called to speak with a technician I was told it would be more than 10 minutes after waiting more than 15 minutes they hang up on me I was so disgusted they obviously know how to answer a phone and NOT press the wrong button. This technicians obviously need to work on their customer service!

Perhaps things are not as simple as they used to be. This store no longer accepts phone calls (Im shocked that a business would do that). Maybe, just maybe, they need to hire another person or two. And when I called and they transferred me to God knows where, they hung up on me 3 times before someone finally answered. They couldnt help me either, and were rather nasty about it. I used to like Best But, not any more.
Just had the best experience at Best Buy in the laptop area. My computer crashed while on a bid job and i had to run in a get a laptop fast. Got a great deal and was out of there in 30 minutes or less.

Im super grateful for Carter in the phone section. I had so many questions all jumbled up and coming from multiple directions- Carter was extremely patient and helped me out a ton with each decision and step I needed or wanted to make. He was so kind showing me all the possible outcomes. What makes it better, i was having a terrible day already and he got a little of my negative energy (i wasnt rude to him or anything, but i came with questions at fifty miles an hour and asking for clarity on multiple things that Best Buy had nothing to do with), and yet, Carter was clear consistent and patient and helped me till the completion of my needs. Really grateful, thanks Carter!

We went here to buy a Windows USB. From the front door we checked the store signage looking for someplace that said software, nothing said software. We wandered around a bit looking confused. No one offered to help. We hurried after an employee who was walking away, told him what we were looking for (Windows software), and he told us we could find it under the sign that said car accessories. While he was correct in that most of the software was there, the Windows operating program software is kept with the Geek Squad. We had to find another employee to ask to figure that out. There were an abundance of employees in the store, but most of them were standing around talking to each other. Having found what we wanted, we asked for a price match, and showed them the Amazon website. They wouldnt honor it because while it was shipped by Amazon, it wasnt sold by Amazon. Okay, understandable, Ill just use my military discount. Nope, they dont do those. Okay. A disappointing experience all around, although I have to say the Geek Squad employee who checked us out was the most helpful and professional one in the place.

Repeat screen protector problem. The more he messed with it, the worse it got. He tried Not Seeing to bubbles, several times. Got worse and worse. I have up, and left. Will buy a new protector, and do it myself

Best Buy has recently done an excellent job of differentiating themselves from cheaper online retailers like Amazon, and this location is a prime example. The employees on the floor are friendly, knowledgeable, and capable of thinking outside the box. Although I work in IT and know my way around all things technology, I still come here fairly often for the sake of convenience and Im always quite satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend, both to tech dinosaurs and savvier types.

Wow!!! Great customer service from Best Buy Staff at the Creekside location!!!I needed an installation part for a new computer we are building. While waiting in line to purchase, Bernie (sp? Berni) took the initiative to ask to help and opened an additional kiosk register.I mentioned that after I pay for my item I wanted to review DSLR cameras. Berni told me that with my receipt and store item bag, I was good to stay in the store and shop.Here’s the WOW! Berni struck up a conversation regarding DSLR cameras and it was clear to me that Berni was well versed in camera technology. Informing Berni that I had experience with non-digital cameras and describing my intended camera application, Berni offered to escort me to the camera section and proceeded to make suggestions/recommendations.By taking the initiative, Berni saved me valuable research time and effort. I thanked him and he said he was just trying to do his job. Being a retail sales specialist myself, Automotive Internet Sales, I told Berni he did a great job! I shared my praise with the store manager as well.I highly recommend The Best Buy Creekside New Braunfels Store for your camera/computer needs!!!

I went in to the new braunfels location today to purchase a refrigerator. As I walk in the door there are 7 blue short emotes standing around doing nothing just flapping their gums they all looked at me without a single comment like may I help you. As I walked by the crew of non workers a young man name Dillion cox I think sensed my frustration and made a B-LINE RIGHT FOR ME. Dillion did ask me what he could help me with and had a smile in his face . This is how employees should greet a customer. I was very impressed on his knowledge of products and the few questions he did ask of me regarding the electronics I wanted to purchase. Along with buying a refrigerator, I also found out from dillion that best buy Carries remote controls for digital cameras. Ching ching another sale if best buy had more employees that had the drive and determination to make best buy the best electronics store like dillion cox I would never shop anywhere else. Dillion is definitely meant for management above others I watched on my visit today. Thank you Dillion Cox for the professionalism you showed me and your courteous nature you posess. Coudos to dillion great job young man.

Bought a Samsung 4k TV, Took it home and tried to set it up. But, would turn off after about 20-30 minutes. Boxed it back up and returned it to Best Buy the next morning. Really great service, didnt even ask what was wrong. Within 30 minutes I had a replacement TV. Took this one home and it worked great. Thanks Best Buy!!

Well the world is stoopid. Why not have cleaning supplies like lazer lens cleaner next to the items that need it. DVD player, computers, DVDs, CDs. A bonus add sale. No. But no, need to go on line. Very inconvenient.
Worst phone and chat service. You call a store and it goes to a National answering service that knows nothing about the store you need. Geek Service online appointment times are all over. Added item to cart and shows install service one day they go pay and install service is not available for that day
Was looking at a $250 watch for my mom. I was interested to see the blue and tan one. There was a display of others but not that one. The associate said I could not open the box to view the watch. I could have the same experience online if I wanted to shop by pictures. I cant view a watch in a box before buying? Interesting position.
Just had my first curbside pickup experience and it went great. Item came out fast, employee was properly masked and very polite. Would order online again.

Spent over $1300.00 on refrigerator that was not delivered on said date between 7am and 1pm on a Thur. No one ever called to say that they were not coming, when I called to check on it I was told the delivery date was now going to be on the following Monday. I went to the store in NewBraunfels where I made the purchase to see if they wanted to try and salvage a customer. They were not even able to offer a 10% discount on this transaction. I will never shop at Best Buy again they remind me of the customer service that I recieve at BofA. I got the same refrig at Home Depot with no issues.
Was in the store for 35 mins shopping for car audio equipment and never once did a sales representative ask me if needed help and after having to hunt down one(which took 10 mins) every single item that I wanted they didnt even have in stock, even though they were advertising it and had it on display.
Today a member of the Geek Squad was very attentive and solved my problem on the spot. Fantastic service!

Ive been searching (everywhere) for an FM/AM radio antenna. I found one at Best Buy! It was a little expensive ($29), but no one else had one... so my old stereo plays fabulously now!!
Needed two laptops repaired, had to visit with the Geek Squad. Dealt with Luis the first time and Gabriel the following, both offered great advice and top customer service; in addition, the turn around on the service was very quick, quicker than expected to say the least. Thank you!
The cashier that set up my refrigerator delivery said that delivery was no charge but Id have to buy the $29 water line if I wanted the driver to hook it up... I turned down the cheap water line because I have an expensive line already in place. The driver pulled up unloaded it, brought it in, and left it without taking the plastic off, installing the handles, or plugging it in to make sure it worked. Called the company to complain and got the run-around. Not happy Best Buy. Wont be purchasing Big Ticket Items from your business again. I paid 4 grand for this refrigerator, youd think theyd treat me better but guess not.

Went in for surface pro charger replacement. They had one but am worried it might be too high of wattage. When I expressed my concern the associate assured me they have a two week return policy. Sold. I dont want miss out on the last one because I need it this weekend but need time to do more research. Two weeks works for me. 🙂
When there for the Samsung S21 launch day for the phone and old phone trade in. Plenty of issues with phone carriers having to activate the phone but the Best Buy phone staff did their job and kept the situation calm and entertaining. At the end of they day they got my phone working and couldnt be more happy.

I purchased a 65 SONY TV and washer/dryer set ($3k worth) to be delivered to my house at 9:15 this morning. I received several automated emails that the delivery truck was on its way. At 9:15 I get a call from a very rude man stating they did not have the gate code to my neighborhood and we would have to reschedule because the truck was on a tight schedule. Literally at the time of the appointment. My wife took the day off for the delivery, BTW. So I left work to go speak in person with best buy to get it rescheduled since they dont answer their phone. The soonest they can deliver is an additional 5 days and nothing I can do about it. The female store manager states she will call me today to reschedule. Before I left I gave her my gate code.... normal practice not to ask. I will go to Radio Shack before I return to this location... This is the only negative complaint I have ever made but needs to be known. S. Brandt

2nd dryer delivered to our home. First dryer arrived dented. For some reason the dryer wouldn’t go a full cycle. Clothes came out damp majority of the time. Come to find out when we got the dryer replaced after months of waiting, the tech who “installed” it said that it was wired incorrectly. My biggest issue is that the hose to the dryer vent was not put on. They said they couldn’t do it... AGAIN! I build houses for a living and HATE doing it. I never get it right and end up just screwing it up every time. The fact that Best Buy says they install is such BS. Installed is installed, not half way or half done. Finish the freaking job! I will pay more money to go out of my way than pay Best Buy for any products that come with installation, just to have someone who will complete the job. Not to mention there are TONS of ways to find EVERY PRODUCT in Best Buy for cheaper and better service.
